Cozy atmosphere, great location, absolutely agreeable prices. Whats not to like? Terrific venue for bands!!

The concept of the place is adorable. It is a cozy place and secure. However, the bartender was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. Also, they should improve their drink menu. But I`ll also visit this place a second time.

Great prices, friendly staff and always a safe environment. Travis and Alex have been weekly heroes of mine. Highly recommended 🙏

Good music, good place for photos and decent drink prices. They recently added a bunch of arcade games you can play for free. if you havent gone in a while, might be worth checking out again.

Not a bad spot actually.Gets cramped up in there.The music is alright, hate when they mix up a song I like🙄.Hard to get drinks because the bar itself is small and usually crowded. If you go here, make sure you pregame!

Last night, I had a really terrible experience trying to get into Beckys apartment. My best friend and I went to Beckys attempting to celebrate our 19th birthdays together. We walked 40 minutes there and stood in line for 30 minutes which was fine, until the bouncer denied my best friend entry. She showed both her drivers licence, health card, and debit card to the bouncer and the bouncer proceeded to be extremely rude and send her away. We came with a large group, and so all ten of us had to leave the line together. When I tried to POLITELY ask the bouncer what we could do in the future so that we could use our LEGAL IDs to get in, the bouncer completely ignored my question and told me that I was "holding up the line." The situation was handled really unprofessionally, and we dont even want to try to come back in the future in fear that we will receive the same poor service. Additionally, one of the bouncers I know told me to come on my 19th birthday, and when I saw him and explained what had happened, we were still left without any solution. It is sad that bouncers who are supposed to be trained to detect fake IDs did their job so poorly, especially when so many people with fake IDs get in ALL the time. Extremely disappointed with Beckys Apartment, and would not recommend this place to anyone looking to celebrate their birthday. Our birthday celebration was ruined, my guests were disappointed, and in the future we will all take our legal IDs and money elsewhere.

Yeah, I went on Monday. Start to dance at 11.00, crowd came around 12.00am. And bang. The music is great. Lightning are awesome. Best for week days.

I had a great night. They played good music. I also came from Brampton and it was worth it.

Great atmosphere and pricing. Security seems to be a decent crew and bartenders are great.

Nice small spot, cozy. Was there for events, didnt get a chance to really see the offerings and "normal night" ambience.

Nice place. Cheap drinks. It wasnt crowded when I got there with my friend. The bartender was friendly. The only inconvenience is King street is under construction and is hard to get there if u r not from the area.

One of the absolute WORST places I’ve ever been too. This was the second time I have been here and they refuse my entry they took my real and only piece of ID I have so now I’m stuck without my ID for my dads birthday. I’m never recommending this place to anyone absolutely the worst staff. I’ve never see such an unprofessional staff in my whole life. I thought going to Becky’s would be fun but every time I’ve been there it’s been kaos . So thank you, you can make a new customer in years but it takes a second to lose one & I don’t wanna go to Becky’s ever again . And I’m telling all my friends how awful my whole night was at Becky’s.

Went there twice. Had a horrible experience both times. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They make people wait outside in the cold even when the place is empty and speak to you with a terrible attitude. Will never go back.

Went here with my gal pals a few weeks ago. Had the Purrito and it was delishhh! My friend had the Times new ramen. so clever omg! anyway, we had fun, the atmosphere is nice and the music rocks but isnt too loud so we could here ourselves talk. nothing too crazy but it was a decent experience. overall, a 3/5 night.

Its a super cute place with pretty decent music. The drinks are kind of pricey, but not outrageously so. If youre looking for cheap booze, youre better off going to Phils anyway. Its actually pretty small on the inside, but there are always people coming and going so its not too bad. Bathrooms are generally clean. The line goes rather slow though from what Ive heard, so be cognizant of that when planning the night. Overall, a fun, cute place, especially for the ladies!

The security told my friend that she’s using someone else’ ID but she ACTUALLY Was using her own G2. The security said she couldn’t give my friend her ID back unless she could show a second photo ID to prove but my friend didn’t have any photo ID with her at that time(who tf bring two id to go to the PUB?). The security girl insisted of holding my friend ‘ G2 licence and wouldn’t give it back(maybe she was expecting us to pay her extra who knows). We had to call the police for help and Becky’s front security gave my friend her ID back before police came and told us to walk away without any explanation and apology. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE would give 0 star if could

Terrible place. They make it seem like its super bumpin by making people wait, but actually the place is just empty. There is more people waiting in the cold than there are inside. Such a bad experience with the staff.

After waiting for about 30 minutes in -12 weather, we made it to the front of the line. Our group of 3 watched 3 people leave. Six girls walked up in front of the very long line and the security let them in immediately. We will not be going back again.👎

Beckys can be hit or miss but it all depends on the crowd that night. Its a great place to end the night, somewhere between a bar and club atmosphere. Once went in and there was someone playing a fiddle! Great for a crowd despite the small location. Groovy place :D

I had so much fun at this place. The ambience is kinda hipster, the bar service is prompt and the DJ will keep you on your feet all night long!

Went on a Thursday for the first time with my best friend and the first thing I noticed was the really cute atmosphere! They have this flower wall in the back where you can take rly cute pictures haha and they have nice fairy lights around the room. What I also love about the place is that they have no cover fee to get in! Its a more relaxed type of bar/club but its a great place to hang out and chill :)

Great location for a drink, security is on point, run by some of the best guys in the city. Bartenders are always fun and energetic. This place will be booming for years to come.

Wish I could leave less than one star. Waited over an hour in line and our friend got kicked out immediately because someone pushed her. She hadn’t had anything to drink all night and got picked out because she wasn’t buying drinks.Would never come back. Terrible security and terrible attitudes.

Nice place and a decent atmosphere, the staff is great and friendly. The only real issue is that the place feels more like a bar and is way to small.

This place used to be cool on Tuesday nights up until they fired DJ twist. The first Tuesday after he was fired, they replaced him with an aux cord and the lady bartender’s iPhone. She insisted we give her tips if we wanna hear something other than nickelback. The bouncers here are so nice. I wish we had bouncers like Becky’s everywhere in Waterloo. The drinks are a little pricier than Phil’s or Pub but there’s no cover charge which is awesome.

Small venue. Bouncers can be ass holes depending on the night. Standered prices. Open everyday. Not a bad spot over all. 3.5/5

One of the best clubs in Kitchener Waterloo. The overall layout is small, but fairy lights and awesome little photos make it interesting and serene. The staff is awesome, bouncers are friendly and attentive, great place to go out even Thursdays and especially the weekends!

Amazing female dj on Tuesday nights and its always busy with students having a blast. They will often play whatever game you wamt to watch. There has been a lot of updates on the inside since this was an Irish pub. The crowd got a lot younger and became the place to be. Great parking lot behind the building.

Went on Monday, although I could see this place bumping on a weekend night. Washrooms on second floor that was not accessible to people with disabilities. Limited seating and limited bar selection. Also the bar itself was very small and only had one person behind it. Music was okay although some songs played twice.

Expensive drinks and will literally kick you out for no reason. If you’re in the area go to pub ok king or stark and perry, Becky’s sucks

Drinks are expensive, and got kicked out by bouncers as soon as it got busy with higher paying patrons. Unreasonable security.

My favourite place in Waterloo to go out. Its pretty small but the music is awesome and the bartenders are pretty great and make good drinks. It doesnt feel scummy like some other clubs around here (Phils, Nightschooland I love the vibe. The line is worth it.

It tends to get pretty busy the later the night goes on, around 12-2 Beckys gets really crowded, but they expanded so it’s not quite as crowded, make sure to watch the floor near the stairs, they try to keep a warning sign up but being so crowded it’s sometimes hard to notice or gets knocked down, they support local talent and do fun themed drink specials, recently I heard they were doing $5 sommersby and generally their drink prices are very reasonable. I love the name Becky’s apartment and I think it’s a really cute theme for a bar, they have awesome bartenders and security guards you never have to worry about being treated poorly by bar staff here they make you feel right at home!

My favourite bar in Waterloo, have some great deep cuts for hip hop

The best bar ive ever been to by far, all the emoloyees are extremely nice and try to make everybodies experience very welcoming. It feels like home

I mean you cannot go wrong with a $2.95 jager bombs on a Friday night and the music was pretty good too. However, considering the size of the venue, if you wanna go and dance its not the greasted spot. If youve known this place as Failte, youre gonna have a very different experience.

Great little place with fair prices. Drink specials are great, and the crowd is usually very nice. Bartenders are quick and friendly. Love the idea of having the quick print photos to put up.

I enjoyed the music, drinks are like $4.50, u can sit, u can stand, except very randomly there was a poopy smell in the club.

Nice place for a night with friends, very quaint and small but has decent drinks an dim lighting for a comforting cozy feel. Doesnt have a lot of seating so get there early or expect to stand.

Its almost identical to the outgoing pub (failteswhich is a good thing. Id have a pint here again.

The opposite of previous establishment. Demographic appears to be older. Food menu includes cereal, popcorn, kale. Wine is offered by the fluid ounce and Forest Gump or Wizard of Oz plays on the TV. You are likely to get a table and excellent service. I picture the menu getting expanded with more comfort foods...

Nice atmosphere, good beer selection, nice friendly wait staff, reasonably priced. Good place to enjoy friends and conversation.
