Bad service. At the entrance you would find someone asking you for ID without telling you that they will save your details.Extremely arrogant attitude.Night out with your 18yo drunken mate? That’s the place.

Top spot to watch the game, not too crazy prices either. Defo book in advance so you can reserve a table.

Great place to watch football but the drink prices are eye-wateringly expensive e.g. three quid for a splash of Coke from a gun with a spirit....do me a favour! Staff are good though...hope their wages reflect the drink prices!!

Great spot for watching live sport. They have an enormous screen in the back and a great sound system. They have retractable "bleachers" for more theatre style seating but they arent always open

The 2 stars are only for Josh/ a supervisor there, he fixed the situation and offered a drink on the house.. thank you.I am sorry for this bad review , the reason is that I booked online and they didnt confirm and called and they said yes we are putting the US open for tennis and when I showed up they didnt until very long negotiation, need yo be more organized guys

Just got denied entry because me and my mate have the new form of provisional license ID and the bouncers claimed they were fake because they were different to the old versions. They also refused to scan our ID’s on the machine to prove they were real.

Good music and cocktails. Cocktails though quite strong. But good place to have a drink 🥂

Staff are nice and whilst the drinks are expensive they do free pour. BUT the DJ is worse than a toddler with access to a Spotify account. Killed the whole vibe all night, jumping jarringly from Mamma Mia to Stormzy, from Ed Sheeran to Drake. At points literally stopping the current song and then fumbling for several seconds before starting a new song.

Bouncers absolute jobsworths. Wouldn’t let me in because didn’t have ID at the age of 29 at 11pm on Wednesday night. Only group in there. Only person not allowed in as bouncer decided he needed a power trip.

The place is tidy and clean, however the manger is so unprofessional and disrespectful . She has shown no respect to paying customers, and displayed absolutely no customer service training qualifications whatsoever from what my friends and I have experienced . It is really sad because this place has so much potential and can be great if the right people are in control.

Went watch an Aussie rules game there, got there right on opening as the game had already started. Need to get their act together however. I was offered bottled water and when I said yes, was then told only sparkling available. Went and ordered a beer with no one else at the bar, then preceded to wait 3 or 4 minutes whilst they looked for a bottle opener, it seems the only one was on someone elses lanyard. We ordered a major brand gin, which also wasnt available. Decided to order food, we chose one of the 5 wraps on the menu, to then be told that only one was available. Once we got our food we saw another table get pizza, I took the menu to the staff and said pizza wasnt on the menu, to then be given pizza menu (too late). No staff cleared our table at all. We ended up moving about 10 bottles and glasses off our table for them. If it wasnt for the game, I would have left.

Music and vibe was great, but the chickenless burger was a disaster. The patty was sad, limp, and flavourless. The only thing that made it salvageable was the sriracha sauce on the table, if not I probably wouldve imploded considering I payed £13 for it.

Had a great time one Friday night when the pub turns into a club. Forgot everybodys name, but the staff, the DJ and the security guards were absolutely amazing! The music that the DJ was playing was super cool and even in proper clubs I havent enjoyed as much!

Nobody seemed to quite know what was going on or cared that my friend and I were there. Was told wrong information re food service times on way in - it was late (9.45pmand I get the feeling they just couldn’t be bothered. Was then told at the bar they’d stopped serving food at 7.30pm, however we could see empty plates on other customers tables outside - so that was either a lie or tables hadn’t been cleared since 7.30. Gross. We were also the only people stood at the bar and were ignored by 3 members of staff who were chatting. Just generally poor service and attitude towards customers.

We were down in Hammersmith for the evening and decided to order a take away from Belushis. Unfortunately without realising we ordered from the wrong store ! When we went to pick up the order and the bar staff and manager realised what we had done , they couldn’t have been more helpful . They got our re-order out really quickly and couldn’t have been more courteous and friendly.So I had a couple of beers whilst waiting. And watched the guy doing his acoustic set on the stage . Food came it was excellent. !!!Overall , great food , great atmospheric fantastic staff.Thanks Belushis . 👌

Two basic dishes took over half an hour to arrive, despite it being 5pm and with no other customers ordering. The staff did not update us and we had to ask them where the order was ourselves. The drinks menu did not match what was available behind the bar.

Rude staff. Denied me the use of the toilet. Probably racism, but who cares, wouldnt spend a penny in that place. The staff in question was a lady with shoulder length black hair and glasses.

Breakfast wasnt good or bad , average. Service was very slow, although it wasnt that busy. Cleanliness of the place isnt great, as looks like they didnt clean the floor from the day before . And we found peaces of broken glass under our table (((

Firstly the good points: Hammersmith is a lovely area, steeped in history. Holland Park, beautiful park (Freddie Murcury had a home close byis worth a look. Its only a twenty minute walk from the hostel. The Hostel offered an open mic session in the evening, it was great. Nightclub the following night. Staff in the hostel were polite and friendly toward me.The bad points: I was woken abruptly at 5 am by a bin truck that was emptying class. Again on the same morning at 8:30 construction began out front , the jack hammer got me up fast and out of the room to escape the loud racket. Good ear plugs are a must ! At breakfast, two days in a row they had no knives and I was stuck waiting around for the one staff member on duty on Tuesday at breakfast. She was very busy booking in new hostelers. Obviously, one staff member isnt enough to stock up the cutlery and sort breakfast while also managing the busy counter bookings. Over all I liked the hostel especially the night entertainment . Good place to eat and drink.

I ordered 12 shots of BabyGuinness and a good few espresso Martinis. Of the baby guinness served to us was just Baileys without any coffee liquor and for espresso martini the manager didnt know how to make it either and made the worst cocktails one could have! 🤮When I complained about the drinks, the manager of this place (Named himself George, but the one who was controlling on Wednesday night on 11th May 2022came and was very rude and non professional! He said thats how we do it and then sweared 🤬 to just go away! He was a very racist person and said that we dont even serve to non brits and then told the staff to not serve (even they were shocked and the other junior bar tender was also very shocked but couldnt do much)! Such racist people shouldnt be allowed to work 😡😤☠️!!!!!!This place used to be very good in past but with such a staff now, is getting utter poor.I have got some pics. and some video evidence about this whole, which I am happy to share. And if not handled properly next time will reach out further as such blatant racism is not allowed!

I visited your bar the Monday just gone. Ive been to many of your sites before, Camden being my go to, it wasnt too busy me being the only person at the bar. I asked for a Guinness and was charged £6.40, bare in mind that is pretty expensive even for London. However I was fine with as I was looking forward to your Extra cold Guinness. However what happened next shocked me. The bar tender who was pouring my drink, rested the glass on the drip tray, letting my Guinness produce extra bubbles. Honestly I should have stopped them there but I was too stunned by what I was seeing. The one, and only, good part about their pour was that they let it settle. Once she handed me my drink she quickly left the bar. I got the attention of another bar tender and explain the situation, they said they needed to call over their supervisor. The supervisor came and asked what was the problem. I explain to them what had happened and asked, in a tone, if I would like another one. I said yes. They then went to pour another one the exact same way has the person before. I stopped them this time. I explained how you are meant to pour a Guinness, however they just looked at me with a blank expression. I felt like I was in the wrong and felt stupid. I work in pub myself and know how you pour a Guinness, also how you talk to someone who has a complaint. I tried to explain the proper pour to them again but stopped as I knew I wasnt getting anywhere. I asked for a refund which was given with attitude. I am not the type of person to complain about these type of situations. I then left and popped over the road and got a proper Guinness for £5.40 instead. The fact that you have a supervisor not knowing how to pour a Guinness concerns me. I hope in future you will train your staff on this, and how to deal with criticism in person.

We had table booked for 4h, we were late almost hour and bouncer didn’t let us in. Told us being to drunk, where there was few people sleeping on tables. Started arguing with the bouncer, but no point talking to wall. Bouncer was typical muscle idiot.

Good PUB for watching football games.

What a rip off..£18 for pint and burger and chips that took 40mins to arrive...hardly anybody eating and asked 3 times when food was arriving as had bus to catch...never again...should be wearing a mask!!

Had a lovely time. Went to watch the womens six nations which they had advertised they were playing. The staff were quick to change the TV for us and the quality was great. Drink selection was the usual for a Belushis and the food was very tasty (had a pizza and some chips). Didnt try to kick us out once wed finished our drinks but let us stay longer. Admittedly it was basically empty so this might not be true all of the time. Only went for the W6N but might be back for the private booths!

We ordered our meal but we had to leave without it appearing. This was in part due to us having to leave for the Ukraine comedy benefit gig. Not entirely Belushis fault we run out of time. The staff we saw were working hard there did not appear to be enough of them.We wont go back

Best Bar ever..!!Book hostel to stay and get free bar entry. Very nice crowd, music, dance, best burger and drinks, loved it. Enjoyed alot, made new friends. Occasionally events carried out, match evening events with live casting happens here.Enjoy..!!

Wow! Dan. One word. He IS the man. Our glasses were never empty, he has the friendliest customer service and knew everything about the cocktails we wanted and could recommend many others based on our taste. What a real asset to the team! Will be back again!

In before going to a show at the apollo. Convenient and we got a seat.We went at 6pm and got there for happy hour.2 burgers and 2 gin tonics was £28.On the 2 for 1.Not sure I would have been too happy paying full price £56??? Surely not....We had a good experience 😌

I have been here a few times now and have had a great night on all occasions. The drinks can be a little on the expensive side, but I can kind of forgive that as it has a lovely atmosphere. Its perfect if you want a few drinks and a dance.

Belushis great location just across Hammersmith train station is a perfrct spot to hang out with your friends.We stayed here while waiting for our concert in Eventim Apollo.Great ambiance. I love the vibe.Have some drinks, eat some food, watch tv or chat with friends.

Been in there a few times now, good spot to watch sports but wear a jumper or coat because the air-conditioning is freezing

Really nice bar opposite Hammersmith tube station. I live other side of town so rarely venture these ways, but I thoroughly recommend this bar to anyone who wants to meet up near Hammersmith. The bar is nice; has big screens showing Ashes cricket & international football. They have a happy hour 5 to 7.30; I bought a meat and seafood platter with 4 bottles of Corona and it came to £19.90 ! A real bargain & the food was nice too. Also, really nice chatty member of staff/behind bar (forget her name - has several piercingsbut lovely. Helpful & managed to get us a table too. In short, RECOMMEND

LOVE the refurb - looks awesome! Great atmosphere when I went in for lunch last week. I had the butter cluckin stack burger and it was delicious. Cant wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!

Went at lunch to try the new menu after its been closed for refurb and will definitely be back! I got the butter cluckin stack chicken burger but there was also a lunch deal with 50% off the lighter dishes which I still need to try. The new refurb also looks amazing!

First time coming here after the new refurb and the place looks great! Lunch arrived really quickly even though it was busy and it tasted amazing. Definitely coming back here in the future
