What a joy to find such safe, secure swings for Baby (THANKYOU Council)!! Something to play on for children of all ages - and a very pretty view of the water, birds and marine life for everyone to enjoy 😃👏👏👏

Relaxing and peaceful. Great place for family and friends to meet up and spend time together. Also great if you just need to unwind after a long day.

Nambucca Council-maintained park with covered picnic table & seat areas. A large childrens playground provides hours of playful activities. Modern public toilet facilities with large hand wash area. Best of all is the beautiful vista views of the river leading to the sea. There is a large pontoon with sun-bathing deck and ladder, located approx. 10 metres from park shoreline. The shoreline is protected with large rocks typical of most of NSWs Mid North Coast river to sea areas. These provide vantage points for fishing, with many people fishing in the best spots.Tall trees nearby provide shaded areas to sit and picnic on the grass. Located across the road is a cafe able to provide nice meals, sit down or take away, with barista made coffee available. A great recreational park area indeed.

This is a fantastic place to stop has great modern facilities, Good BBQ area ,a great playground for the children , is right on the Nambucca river, in Nambucca Heads, has plenty of parking. And WOW what a great view, and great spot to go fishing along the river , is wheelchair accessible.

Toilets are dirty and there is no soap dispenser. Toilets and Park rarely cleaned (Once every few monthsNo wind covers so is always freezing in winter. Nice park and beautiful view of the river.

Great family park on the river. Play equipment for littlies up to 12 yr olds. BBQ, amenities, picnic tables. Swimming too.

Good spot for a stop on the road trip, not far off the highway

Lovely playground, only complaint is that the toilet facilities were disgusting and i had to change my baby outdoors.

This park has had a lot of improvements over the years it is a beautiful place for you to enjoy made for families and everyone please never litter just enjoy this friendly place 😊

Toilets, bbq shelters, play equipment under shade, plenty of open space and also lots of parking spaces. Sheltered swimming, a hard surface basketball court, outdoor table tennis table and cafe over the road.

Beautiful spot. Especially for families with children. A great play area. And quite safe to swim there.

A beautiful park with great picnic facilities and a great playground for kids. Toilets are clean and its right beside the water with easy access and an amazing view to the ocean! Good parking available too!Enjoy!

Great park with some different equipment that just a straight swing and a slide (which they also had). A few covered picnic tables and a nice spot next to the river, plenty of parks as well.

Its a beautiful park, shaded with lots of equipment. Plenty of parking, clean toilet and BBQ facilities.

No dogs allowed. Wouldve been a 5 star rating otherwise

A very popular picnic area for locals. Shelters over tables, free BBQ, wonderful play equipment!, half basketball court, table tennis table, great swimming spot for families, a pontoon, good place to launch canoes and paddleboards, room for cricket in the grassy area. . Bellwood store is just across the road, great takeaways, Ice Cream, fish & chips etc. Many travellers pull up for a break a nice flat area if you have a caravan. Well done Nambucca Shire Council.

The new playground, half basketball court and table tennis are very popular additions. Plenty of picnic tables and BBQs to enjoy. Easy to access & beautiful location on the river.Grounds & facilities are well maintained, however there are not enough rubbish bins located around the park and the public toilets are horrible

Awesome very popular park , with toilets , a fantastic kids playground . A safe sheltered cove with floating pontoon with ladders great for the kids . The entire waterfront is still being updated by local council . Great gas BBQs & numerous shelters , a wonderful place for families

Beautiful spot on the banks of the Nambucca River. Plenty of room for the kids to run, swim and have fun. There are restroom facilities, picnic areas/shelters. You have Nambucca Island Golf Club/Course straight opposite on the banks of Stuart Island and Nambucca Shopping Plaza is only minutes away. 👍😊

A great playground that is modern and entertaining for kids, public toilets available, a water tap to wash off sandy feet, public BBQs available, plenty of parking and picnic tables also available. Also a little beach there with a pontoon you can swim out too and then jump off of. Great place to take the kids to and do a bit of family fishing, we caught a bream and a flat head in not much time at all. Pelicans like to hang around when they see anyone fishing in hopes of an easy dinner.

Pleasant park, good place for lunch, well maintained facilities, very accessible public toilets. Located on the river bank.

Had a lovely picnic on the grass with the grandchildren....Lots of shelters, picnic benches, tables and trees to rekax on and have a picnic.BBQ facilities available... Located on the edge of Nambucca River.Awesome playground for the children to play on with a huge sails to protect them from the elements. The only criticism I have would have love to see a couple more of smaller activities for toddlers...otherwise awesome for 4-5 year olds ... Exercise facilities available

This is a good place for the family with safe swimming for the children and the usual facilities for picnics and public toilets. This is one place where there is always shade and a cool breeze on a hot day.

Wonderful! Good playground for the kids, BBQ area, public toilets (which sometimes smell quite a bit but we cant have everything). Stunning views and a good park.I just wish people entering and exiting in their cars would slow down!

Quiet, even on a long weekend. Playground, a few covered picnic tables and a BBQ. Only downside was a lack of parents/baby change room in the public bathroom block.
