Bell Sister Flats in Roseburg

What a great place! It’s such a great use of a historic space. So much attention to detail. Incredibly cozy and spacious at the same time. We did some wine tasting close buy, had an amazing dinner right across the street (True Kitchen + Bar). From the clever and easy self-entry to the historic photos on the landing to the well-appointed kitchen to the once-in-a-lifetime shower to the cozy yet spacious feel of the place we really enjoyed our stay. Oh yeah…there’s also a couple delicious welcome treats that highlight some of the delicious food and wine that is made in the Umpqua River Valley. Wine. Fishing. Rivers. The beach. You can get there from the Bell Sister Flats. Highly recommend. We will stay again. The friends who joined us the adjoining flat agree.

Thanks Terry and Paul for a great Graffiti Weekend at The Bell Sisters Flats. The rooms were very upscale and provided everything a guest could ask for! We stayed in the Mineta Flat and it was extremely roomy. We had an exceptional view of Jackson St. were we could watch and enjoy the classic car cruise , without the crowds. Terry also went out of her way to accommodate our Root beer request from a local brewery, in-place of alcohol. We enjoyed our relaxing stay and would recommend the Bell Flats to all our friends and anyone looking for a 5 star stay in Roseburg!

This place is a Gem! Perfectly located in the historical downtown area of Roseburg and in walking distance of some great restaurants and boutique shopping. We were able to reserve both rooms and found them both to be of equal lux. In my opinion, the proprietor created a most comfortable, modern and stylish flat(s). Our stay was just this month, March 2022. I originally booked us at a local hotel for a three night stay. Then when looking for things to do in Roseburg I came across Bell Sister Flats. By chance the rooms were available those three nights and I was lucky enough to book them and cancel my hotel rez. Each room was decorated beautifully, both were spotless and the kitchens and bathrooms were equipped with everything we would need. There was local art displayed and information on everything you could think of in the area. When we arrived, there was a bottle of wine on the table, chocolates and a gift card for the coffee shop downstairs. The linens were of high quality and a list is provided if you choose to purchase anything in the room for yourself. Prior to arriving, I e-mailed Terry, the proprietor and asked for restaurant recommendations. On her recommendation, we ate across the street at True Kitchen + Bar. Also excellent! After the first night, the bartender/mixologist was greeting us by name. I would recommend Bell Sister Flats to anyone coming into town. They are definitely a step above staying at a hotel and add more privacy than a B&B.

Bell Sister Flats was a wonderful place to stay. The room (really it’s more of a small apartmentwas spacious, the kitchen well stocked, bed was comfortable. It was very clean with great decor and design. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and recliner in the bedroom. The owners were very nice and helpful too. Hope to stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful as always. Bell Sister Flats is wonderful. We come to Roseburg 3-5 times a year. Would not consider staying anywhere else.

Bell Sister Flats exceeded our expectations! The space is absolutely gorgeous! Many have mentioned the bed/linens - I would echo this! The most luxurious, inviting and cozy bed ever! We loved the shower and relaxing by the fire in the very comfortable loveseat as well! If you stay here - do not miss out on dinner at True Kitchen! We liked it so much it we ate there both nights- and best of all it’s just across the street.

We had the most amazing weekend at Bell Sister Flats. Our family stayed in both of the flats over this past weekend and the spaces were perfect. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning and relaxing in the afternoons with our family. Having the full kitchen was a nice bonus.The beds and bedding at the flats are out of this world. It was the most comfortable bed and having the black-out shades was nice as well.We were in town to visit our daughter that lives in Roseburg and we will definitely be back!

It was our first time in Roseburg, not knowing the town I was nervous picking somewhere to stay. After finding Bell Sister Flats online and reading the reviews I knew I had found "the" place! Let me tell you the reviews do not lie, we were welcomed with a lovely bottle of chilled local wine (so good), and a nice warm place to call our own for the night. Everything was incredibly clean, welcoming and beautiful. The bed was absolutely incredible and I would say the most amazing bed I have ever slept in! The shower was fun and great after a long day of work. I told my fiancé I wanted to stay there longer because we had the best time and enjoyed everything about this cute little place, I hope we can return soon! Thank you for the lovely stay!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED Bell Sister Flats! Beautiful atmosphere, lush bedding, and so many complimentary benefits! The details in the kitchen and enormous bathroom were fantastic! I am so happy that I found Bell Sister Flats online. It is a fabulous place to stay. No expense was spared in remodeling and decoratingthe flat. A wonderful mix of rustic and glam. It is just across the street from the best restaurant in town. We told everyone at the wineries andrestaurants we visited to tell everyone about it. We will definitely stayonce a year from now on. I cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Bell Sister Flats. We had the Minnie Flat, which is the smaller of the 2. From the moment you walk into the building and gaze up at the copper ceiling of the stairwell, to opening the door into the spacious and stunning kitchen we were saying “wow!”. That was the word of the stay. “Wow!” A gorgeous fully appointed kitchen, sweet extras like local chocolates, beer or wine, and all the bells and whistles. The automated loveseat was a hit, the walk in shower for two with jets coming from everywhere that felt like a massage, the blackout shades, the remote controlled fireplace, the view- just everything. Honestly, not a single bad thing to say!! We kept saying that it was too nice for us and we were afraid to get it dirty lol. Absolute luxury- the owners have thought of everything. Speaking of the owners, they were incredibly friendly and quick to respond when I had questions. Clearly they care about their business and their guests. We felt very taken care of. We only stayed one night which is a shame. We were only passing through on our way from Washington State to California- but now that I know how wonderful the Bell Sister Flats are we’ll make it a destination in and of itself. (Oh and to add- free street parking right in front of the flats)

What a beautiful place to stay while visiting the Umpqua Valley. Located in downtown Roseburg we were walking distance from many restaurants, coffee shopsS, beer and wine tasting as well as shopping. We didnt want to leave! Its definitely a perfect place to stay for just a weekend or more long term. The bed was so comfortable. They thought of everything! We will stay again!

WOW! The pictures on the website are fabulous, but until you walk into the flat, you won’t have a real appreciation for how exquisite the Mineta Flat truly is. Where do I start? You walk into a spacious flat with lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is high end from the stove to the forks. The owners thought of absolutely everything for the kitchen. Keep walking into a spacious living room area with a large television, comfy couch and chair. They have also provided a small library of interesting books. The bedroom is AMAZING! Huge windows overlook part of downtown and let in so much light. There is a gorgeous fireplace that is controlled with a remote. At the end of the bed is the best loveseat I have ever had the pleasure to sit on. At the push of a button, your legs are raised and you can lean back. Right in front of you are the fireplace and large screen television. The bed is extremely comfortable. You will LOVE the remote controlled blackout shades. I love naps in the middle of the day and these shades gave the perfect environment for that. I have saved the best for last. Oh that shower! First of all, it’s enormous. It has 3 shower heads on opposite sides that when used in tandem massage your entire body. On a third wall, there is a handheld shower head but then, there is a rainfall shower head! And yes, you can use them all at once! I stayed 4 nights and took 6 showers, it was that great! The towels were so soft you could just wrap up in them and never want to move. I could go on forever about how great Bell Sisters Flats are, but you have to experience it for yourself to understand and see the amount of detail and quality the owners put into the flats. My husband I and took numerous pictures and will be making some changes to our house based on the Mineta Flat. There are no negatives. The accommodations are posh, it’s near numerous restaurants, bars, and shops downtown. Parking is easy and well lit. We can’t wait to book again!

The sisters flat was incredible!! Everything was beautifully furnished and so relaxing! We have decided this to be our annual anniversary go to!! Love it!

I don’t think I’m making any stretch saying this is the best place you could stay in the area. Perfect place to stay for a vacation or business trip. The kitchen was immaculate, the bed was perfect and relaxing with a beer by the fire after work was perfect. You will not regret staying here

We stayed for a long weekend in the Minnie Flat. Our stay was 5 star. The flat is beautifully appointed and very spacious. The darkening shades in the bedroom blocked out light and made it very comfortable to sleep. A wondreful experience and we will be back.

Bell Sister Flats deserves more than five stars. It is absolutely fabulous! The flat is well designed, spacious, and tastefully appointed. The owners were thoughtful in every detail both inside the unit and the hallway and on the stairs leading up to the flats. We stayed there during the pandemic so we didnt get to explore the area too much on foot but shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. There is even a yarn store for anyone interested in fiber arts! I highly recommend staying at Bell Sister Flats. Its beautiful and comfortable and a perfect home away from home.

The place was absolutely amazing, spacious, comfortable, quiet, and with all the amenities you would normally find in a 5 star hotel. We were absolutely impressed and plan to return.

I loved this place. If you’re in Roseburg for a night or a few nights- this is the best place to stay. I would live here if I could and I’ll definitely be taking some style inspiration with me. We received a gift certificate to a local restaurant, some wine and chocolates and it was perfect since it was my friend’s birthday. The automatic blinds made the bedroom super dark and cozy. Loved the fireplace and the really nice TVs. And the bathroom. WOW. A shower with 6-8 shower heads and a really private toilet. Everything was perfect, there’s nothing I would change. It’s also super clean and you use a key code to get through 2 doors. Much safer than a hotel right now. Stay here on your way back from Southern Oregon or Crater Lake! The restaurant across the street was amazing too.

Wow! Such a beautiful stay. If I could give Bellsister Flats 10 stars I would. The accommodations were luxurious. I’d like to take the kitchen home with me. So well done. Super comfortable bed. Everything you could ask for. Roseburg is a sleepy little town with some great restaurants and a wonderful up and coming wine region. We’re looking forward to our next visit.

We had a really wonderful evening at Bell Sister Flats. So much so that we didnt want to go home! The suite was beautiful with a fully stocked kitchen and high end appliances. The bedroom was large, had a very comfortable bed and the owners took special care with every detail including amazing bed linens. Its a great place to stay and will recommend it to all family and friends. We are so fortunate to have a place like this in downtown Roseburg!

We had a very nice experience at our stay at the Bell Sister Flats. It had all the nice amenities and was centrally located in the old historic part of town. We were on town over the weekend and stayed two nights. The owners, Terry and Paul, did a fantastic job of remodeling and updating the flat that we stayed in ( love the black out blindsand were very accommodating hosts. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Bell Sister Flats made for the perfect nights getaway!I only wish my husband and I could have stayed longer! It was exactly what we needed after being on the road for so many days! The king size bed was so comfy we felt completely refreshed when we woke up!

Bell Sister Flats and True Kitchen & Bar across the street are two treasures in downtown Roseburg.

My partner and I stayed in the Minetta Flat, we were awestruck when we opened the door to the flat. The interior design was well thought out, it had a clean modern look that made you feel relaxed and luxurious. Our favorite parts were the 8-head shower, comfy king sized bed, and close to excellent restaurants. We would highly recommend Bella Flats! And we will stay again, thanks Paul and Terry! :)

Our stay at Bell Sister Flats was for sure 5 stars! I wish I could but 10. I am a local from roseburg and we have absolutely nothing like this at all! First off it is absolutely beautiful from the chandelier when you walk in to the remote control blackout shades to the amazinggggg 5 headed shower. I was getting married downtown and we couldn’t find anywhere to get ready then 2 days before the wedding we saw the Bell Sisters Flat video of Facebook and booked it right away! We booked for 2 nights Friday and Saturday. Our wedding was on Saturday evening so I was able to stay there Friday night and last minute I noticed there other flat was vacant for the night and asked the owners if I could rent the other one out for the groomsman to get ready in and they said absolutely no problem and I even asked for an earlier check in and the owner Terry said just give me a time and it was ready 3 hours earlier then the time they had listed for check in which was so helpful! Again this is a gem in roseburg and can’t wait to stay there again just for even a night getaway and get dinner downtown and go stay at the flats. Thank you Bell sister Flats for creating such a beautiful place that roseburg was lacking! 😊

These were beautiful, luxury flats in charming downtown Roseburg. The design was a great mix of modern finishes and comforts coupled with elements and details that nod to the history of the architecture. As an architect, I really appreciated the care that went into the craft of the space. The atmosphere made for a perfect relaxing and romantic weekend away with my wife.In addition, the flats were also centrally located in downtown for ease of walking to the nearby bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Paul and Terry were great hosts. They allow their guests total privacy while also being very responsive and attentive to any questions.We will definitely be coming back to stay here soon. I highly recommend this as a weeekend getaway.

My husband and I have been visiting the Roseburg area for about 20 years and the Bell Sister Flats is by far the nicest place we have stayed. From the entry way into the building to the fluffy bathroom towels, everything was perfect. The wine and coffee were both top quality and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook a full meal. The bedroom had a fabulous bed with piles of pillows to choose from (quality sheets and blankets tooand blackout shades made for very sweet dreams. By far my favorite amenity was the shower. It was simply amazing with jets everywhere and a rain shower from above. The upscale amenities are far too numerous to count and the architecture of the building is a unique blend of past and present. The location and quality of these accommodations make it the best values in Roseburg.

My wife and I stayed at the Bell Sister’s Flats and it turned out to be a hidden little secret of perfection tucked away in the heart of downtown Roseburg. There wasn’t one thing that the owners didn’t think of to make ones stay fun, memorable and relaxing. Our flat, the Mineta, was beautifully furnished and decorated with original artwork throughout.It was probably the best night of sleep we’ve had in a long time made possible by the remote-controlled ‘Black Out Blinds’ (YES, black out blinds…my personal favoriteand the luxurious bedding.The Owner’s, Paul and Terry, are incredible. They’re very accommodating and were quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. I bet they’d even tuck you in at night if you asked them to. If you are planning to stay overnight in or near Roseburg THIS is the place stay.

Wow,! What a place. Absolutely beautiful offering every amenity you can think of. The Minnie flat was very spacious and modern with a sweet flair of Roseburgs history, I could have stayed a week! The fireplace was warm and cozy, the shower hot & steamy and the complementary wine was delicious. If your looking for a unique stay this is it! The owners, Terry & Paul, were wonderful to work with.

We rented both rooms and they were fantastic - unique, clean, high quality and with many features we would have never expected. Love this place!! Close proximity to Great coffee shop, breakfast (Bricks), dinner/drinks (Trueand brand new brewery. While we paid Portland pricing, this is a small town Gem and well worth the spend.
