Authentic. Rustic. Belgian. Beer is on point, especially the Leffe blonde. Hit the right spot. The outdoor seating view is nothing short of gorgeous as you can see right across the business bay crossing bridge. Cant wait to chill here more for the Qatar WC and try their bottles. Recommended!Also, parking in the hotel is a plus!

The mussels were very good and also the baked crab melt with home made tortilla chips was amazing. And love the hoegaarden rossi, served in a humongous cup.

The worst service Ive ever had in my life. I came with 8 other people on a relatively busy night. I ordered a burger cooked to medium. I waited for over an hour and half while six of my friends got their food. I can understand if its busy you should expect to wait a little longer for your food and I am a patient person but the restaurant was not at capacity so it wasnt unreasonable for them to make it within half an hour. After 45 minutes I asked where my food was. In the meantime my friend had ordered a steak and sent it back as it was not cooked as per what he ordered so he changed his order to a burger. My other friend ordered the stew. The other burger and stew arrived at our table before my burger from the original order. I had ordered my burger cooked to medium but the burger that came was cooked well done so I gave it to my friend. The stew that arrived had evidently been reheated in a microwave as it was cold in places. After an hour had passed I asked to speak to the Manager. There was no manager on duty so I spoke to the supervisor who said the waiters forgot to send the order to the kitchen. This was after I had been asking the staff where my food was throughout the night. When I told the supervisor I was unhappy with the service he said he would give me a complementary soft drink. I told him I didnt want a drink and just want to leave. The burger arrived an hour and a half after I ordered it and it was average. When the bill arrived I told the supervisor I was not going to pay and he said the best he could do was give me 20% off. After complaining for the whole night at the completely incompetent staff and feeling embarrassed that my friends had to wait for me to eat before they could leave I decided it was better to just pay the subsidized amount and leave. I told the supervisor that it is common practice for any restaurant in the world to comp a meal if the diner has to wait an obscenely long time for the food to arrive but he didnt seem to able to understand this. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know in Dubai to avoid coming here.

Thumbs down for the burgers. The patty looks and tastes more like a meatloaf than a burger.Service was inattentive and slow. And thats on numerous occasions.Good selection of drinks but avoid the food.

Place is good, its the second time i visited it. The seafood is good, we have tried the oysters and mussels and its a thumbs up. And their big burger is always good. Its good to seat outdoor now as the weather becoming cold. You can see the nice view outside while enjoying the food. Customer service is good also. I recommend this place to visit for everyone.

The drinks are awesome. Also love the food suggestion based on the drink. So far whatever i have tried has been a very good combination.

Since they opened, as well the other ones as for example Ras Al Khaimah, near Al Hamra. Still same quality, same friendly staff, same ambassadors with typical Belgian traditional food & drinks and hospitality. A place to go back, for sure they welcome you.

Great views over the creek.Staff are very attentive and ask your name and allways remember it on future visits.Cant comment on the food but live sports on the tvs and great music.

Food was awful. 70+ AED for the worst fish and chips Ive ever had. 2 tiny over fried pieces of fish with what the most generic side salad. The soup of the day had mussels that were not fresh. The complimentary bread were dry and crusty. Literally nothing good about this place, happy hour drinks same price as everywhere else.

Rude waitress. The way she said "last order for happy hour" felt like she wants us to leave immediately. We asked for an extra empty glass, to which her reaction was like, we asked her for her salary for this month.Good place but Service needs to improve a lot.

Nice restaurant. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. Outdoor is on the water front. Must be very nice in a little better weather. We went in summers and still was OK. Had snacks only, which tasted good. Not very expensive nor very economical. Kind of mid range. They offered us cake pieces to try. Was probably a newly introduced cake. Service needs to be improved though. Good experience overall.

Lovely ambience!! Became first choice for variety of beers and the ambience. Happy hours makes it more enjoyable. Cuisines arent under happy hours, only drinks!! Many more visits to be planned😁👌

Nice place , nice food , nice music , live singer after 7 pm , outdoor terrace has great view of dubai creek , good variety of food items between seafood 🦞 and steaks 🥩, portions are good and price for portions is good too, have offers all weekdays and brunch on weekends..

A chill lively place to enjoy a beer and some food with friends.The place is located on the ground floor near festival city. Decoration is nice, and you get to choose between smoking and non smoking.For staff, they were really friendly.The music was lovely, and the place was packed during the weekend.The food, is served warm even when packed with customers, and very well cooked.One of the best Belgian fries Ive ever had, and their mayo sauce is tasty and different.One thing I hated, is that some of their beers on the menu are out of stock.. I also forgot to mention that their beers are way too expensive: my sweet beer cost 25$ !!

Very nice place, great scenery it is a perfect combination of good food and drinks,I love the Hoegaarden beer ordering a couple of them is amazing specially in summer.Make sure to book during weekends on weekdays its not busy.

Todays live music was a good surprise after a long age of corona. This is an excellent place to have a drink with friends. Outdoor in winter is priceless with an open view of Dubai downtown. Above all, you can smoke indoor...so no struggle in the hot summer day.

Very popular beer cafe with a large terras overlooking water and views towards the city. We were very lucky to get a seating here for a few beers after a day sightseeing in the heat. They have a large collection of Belgian beers we were tried some of their draught beers. The service was hurried and not peaceful nor attentive. We were brought the wrong beer because the waiter did not listen carefully. The same with the re-order, slow to attract attention from the waiter and again rushing. Given the expressiveness of this nice terras, this way of serving is not in line. The terras itself is located in a cool place and the entrance to the beergarden is well hidden and out of sight

I’ve been to Belgian Cafe a couple of times. It’s a casual spot with a nice outdoor view + the servers are friendly and attentive. The food is not the best Belgian food I’ve had in Dubai, so if I do go back, it would be for drinks!

One of the best crepes with wide selections coupled with nice coffee.The best place when craving for desserts after a lunch or dinner.Ambiance also is relaxing and you feel secured because of its dividers and adheres to Covid19 precautionary measures.They have friendly and helpful servers.

Visited this place just for drinks with my husband. Ambience was nice. Outdoor placement was good. Service was good and quick. Enjoyed a good time.

The place is nice, cozy with a wide terrace with a Khor Dubai view and burj khalifa. I went there with my family for christmas lunch. The service was perfect despite the fact that it was a full house, the food was amazing and the manager herself ( Marija was checking with us to make sure that we were satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Beautiful place by the lake but steak not all that nice. Calm place with lots of people, chatting and merry making. Aside the food, I really enjoyed the place.

So the menu is amazing all the deserts look beautiful. We chose a dish that had a brownie covered in crepe like a sushi. But if Im honest the brownie was a bit stale not fresh in taste and the crepe was a little undercooked and rubbery.But the upside was the specialty coffee. I had a hazelnut pistachio coffee and it was amazing. The velvet coffee was very good as well. The vanilla ice cream was good as well. This place is worth a visit

Very lovely little hidden gem our in festival city... Great selection of beers and other drinks as well as tasty Belgian foods.Their specials include mussels obviously but dont miss out on the lesser known things like Bitterballen and beef stew.To top it all off perfectly, the view is spectacular.

The staff is welcoming and responsive.Ambience: ok so ambience I love coz it’s cozy in the indoors and they have live music sometimes which is great too. They have outdoor with an amazing water front view and you can see some fire works on occasions.Food: I have tried their mussels😋😋, croque madame is my personal favorite, calamari, burgers are worth the money. Everything come with French fries 😍. They all tasted very delicious nothin to point out there❤️

Loved the ambiance and the crowd. They have a huge variety of Belgian beer - Leffe blonde is my favorite.The food was good - we ordered the Belgian Platter, it was a nice sharing platter to compliment the beer.Would definitely recommend for a chill night out.

Great venue with good food, drink and service BUT, it is a mainly smoking bar with 2 small non-smoking areas - the problem is that the non-smoking areas are right next to the smoking areas so you still breath in smoke. In a real Belgian bar, (since 2011this would not be allowed by law. So should do more to protect health of non-smokers

Its my favorite place for relax and eating lunch or dinner.They have from every working day lunch for just 70 dirham 2 set starter and main.And every day special dinner depends on the day with nice price as well, example 500g of steak for just 155 dirham with fries and actually u can share the steak just ask them to make it on two plates.Stuff is so friendly and nice service.U can park with valet for free if ur bill more than 50 dirham, or u can park down by ur self also if its good weather u can park in festival city and just walk lovely view outdoor.The bathroom is downstairs and so clean and smell good.
