We like to dine at hometown restaurants while on vacation. Stopped in Lamar CO at Becky’s after reading reviews, did not disappoint. I had the double burger and it’s a man size burger. I highly recommend. Service was spot on.

Driving through and found this place. The bacon cheeseburger & chicken fried steak sandwich were great. The kitchen looked spotless. Bathrooms were very clean.

First time here, and the breakfast burrito is to die for! The prices are great too. Can’t wait to be back!

I dont know the young womans name, but she rocked it and should be given kudos, a raise, and more!

Best food since I got to Colorado, highly recommended, breakfast, Lunch or dinner. Id love it friendly service and staff, family owned, help mom and pop places. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! YUMMY YUMMY GOOD FOOD FOR YOUR TUMMY!

Average food for expensive price. Service okay.

I saw where somebody said that the portion sizes were small. I would say that they are the size that a normal person can eat. We are on the road and we are happy to find a place that we didnt feel that we needed to stuff ourselves.

Stopped here on our way to Buena Vista. Burgers were hard and burnt. $50 for 4 people!! Service was ok but don’t think I would go back.

Tucked away off main street, we stopped in for breakfast. I had the biscuits and gravy, my wife went with a more traditional breakfast. Food was great, good portions and fair prices. We did not leave hungry. Well be back for certain. Waitress was friendly and attentive. My coffee never ran out.

The worst Mexican food Ive ever had; it was like they just threw some ingredients together and called it an enchilada or rellano, it was awful. My friends didnt seem to mind their food, but they didnt get Mexican. The waitress left alot to be desired, and I was really unhappy with the price, 18 dollars for something repulsive

Split a cheeseburger 🍔and a chicken sandwich. The cheeseburger was really good and the chicken on the sandwich came a little breaded but not overly breaded and it was a large piece of chicken perfectly cooked. The regular fries were great as well. So far, this is the best place weve tried in town. Definitely worth the stop. 👍🏼

This is one of my favorite spots in the whole world. Love Becky and her family, and the food is delicious.

Food is tasty but a bit over priced. $9 for a 2 egg breakfast.If you aren’t a local, be prepared to wait for your food until locals who arrived well after you receive their meals. It was over 20 minutes for eggs and then wasn’t given any utensils. Server disappeared and eventually I had to find my own.It was disappointing to receive such awful service in a small town restaurant, especially after 2020’s lost revenue. I had planned on eating here a few times while in town but will take my money elsewhere.

The food was GREAT, was worth the wait. The cook did a great job behind the scenes, and the waitress was exceptionally good. It was a nice place to eat. Sorry, no pictures this time. But if you are ever in Lamar, Colorado,, check it out.

We have been sitting in restaurant for over an hour and a half. We have had our salads so far and drinks. One server and thats it. Finally rest of food. Steaks were good. Fajitas tuff.

Unfortunately for me its been sometime since Ive been in. Mostly due to the restrictions. Its good to see theyre still open cuz they do have great food! Fresh veggies, friendly and knowledgeable staff so youre definitely gonna have good grub. Serves a mix of platters. Mostly Mexican American food.

I was surprised at how good the food was in this out of the way diner. Good burgers, and my companion couldnt stop raving about the carne asada. Not to bad on the wallet either

came in and asked for a meatless smothered burrito and i wasnt told that the green chili sauce had meat in it. the lady refused to correct it she just said “ya the chili sauce has pork”. wasted $15 on this meal and had to give the food away, left hungry and unhappy. 😔

A Great Place to eat. So Clean and great food. The Breakfast food is really good. a very quiet place the fire place is really nice. Good Service and Fast.

First time eating here and the food was awesome.

Definitely amazing beef fajitas with a perfect cold side plate. The ice tea was perfect also. This plate was also served with chips and salsa. 👍🏽👍🏽

.We had the hamburger steak. They cooked it with onions in it. Delicious, best hamburger steak weve had in a long time. Real mashed potatoes and the green beans were good. The prices are reasonable. Good service

We wondered when we arrived if we would need to know becky? We met Becky!! Turns out you dont need to know Becky but she was there and is really nice. Our food was very hot and good, service was great!!! Would go back.

Very small portions prices dont match what u get, not good food is bland, Lucys has huge portions and its more affordable.

Happen to see the sign as we were driving through. Great fresh burgers. She was able to accommodate my Keto diet by making some substitutions. Excellent service

Beckys Restaurant is on Lee Ave. off of US 50. I didnt see it a first and fortunately my friend was driving. The service was good and the food was good too. I would go back again when I am in Lamar, CO.

I love Beckys Restaurant. It has the best cheeseburger ever. And the Mexican dishes are excellent. Ive never had a bad meal.

Beckys is a great local place! Fried Chicken on Tuesdays at lunch is delicious!! Their Mexican food is pretty delicious too! Great little family owned place. Definitely recommend!

Great food, great price, and wonderful service.

The food was mediocre, kind of bland... I ordered fried shrimp and french fries and it taste like they bought it from Wal mart-- no flavor. My fiance ordered a cheeseburger and the patty was extra tiny( I would compare it to a slider burger appitizer not sure if we will go back..

Reviews said we would find good food and service at reasonable prices. We thought, "what more could you want?", and came up with pretty waitresses. Well, turns out that the waitress is pretty as well.

They start by making your salad fresh then the meal was excellent (we had chicken fried steak). Clean, excellent service!!!

I stumbled across this place while on a road trip. I was very surprised to find out how excellent the food and service were. I was impressed by the number of locals eating lunch there--always a good sign in my book.
