Bella italy in White Sulphur Springs

Theyll take your money even though they shorted me on my food. i tried to contact them but they never gave me my money. id be wary about getting delivery from grub hub.

Tired this place 3 times. Each time our food was burnt and humorous portions.

Food was not bad, not good. The waitress was a great lady who knew how to take care of her customers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. WE WAITEDOVER 4 HOURS TO RECEIVE OUR ORDER.A group of friends and I were in West Virginia forvacation and ordered dinner from here. When we wentto the restaurant to pick up the meal at the timeindicated by our email (about 30mins after ordering),they apologized and said it would not be ready foranother hour or so. They promised to call with updates.After an additional 1.5 hours of waiting we called andthey said sorry the food is taking longer than expected.After another 1.5 hours we called again and they told usthey had not started our order. At this point therestaurant was about to close. They promised theywould make our food and refund us for our over 3 hourwait. We continued to wait for a call, which we neverreceived so went to the restaurant for a second timeand found the food was not ready. We waited another45 minutes before the food was ready. They againpromised to refund us. However their definition of"refund" was 15% off. On top of that, the food wasmediocre at best. Unless you have 4-5 hours to wait fora meal, avoid this establishment. My friends and I willnever be back due to the horrific customer service here.

The Pizza, Strom/Calz & Pasta’s are deliciously prepared with fresh ingredients and house made sauce. Subs & Salads are excellent as well. Burnt stromboli was served, ingredients are not cooked fully (green pepper , onions. There was melted butter all over the box like it was slabbed on. Gordon Ramsay would have a ball with this place .

I have lunch or dinner there several times a month. The food is always excellent and the service is always friendly and timely...

This was a dirty, weird dining experience which I was so disappointed, I wanted to share with you. First, it was 2pm on a Friday and we walked in to an empty and dark dining room. The furniture is not like as pictured. It was mismatched, old and there was dirty plates still left in a booth. Dueling TVs were blaring different shows and the server looked disheveled. I wanted to leaved, but my husband wanted to have a nice Italian sandwich before proceeding to the Greenbrier. We ordered and I wanted a Greek salad and my husband a "Pizza Steak Sub". Our order went in and and she came out with my salad, which was fresh and nice, but no mention of my husbands sub. 5 minutes later, she goes over to the cash register, takes out some money and leaves out the front door. Still waiting, and at this time we figured that she was going to the local grocery store to get something for his sandwich. Came back in the side door and into the kitchen. 5 more minutes we got up and my husband said we were leaving. She said she was going to put his sandwich in a to go box. He agreed, cuz hes nice, and we left. When he opened the box, there was a burnt, cheeseless sub. The meat had gotten overcooked while she was out getting who knows what. I am shocked she still charged us for garbage. Save yourself some heartache and go elsewhere. There are other very nice places in White Sulphur springs.

This place has some delicious food. Had shrimp Alfredo, Bella platter, and some meat lovers pizza. All was fantastic, and anytime I find myself in this area, Ill look forward to coming back.

I devoured this food, totally recommend it for anyone who enjoys good food!Pros:- Very kind service, insisted to give us a *free* refill even though we didnt ask for one.- They make the dough and sauce home-made- The toppings are fresh and flavorful- Served warm- with a smile!

This place is great! Excellent and friendly service! Usually places that have large menus and serve everything are mediocre, but this place completely surprised me. The pizza here will put many pizza places to shame in the DMV area. That egg washed crust is something special. Delicious.Very clean restaurant, plenty of seating. And the prices are very fair.

Ordered pizza to go. They called back and let me know it was ready. I’ve never had a pizza place do that. Great service and pizza was awesome.

We had pizza which was very good, my very picky kids ate it up. Also our server was super accommodating and friendly to my boys and me. I will remember to stop here when we are passing through again.

Stopped on our way through, enjoyed the toasted ravioli appetizer and for dinner we had the chicken parm and sausage rolls. All was very good and would stop on our way through again! Definitely some of our favorite sausage rolls we have had! Great service, very friendly staff.

The food was delicious. I got a cheese steak with the works. Great French fries. I wouldve eaten there again before my flight but they are closed on Mondays 😔. Our waitress, Kelsey, was so nice and helpful. The best food I had during my entire week long stay in Greenbrier county.

Lunch was absolutely delicious. Excellent service, food was fresh and we really enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend it.

I have ordered food from here two times. The first time the food was great. We had a pizza and bread sticks.This last time I ordered a to go order of a meat lovers pizza,bread sticks and onion rings. I waited there for my order.I had a 15 minute drive back. Not long enough to dry out food.The pizza was over done and looked like it had been made and left out a few hours. The onion rings were burnt. The bread sticks where the only thing worth eating. Was definitely a waste of $35.Maybe they were having a bad day, Im not sure.The restaurant was clean and the waitress was friendly.I didnt take any photos. Sorry.

Our food took a long time to arrive for take out and was not appetizing, especially for the menu prices. I rarely post negative reviews, but Bella Italy left much to be desired.

Subs are good especially the chicken or steak Philly. Today though called at least 4 times at lunch no answer stopped by there and no one came upfront and then again tonight called and guess what no answer. Come on you got to do better

Every time I order from here my order is always made wrong. The food is always either cold/old or isnt cooked right.The manger wasnt willing to work with me when I complained and they just tried to offer me a credit. I dont ever want to eat here again. And you shouldnt either.The prices are way too high for garbage food that dont even taste nor is cooked right.Im a manager of a Chick-fil-A and I know food quality and safety.The food they served me wasnt safe to eat. The fries were old and soggy and the lettuce in the salad was welted and old.If I could give this place 0/5 I would and all of you would as well

Would love to give a 5 star review as the food is delicious, however you advertise bothconline and in store that you deliver up to 15 miles. Just tried to call in a delivery for 10 miles away and was told that they dont deliver to lewisburg. Stop advertising your delivery service. Based on the reviews, it seems as though its your weakest point.

Bella has a good variety of food and their no contact delivery service is convenient and prompt. Particularly in White Sulphur, there arent many choices close by with as large of a menu or as good quality of food. Some items are fryer or convenience eating but they have a lot of common Italian dishes too.I would recommend a hot sandwich, the chicken pita is one of my favorites and the pepperoni roll is also very tasty.

We really enjoyed the food. Our daughter devoured her pasta, and we loved the pizza and shrimp po boy sandwich!

Their wings hit very hard and their garlic parmesan fries are so good with them, prices are also very solid as well, you can always appreciate a nice hometown restaurant

This place is a Gem. I literally drove from Vermont to eat here again. The owners are incredibly hospitable and generous. Absolutely an awesome place. White Sulpher Springs is fortunate to have this restaurant

Would not recommend. Costumer service=WACK. They also change their delivery locations. Had an order delivered one day, then I placed an order today, but they told me they dont deliver until after 4:00 at my location AFTER they had already charged my card so now I have to wait 3-5 BUISNESS days in order to get my money back... this would be fine, except the first order I mentioned was delivered around 1:00pm. So they either lied, or just do not follow their own rules. Figure it out bud.

Bella Italy is a great spot for a neighborhood style restaurant experience. The food is of great quality and the ambiance is nice. Ate here twice during my stay in White Sulphur Springs.

We just got to go because I was walking around town well it took 2 hours to get 3 meals they tasted good but my burger was only meat.

100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bella Italy to everyone!! We started off with "The Bella Sampler" which had a great mixture of different fried items which was great!But let me tell you, Ive never in my life ate something as DELICIOUS this calzone my husband and I shared last night! It was so good I didnt want to share 😂😍 when we asked our server she informed us they make their own dough and good Lord they are doing something right!! Not only was the calzone fantastic, but our service could not have been anymore on point, Tiffany was very attentive, checking several times for refills and just to make sure we were enjoying everything even though she was pretty busy. She was also extremely knowledgeable about items on the menu answering many questions because we had never been there before, but WE WILL BE BACK without a doubt💜💜💜To top off our dinner, they owner sent out free dessert that tasted like funnel cake and mmmmmmm!!! That was definitely the thing that topped off the night. We appreciate your courtesy and amazing food!

Had an inedible calzone. It was mostly bread and tasted nasty. I notified the place as soon as I tried it. I was at work so unable to bring the calzone back. They offered me 25% discount to fix their mistake. I will just use alfredos in lewisburg. I thought since it used to be called alfredos as well that they would be managed the same I was wrong

Not a bad place but our waitress was clueless. She asked for our drinks then came out with them and asked us what we ordered to drink. She only had 2 drinks with here, take a wild guess which one we ordered. Then she took our food order (a pasta dish and a calzone). For some reason another girl later came over and checked with us and asked what we ordered. Then the waitress cam out with the calzone and asked if we needed anything else and we asked how long on my pasta. She asked what it was I ordered! It later got more weird with her telling us she was being retrained because the first girl didnt train her right ...... It seems neither did the second girl. Overall the food was decent at best. The calzone had cheep cheese in it and my pasta was nothing to brag about. If we were in town again we would definitely hit up some other place to eat.

Slow. We ordered a large calzone. It took an hour to get to our table and then it had no ricotta cheese on it, this was after we asked the waitress which had the ricotta on it. After over 2 hours on the road we just wanted a nice sit down meal and this wasnt it.

Did you ever go to a friends house for dinner and then their parents start fighting? This was the restaurant version of that. Our waitress, Chris, was trying her best, but this place is extremely dysfunctional. My wife and I stopped in for lunch, and as soon as we sat down I knew it was going to take a while. Thats fine, we werent in a hurry, but what was upsetting was how little attention was given to customers and how little help Chris was receiving from the only other waitress working that day, whom Ill call "B"."B" was stomping back and forth from the kitchen to the front counter - not helping any customers, pushing past Chris while she was carrying plates, and making snide comments the entire time. The orders for two tables got switched, and while Chris is clearly overwhelmed and trying to figure out what to do, "B" starts yelling at her in the middle of the restaurant. My wife made the comment "this is like a Bar Rescue kinda place", and I couldnt agree more. We ask for the the check and a to-go box, and while Chris is running around the restaurant, "B", who couldnt have been more than 10 feet away from us sitting on a stool and texting, loudly tells Chris "that table is like, glaring at you". Thats pretty much how it was the entire meal - instead of helping she was treating the job like a chance to hang out and gossip with her friend, and she had no self-awareness whatsoever.Theres even more that happened, but I dont need to write a novel here. My wife and I have both worked service and retail jobs, and we try to be understanding. Neither of us have ever seen a worse employee than "B". She honestly ruined the meal for us because her attitude took over the restaurant. The food is fine - Egyptian bread is an interesting touch, and works well in a pizza place. But no pizza is worth dealing with that drama, and if you visit Bella Italy and "B" is working, youll know exactly what I mean.

These people have no idea how to run a business. Most importantly because of customer service. Absolutely awful. When I walked in nobody was there to attend me. After waiting for 5 minutes this lady comes to me and the first words she says are, carry out? How about a hello sorry for making you wait? Anyways, she comes back with my food as she forgets to get a plastic back and then proceeds to charge me the wrong amount. I leave the restaurant, open the bag at home and she forgot to add the salads I ordered. I call back and first thing she said, you wanna come back? I do and the same story again. She never apologized nor did she look at me in the eyes. What is wrong with people. Never coming back to this place.

Placed order for eggplant. Went back to pickup. Dont have eggplant. I was told they did. Asked for pizza to be delivered. 2 hours later not received. Called them. Server had not put my order in. This is not the first time. Done

Wanted to really try their food as I always like local shops, but the lack of customer service had me turned away.

Our waitress forgot a couple drinks and some of our orders got a little mixed up, but we had a rather large group, and she was friendly and quick to fix whatever we needed.There was a toddler running around in the kitchen though...and since he was in the kitchen, I assumed he was with someone who works there.I dont know the situation or why the child was there... maybe they had to bring him. Things happen. I understand that. I just wasnt crazy about him running around in the kitchen.Overall, our waitress was nice & friendly, and the food was delicious!

Took about 7 mins to order and had to wait about 3 min after I asked for a total. Waited over an hour for the delivery. When I got my calzone it was burnt and the side of lamb went from 3 juicy pieces to one piece cut up on some lettuce, THATS NOT SUPPOSE TO FEED MY SON! The calzone doesnt even taste like a Greek calzone and the cheese wasnt even melted. Im very disappointed I used to order this all the time, yall just lost a customer!
