Bendigo Nature Reserve - Nature reserve in Port Shepstone, South Africa
Paths are quite overgrown and in need of some tlc but there are some markers to follow, its quite tranquil to go for a walk. It boasts a number of birds, we only saw a red capped robin chat and an amethyst sunbird. Not a bad couple hours out (and its free). Wear a decent pair of walking shoes and watch out for the spider webs!
We have just had a walk through this delightful little nature reserve. Although the paths were muddy from the recent floods they were well kept. Plenty of Bird life.
VERY overgrown and in need of some serious maintenance, but still a beautiful little spot. Gorgeous indigenous trees. My dog enjoyed it hugely! Just keep an eye open for big spiderwebs, I collided with several 🤣
Great location little hidden gem worth a visit

Very nice place
Beautifull and placid
Lack of upkeep, but reasonable.
Good
Nice try
A small conservancy area with a hiking path to walk through. There is a couple of geocaches there for you to find if you belong to that community. Park on the side of the road at the entrance to enjoy this short walk.
Awesome
Natural forest, place to unwind.
