$40.52 2 appetizers, 1 entree & a returned beverage that was not supposed to be fizzy but was & also cloudy. The mozzarella sticks, along with most of the combo platter were beyond mediocre as well as the service. I guess the server doesn’t ask you how things are, after you get your meals but expects a 20% tip? First time & will never be back. Sad to say I even paid the bill.

Our first and last time to beef o Bradys, not only were the chicken wings burnt but they were also sour. Soon as you bit in you could smell and taste it was off. I cannot honestly believe it wasnt known before the wings were dropped. Lucky enough for us we realized before digging in more.Edit after response: I see what you did there, so Ill clarify. The sauce on the wings tasted great, the wings themselves were burnt and actually ROTTEN. After reading your response and the sly move I know for a fact Im not interested in this restaurant. Serving obviously spoiled food is not something you can easily recover from. Minimizing the fact that the food was spoiled by saying it tasted bad doesnt fix the problem it enables it. So no I wont be emailing, i just wont be coming back I also recommend no one else bothers as well.

Ordered chicken fajitas, veggies (green peppers & onionswere not fully cooked, chicken was not seasoned at all, looked like a frozen piece of chicken that had been microwaved, cut and threw on top of the uncooked veggies. Came with 3 wraps, wilted lettuce and a handful of cheese, salsa and sour cream, it was totally Disgusting!I didn’t want to give any stars but you are unable to give a review without a star. Ordered the Friday fish. We had picked up our order. Got out to the car and realize they had given us the wrong order. Called back and said they’d have it fixed in 5mins. Go and pick up again. Got home and sat down to eat and the zucchini was put in a cardboard like to go box (if you eat zucchini you know it takes and absorbs the flavor of what it touches). Needless to say the zucchini taste like cardboard so I throw that away. Tried the cod and though it was good who ever cut the fish did so at a weird angle so it was kinda hard to chew. The fries were broke all in small pieces. And the coleslaw was like someone grabbed salad mix and put watered down Mayo in it …. Didn’t taste like cabbage or vinegar was used. The onion rings were good. We won’t be going back obviously. Really disappointed.

Awful, ordered three meals for take out. None of the meals were complete. No dip ordered for the wings, no au jus for the prime rib sandwich, no chips and salsa with the chicken bowl. Extra crispy fries were soggy. Called to report. They were rude and said there were no managers on-site. Couldn’t help us.

Disappointed. I have frequented the original in North Dale area of Tampa many times. I was excited to visit with my mother and we both wondered what happened. We both had the Surf and Turf special. It was tough to chew and the portions tiny. It was nothing like the original. I only had 4 shrimps whereas my mother had 6. They brought out the salads last. Truly disappointing.

I have been going to this location for years and today will be my last time. Horrible experience. Service was bad and food was bad. Food tasted gross and was not cooked well. All the girls working there had an attitude and lazy. Our server, STEPHANIE L, asked us how everything was and when we brought up that our experience was bad, she seemed to not care. The nail on the coffin was her throwing the bill on the table and then walking away. So rude and disrespectful. If I ever buy out that location, I will fire you myself. Im well-connected in Brimfield and I will make sure to let all my friends and family know how this place is going downhill. Dont let out your frustrations on your customers, it is not the customers fault that youre struggling as a restaurant. Best of luck!

The food here was terrible. I got the garlic prime rib sandwich and my boyfriend got the Ruben. Mine was cold. The aus jus they gave me for my sandwich was straight flavorless grease drippings and the meat was fatty and no seasoning. His Ruben was dry and bread wasnt toasted. When the waitress asked how it was I told her it wasnt good and she just said ok, didnt ask what was wrong or how to fix it. I really wanted a refund the food was gross and no flavor. Will not be back

Good food. Decent service for the industry today. One girl was the bartender and the server. Food is just over priced for what it is. A philly cheese steak was $11.39 it was so small. About 6” looks way bigger in the picture on the menu.

We visited here on Friday, November 5, 2021 around 7pm. There wasnt a hostess taking names, but because they were really busy, we were patient and waiting our turn. When we were seated it took some time for our server to get back to us. Again, they were busy so we exercised patience. At the end of our meal, I had asked for a box for leftovers. our server disappeared and arrived a long time after maybe 10-15 min with our bill. No box. I had reminded our server about a box for my leftovers. Thinking they were still busy, I was patient. Then she comes back and had switched our credit cards and bills. (2 bills, one tableTo avoid more wait time and avoid anymore hassle, we just settle up at the table the difference. I then look behind me and most tables had dishes on them. Only about 4 tables still had people eating, not counting the bar. After about 10 minutes, we just decide to leave. As I pass the doorway to the server station/kitchen, I find our server along with 2 other servers eating and carrying on a personal conversation. when I asked for a box our server only looked at me and said, oh hi. the male server gave me a box and the three continued their conversation. There wasnt so much as an oh Im sorry I forgot, or anything from our server. As I looked out among the few tables that were left, I saw some looking as if they were looking for their server.Food was good. Service needs a teaching moment.

Burgers here are surprisingly good. Got the pickle chips appetizer and, despite it being $8, the portion was pretty huge (easily shareable with 4+ people). Beer selection is better than most places in the area. I was sort of expecting it to be kinda lame with other reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Ill be going again.

The service was ok. Our server seemed to be in a rush to get us out of the restaurant, but she did give her full attention to the business men sitting behind us. My meal was overcooked and undercooked. The broccoli was was undercooked and chewy, the seasoned rice was not seasoned well good thing that there was salt and pepper at the table so I could season it myself my chicken was dry and burnt. I was very disappointed this time. The only reason why Im giving 3 stars is because the host was helpful

The food was absolutely terrible. The cheeseburger itself had zero flavor. It tasted like straight up ground beef. The service was awful as well. We saw our server probably three times the entire hour and a half we were there. Never going back to this place

This place used to be good... Recently though its like they have given up on trying to improve and are content where they are at. The older gentlman andy does not belong working with the public anymore hisgood years are behind him. Rest of staff is amazing and lively and especially comadaring to all people. But today i had the worst experience at a food establishment ever. I was treated as is i wasnt another human being. First after i had been seated and ordered i was told if i was their to talk to staff then i need to leave but if im buying things i can do whatever which is understandable but the way i was appoarched with the tone and attuide used it was like i was being accused or even a punching bag for his bad day of emtions i tried to polietly ask "sir did i do anything wrong" to try to understand and all i got was agrunt and him rolling eyes and walking away. Which is whatever i cancled my order as for loss of apitate at that point and left. When outside i noticed my phone had died so i went next door to dollar general their i got a charger o cam back to the outside where i started to try different outlets in attempt to call my ride. But i was soonly greeted by a customer and friend of andy at beef o bradys offering me 10 dollars to leave the area because i make them uncomfortable. Which is not okay to treat any human that way as if i was a nusience to them or a threat to the public it really was sad to hear i was already sitting in cold waiting on a ride still it wasnt enough i was told to leave off my apperence. I will never be spending another dollar here and neither should you.

I will never eat at the Brimfield location again! The steak tacos tasted like the sauce that was on the lettuce wraps. Tacos should never taste like that. The lettuce wraps tasted nothing like the ones I had at the Wadsworth location. The salsa was terrible, very sweet and sugary. I opened up the Santa Fe salad which I wouldn’t have ordered if I would have known it was no longer served in the taco bowl and did not come with the dressing and there were very tiny fly like insects crawling throughout this salad. I would give this place 0 stars. Totally disgusted. I want my money back!

We both had burgers and an order of fries and bar chips. Everything was cooked perfectly and our server, Noelle, was amazing! Great evening!

The Santa Fe Salad had very little lettuce and other veges (amounted to a side saladbut plenty of chicken. The crispy tortilla bowl (which was disappointingly no more than 1/2 full at bestand Poblano dressing were delicious.

I went there Tuesday July 7th around 3:30 p.m. I was seated where I like to sit. I waited quite awhile and I was never waited on so I left. There was only one other customer in the restaurant sitting at the bar. I watched the server chat with the guy at the bar, go into the kitchen for awhile, walk out talking with another employee and still ignore the fact that I needed to be waited on. I was a corporate trainer for a major restaurant and this should never happen. I wont be back. I want to say the cooks do a great job here the previous times I had gone there. Toobad you cant get an order in.

Best Wings in the area. Service is usually good. They do employ a lot of local young people so sometimes they may not be the most experienced servers but always very polite. Food is always done very quickly and they have good happy hour specials.

The place looked great; aesthetics were on point. Service was really friendly, although had problems with two order. They gave the wrong order in one of them, and took an eternity to bring another one (it was a group of 17, so it looked bad when everyone but one had food). The food overall was tasty. A downside is that it is complicated to pay for your food. You can only pay to the employee in charge of your table which, obviously, is also attentding other tables. Took us some easy 7 minutes to pay. May visit again!

So what can I say the staff is always really nice and fast.The food is really good if you just want burgers. I have got a couple other things from them and the worst had to be the fried fish. I have had better out of the freezer. Also they every time we go it seems we get less and less fries when we get a burger. My husband even asked where is was because there was only like 6 on his plate.

Do NOT go here. I called for a pickup order. She asked me to wait because she had another to go order to input (okay no big deal). When she returned I started my order (salad that has dressing on it already). She asked what kind of dressing— I asked what they have because the menu shows it comes with dressing. She replied with “Umm we’re like really busy. We have a lot. You should look up the menu because we’re really busy”. Then she was having side conversations with coworkers and other customers when I was trying to explain that I was looking at the menu—THEN she said “We’re really busy and I can’t hear you.” Alright I guess you don’t need my business.. (also the place is never super busy.)

I give it a 2 for one reason only. I will say that I think the food is very good. Kudos to the kitchen. The service is terrible! The last 2 times we have been there the service cannot get any worse. No menus offered. Our orders for drinks were taken after others were seated after us. Not a place to go if your in any kind of hurry.

First and a last eating anything from this restaurant.Not only was the quality of food incredibly sub par (fatty “steak”, HIGHLY over seasonedbut OUTRAGEOUS prices. $25.00 for fajitas that were Taco Bell quality and $9.00 for two spoonfuls of buffalo chicken dip with store bought tortilla chips.Never again. Have plenty of photos of this pathetic excuse for a dinner.

We have only been here one other time and both times the food was good I especially like the 2 for 20 deal my son and I shared one of these deals and my husband got the 2 for 20 by himself LOL! He loved that he could get a steack and a shrimp dinner with all the sides all to himself for 20 bucks. Thats pretty goid when your feeding a carnivore. Jessica was our waitress and she was excellent, super friendly always right there with our drink refills and brought the food hot. I would recommend both the restaurant and Jessica ☺

Outstanding service. We came in looking for the Patriots game, it was not on any of the TVs. But the Mgr found a TV that he could put the game on for us. Our server Alexis was also excellent, checking with us on a regular basis. We would not hesitate to come back.

Poor quality food at a high price. Buffalo chicken dip was 8 bucks for a tiny little side soup dish and stale nacho chips. "Prime rib" sandwich was steakem quality.

Great food selections, overall! The menu has huge variety and the prices are very reasonable. Service here is very friendly and is some of the best that Ive had in a while. Last time I visited, I was served by Anne, who was awesome.When you go, try the cheese curds - you will love them! For families, I cant speak highly enough of how well it meets so many different tastes and provides entertainment with the TVs set up around the dining area.

The tips on the receipt are calculated wrong. This is misleading, its causing people to tip higher if they dont pay attention. They also let the plates, and cups stack up pretty high.

Waitress visited multiple times without offering to fill our drinks. I ordered the prime rib sandwich. The sandwich was not appetizing. The au ju sauce was not fresh drippings. The sandwich bread was advertised as ciabatta. It was sub roll. I asked the waitress if the fries were fresh cut (not peeled). I prefer not to have the skin on fries. She told me they did not have skin on them. They did. My wife ordered surf and turf. The steak was ordered medium well, came out medium. Requested to put back on the grill.Menu was incorrect and staff not up to par.

Disappointed in our meal. My Girlfriend had the pub chips. They had been cooked long before she ate them. They were very overcooked. My baked potato was luke warm at best. Our server did the best she could. There was not very many people to wait on who was eating there. I hope when we decide to try this restaurant again, things will be better from the kitchen.

Food was cold. It seemed to be a skeleton crew. The waitress was doing her best to wait on many tables. The pub chips were awful. Precooked and cold. We have given them many different chances with several different meals. We are going to take a break from Beef OBradys...we are hoping things get better in the future.

Maybe it depends on what you order, but we were disappointed with the fish and chips. Tasted like Mrs. Pauls? and a little pricey. On the plus side, the server was great... very friendly and pleasant.

Anytime a restaurant can accommodate my son with severe food allergies will always get 5 stars from me. Jenn went as far as to bring the label of the food so I could check. So many restaurants fail to remember that there are kids who have food allergies. The food was pretty good, everyone in our party was full. The Mango tea was a little Syrupee but other than that I was satisfied with everything else. I doubt we come back as we were passing through and not from the immediate area but if we are in the area I have no problem with stopping again to eat.

Amazing environment, great food! Had the best Bartender, she introduced me to a maize valley peach ale that was brag worthy! Loved the Cuban & potato soup!

Friendly waiter. Could see no TV screens from our booth, although there were many empty seating areas. Surf & turf was small piece of meat, 3 paper thin slices of zucchini, nice shrimp, but forgot to bring the other side. Beef fajitas had chunks of meat, not sliced, with 3 cold, never heated tortillas in warmer with sizzling onions and peppers. Good fries with burger.

Food is not horrible but its 90% frozen, and you can definitely tell. The wait staff is young, slow, and untrained, but they are very nice and courteous. No presence of management at all and we were there for over an hour.

Nothing remotely Irish about the place. Ordered a simple burger, and the bread was burnt. Bartender saw my plate and offered to take it back for remake. When the replacement burger arrived, it was medium rare, which is illegal in many states, possibly including Indiana.No Irish beer, no Irish food, abysmal cook. On a positive note, the bartender was professional, pleasant, and attentive; the service was outstanding. Sadly, not enough to outweigh the food.Will not be back.

Portions have gotten very skimpy. I had the "Prime Rib" sandwich, the menu pictured a very thick full sandwich, my sandwich had 3 thin slices of dry beef. The bread was the only thing I could taste. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

worst sat. afternoon ever with my family went there for lunch waited an hour for our food there were 5 of us,2 meals came out before the rest and they were almost done by the time the rest came out,burger not cooked the way i ordered it!!! it was cold onion rings were soaked in grease,waitress was slow but nice,she needs training on how to serve,we had to ask another server for refills because she didnt even check on our table to see if we needed anything...after were got our check I went to speak to the manager very rude person I told him about our meals, and he had the nerve to say to me you mean to tell me all of your food was bad!! I replied yes or I wouldnt be complaining, he took care of the check ... but we will not go back to this location again!!! poor poor poor

Great place to hang out with family and friends over good food. The service was good and the wings we ordered were great. Meals I have had in the past have been prepared properly and tasted great too.

Completely done with this location. Ill go to the one in Stow. 3 visits ago, we walked in 45 minutes before closing at 8:15pm and we were told the kitchen was already closing and we could only order fried food. Got a groupon and decided to try it again. Service was so slow. Took almost 10 minutes to place a drink order. Ordered a dozen wings, got 9. Food came out wrong, no tomatoes had tomatoes, Chicken wrap was lettuce, tons of sauce, a sprinkle of cheese, and guess what - no chicken - they forgot it. Friends convinced us to go again after high school football game - first red flag - only 4 tables after the football game. Slow service again. Ordered appetizers which came out after our sandwiches and salads. Never came back for drink refills. This place is really bad. If you want a decent Beef OBradys go to Graham Rd. Havent had bad service or a bad meal there yet!

Excellent, friendly servers (especially at the barand a wide selection of beers on tap. Decided to try the pizza and was surprised at the quality! The dough was nice and fresh and there were plenty of toppings. Very tasty!!!

Most of the menu is good. Some of its bad. Stick to the traditional sports bar food. The salads are good, though. The bar has nice bartenders typically and they have great drafts surprisingly. Location is less than desirable.

When they first opened, I wasnt a fan. But I am very pleased with their food and service over the past year. They have incorporated some healthier menu options. The bartenders are so nice and accommodating. Due to its proximity to my house, my husband and I have become regulars and we are always pleased with our service and food.

Im amused reading the reviews. Its not often you go to a genuinely bad restaurant. You might not like the dish, but to say it was qualitatively awful simply doesnt happen much. Especially in the era of Internet reviews. That said, the food here was so bad it was kind of interesting simply for the unique experience. The fish was only semi-thawed. We sent it back, they nuked it, and brought it back on the same plate. For real. The rest of the meal was institutional-grade at best. So I think you should go, order one dish, be amazed, then drive to Outback and get a real meal.
