We wont be using there again. Went for a few pre match beers with friends, on an away day at QPR. Lucky I got in before 4PM, as after that the 4 man security team on the door really didnt want you in there. Not only did you need a valid match ticket, they wanted photo ID, to take a picture of you, scan your driving licence etc. It was a 2-3 minute interrogation for every person looking like a football fan. It was funny how the screen announced your age to the entire bar too. Once in, even though it was still less than half full, the bar staff would not serve me any wine, claiming they only had a few dribbles in the bottom of bottles for both red and white wine, with no full bottles anywhere. No gluten free beer either, which is apparently quite unusual, as many major brands of Pilsner are gluten free. I turned up before the Gestapo door test, which was lucky as I only had my phone, debit card and cash, with no photo ID or ticket as my mate was bringing my ticket. Whilst sat on my own, I had a feeling someone was looking over my shoulder. I turned round to see a security staff member leaning over my shoulder, reading my test messages as I typed them. Either this place has suddenly got very paranoid over football fans, of new management needs to calm things down a bit, because weve used this bar for years up until now and have never seen, nor caused any trouble.

Slow slow service with staff that do not help or greet you at all. The place smelt and was dirty and food took an hour to come. Not worth it at all

Service wasnt great...tables were not wiped down between customers and when I received my food it wasnt ordered properly and was never given a napkin or checked on about my order.

Upgraded for better services! A 4 star experience in a cute small fashion!! Loving it. Staff very warm and friendly. Making you feel at home away!

There are quite a bit of things that should get taken care of: thinks that are breaking apart, room walls starting to mold etc. Also be aware that at any time someone could walk into your room unannounced as it happened for us, once while changing clothes (!and once while sleeping (!!). Those are major privacy concerns. What is nice though: the live music.

I tried to enter this restaurant on Sunday evening, just after 1800. I asked the bouncer if the kitchen is still open, and he replied that hes not sure. He didnt tell thats hes going to ask or let us in, so we decided to bring our money to the nearby restaurant, Wetherspoon, where we were welcomed and had an indeed tasty hamburgers 🍔!

The Italian guy was nice but the rude gir with the face of slapped was not. Told her I stated here last night and she was saying I checked out so I couldnt have discount and she couldnt prove that I stayed there. Rude rude rude.i seen how she talked to another customer too so maybe my back was already up so I over reacted. Im sure she will be nice the rest of the day.

The food was good, the hygiene, decor and smell - not good. As much as I loved the chips and my burger the cutlery was filthy and it just felt like I was eating another persons scraps. So if you do not care about hygiene then this is the place for you.

Staff were friendly but after ordering a Plant Based chikn burger I was given a normal chicken burger so had to get that replaced. They then brought out the same burger a second time before finally bringing me the vegan option. Lagers I ordered were sour which is a shame for the price.

One of the worst experiences ever. I called to book a table to watch a football match, and they confirmed both the table and that watch that football match was possible there. When I arrived they started to laugh at me, and told me that they told me no on the phone. They even said, I am an Arsenal fan, even if we can play your match, we are not going to do it as I am going to watch Arsenal. A completely lack of respect and consideration for their customers.

Really bad place, i booked a table via phone call to watch our team today with some friends, they confirmed our booking and later on, on the pub, the staff were shouting us very rude saying that the only match on the pubs tvs was their team (playing at the same time). Many people were complaining about that behavior of the stuff, desgusting.

Discriminatory doorman wouldn’t admit a group of 5 fellas who wanted to watch football after Carnival because ‘we were wearing shorts’, when there was another white fellow in shorts in our line of sight to the inside who was, in fact, wearing shorts. One to avoid.

The staff is not welcoming, food is expensive for what they offer.

After making an online reservation for Shepherds Bush Branch to watch the Arsenal game, we arrived at kick off and understandably it was busy, we waited patiently to be served at the bar. After a couple minutes I explained that I had a table booked. She looked confused. She got another member of staff and she looked confused. After 10 minutes of the game playing we were finally seated, after kicking off several different groups. We then ordered food which I had no issue going up to the bar to order. Once I ordered it. We waited for 15 minutes, nothing, waited for 25 minutes, nothing. Finally at half time I lost patience and went and asked where the food was as my partner was quite upset by this point. Only for them to pull it out of the food lift and it was no where near hot anymore. If I didn’t go over then I would probably still be waiting for it.We will be back as it is a local place to watch the football and we like the vibe but very poor customer service, hopefully this isn’t the norm.

Staff must be a bit dumb..Ordered a white coffee, got a black americanoOrdered 3 Heineken, got one strongbow and 2 heineken30 mins later ordered 1 and half of fosters, got instead Guiness.Is it really difficult to hear customers, was only early afternoon so werent busy or loud in there.

Advertised to close at midnight but when we arrived, shortly after 11, they told us they close everyday at 11pm. Frustrating to say the least

Bar staff sat on her phone texting instead of serving. My partner and I came in for food and drinks, my partner had been waiting at the empty bar for well over 5 minutes to order until another group of blokes strolled in and then were served immediately by another bar staff member. We left without ordering and will not be back. I hope this is unusual for your venue and would recommend ensuring your bar staff get adequate breaks so that they can attend to their phones and not dismiss patrons on shift.

Ordered food which took 30mins to arrive, and transpired it was left in the food lift. Cook was there who just immediately said it wasnt the kitchens fault. Food then put on the bar for me and I had to ask for help to take back to my table, then had to ask for cutlery. Bar had 4-6 people in it so no excuse for this level of service. Disinterested staff and the fact the Wetherspoons nearby is better says a lot.

Nice place to have a Fosters. Very friendly staff.The vegan salad is very nice. There is a trerrace outside and very close to westfield shopping center.

Nice sport bar. Food is really good but they are very short staffed. I waited for a long time to get my food; especially I waited over 30 minutes for desert. Apparently there was a mistake.

Came here with a group of friends waited 40 minutes for my non-alcoholic cocktails then to be told that they didn’t have it I didn’t find it very accommodating for wheelchairs lots of high tables and couldn’t properly fit my wheelchair under the table that was a acceptable height for me i’m not impressed at all even though you say you have disabled access on your website

Nice interior with great cocktails plus tasty food and good music. One of my favourite bars in shepherds bush.

Great place, wings are a bit pricey but I had a nice time because of the team member named Hasim. Good banter, food and sports, 10/10 would recommend

Decent place to watch live sports. The foods alright for the price so can’t really complain. Lively atmosphere, pre-booking recommended.

This small and usually dead place feels the need to spend money on x2 guards to scan peoples IDs for "security reasons". Completely laughable and idiotic. And then people wonder why such places barely make a profit. They wont see my money again. Let em go bust.

Well what can I say? Other than do not eat here! We ordered food at around 8.30pm in a half empty bar on a Saturday night. I ordered a pizza (which sounded amazing), and my partner ordered a burger. We waited around 40 mins for our food to arrive (ok fair enough if youre cooking it fresh 🙄). When it arrived, my pizza was over cooked and cold, and my partners burger arrived on a cheap Warburtons bap despite being advertised as being served on a brioche-style bun and was luke warn. When asked if everything was OK and I advised them of the issues we faced, we were greeted with oh Im sorry to hear that. Definitely would not recommend eating here!

Great prices, loads of TVs, great for sport, football, tennis, ruby. And the best burgers for £10 in the area.

Easy to find opposite bus and train stations, nicely laid out, but whilst l appreciate London has varying costs and prices, they need to be careful here as Wetherspoons next door, whilst selling standard lager such as Fosters / Carling there, here is the pricier options, so paid about £5.50 for a pint compared to Wetherspoons £3.30 a pint. Different clientele maybe, but that is a difference within 100 m

Not sure if they were going to do it anyway but they put the Saudi F1 GP on and the audio too after I asked. Every staff member was friendly and they had some live music after the race. Really enjoyed the night. Had the Belushis classic burger and it was nice!

Good atmosphere before the game, only bar near the ground for away fans. Spent about 5 hours in there. Only let down, after the game, got there at 10.55pm to be refused entry..... Coz shutting at midnight 🙄

Ordered my food, waited for over a half an hour for it and nobody had an explanation regarding why the food was not available. Very rude French young lady, which is fine, but regarding food that I paid for, I want it and I want it within the time I ordered it. Very bad customer service. Supervisors seem oblivious and dont want to help out their own staff. Pathetic. I do not recommend.

Booked table in the morning via the website which was easy enough to do. Got a response in about 30 mins to confirm. Staff really helpful in ensuring the sport we wanted to see was on a TV within eyeline of our table. Good selection of drinks and food. Nachos portion was huge and plenty of toppings. Had a live singer who was really good but Im not sure it fit the vibe of a sports bar, maybe the audio of the sport would have made more sense but taking nothing away from the singer who was really good.

I had a great experience at this bar! The staff were very friendly and professional, and the whole place, including the bathroom, was clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was lively and fun! The bar was also perfectly situated across from the underground at Shepherds Bush and Westfield Mall. I will definitely be back, especially to celebrate any sporting events or for the live music on the weekends.

Extremely accommodating! We went in to watch the Eagles vs Chiefs NFL game, the game wasnt on at the time but as soon as the football had finished they found a stream for us to watch on!Order at the bar rather than table service if you want your drinks faster! But this wasnt an issue. :)

Horrible customer service. Unpleasant workers. I wasn’t even given tissues when the bartender spilled some of my drink. If it wasn’t for the happy hour I would’ve left after my first drink. But the drinks themselves were lovely, if you don’t like the taste of artificial strawberry (very sweet and cake tastethen I do not recommend the strawberry margherita. The food isn’t the best quality, very messy to eat.

Excellent sports bar. Burgers are exceptional.I dont know about football competitions, but we watched the rugby world cup there a couple of years ago. There was no bad behaviour or throwing insults at the TV or other customers.

Great venue to watch a football match, we had a whole area reserved and an excellent Vue of the big screen. Friendly bar staff who looked after us, the food was ok but left a lot to be desired. Would come back for sports but not for the grub!

Great selection of cocktails, spirits, beers and food. The place shows sports and so its a relaxed atmosphere. The food here is lovely with pizzas, burgers, wings and the works. The service is exemplary and the place is clean. Its part of the hostel so has living arrangements also. The crowd here is nice and a flowing one. Its got inside and outside seating so available to all and the place is quite big so can accommodate large crowds. A good night out with great music also. Overall a lovely place to be and so close to the station makes it an easy win

Evening well spended!!!!!! 100% coming back. Everything was just lovely. We came over for the happy hour, im not a cocktail drinker, but we tried plenty of stuff from their menu and absolutely everything was super tasty and super nice. Including food. The girl behind the bar was clearly new staff member, but seriously, huge recognition to her, her attitude was just beautiful. We found new place to be spending our girly nights at.

We were in for the Euros game, service was fast and staff were friendly! One waitress didnt know what diet coke was, but other than that it was fab! Great place to watch sport, lots of tvs all over the place and appropriate amount of staff on so no one was left waiting. We ordered some sides to nibble on and the food all tasted lovely. The Chipotle mayo isnt great though I think you could consider replacing.

Brilliant, very relaxing atmosphere, its one of those bars, cool but also very welcoming. Wonderful staff, very friendly. Great selection of cocktails, I would recommend Long beach ice tea, its like Long Island ice tea but with cranberry juice instead of coke, delicious.

Me & 3 friends visited Friday just gone (23rd April- we were celebrating my friends birthday and I have to say from start to finish we had the best night. From the doorman, to the barmen, to Bruno every single member of staff was honestly top notch. We were approached by different (unfavourablemen throughout the evening but Bruno made it into a game which involved shots!! Our drinks were strong and tasty well worth the money (both barmen deserve a special shoutout 🎉. All our cocktails were on the 2-4-1 deal so we had more drinks than we could handle lol.Thank you guys for a great night ❤️

Great food and drink. Went on a Saturday evening. The place was busy but not packed and had a live musical entertaining the place with 90s songs that had the bar loudly (and badlysinging along in drunken joy. Wait staff are friendly and great at their jobs, and the bouncers, whilst doing their jobs were friendly to all! Not from the area so stumbled across this place. If in the area definitely will go back!

The burgers were nice but a bit dry. The nachos and wings were amazing!Great discounts if you’re staying in St. Christopher’s Inn. They also have events every day.Nice variety of alcoholic drinks and cocktails.Highly recommended if you’re looking for a burger and drinks place in the area.Staff was on point!

The food come quickish but the chips were cold and the burger was average. Had a chicken one. It 12.50 for the meal.
