Beaver Point Resort - in Burns Lake, Canada
Nice spot to gather your friends
Nice people. Decent facilities. Boat docks, but no fish yet.
Outstandingly beautiful and meticulously run! Very clean. Great value if you are travelling through Burns Lake or just need a place to kick up your feet for awhile. Lots of spacious RV, camper, and tent hookups sites. All sites are surrounded by trees, and are mostly on the lake. Not much to say negatively: Bring your own water, or boil their tap water (theirs is not potable). Washrooms with running water are minimal, but there are several very well kept outhouses for greater convenience, as-well-as two sets of showers at either end of the campground for ease of access. This campground is definitely worth checking out!
Very nice people that run or own the place. I was kinda stuck on a bike trip and they gave me a nice place to set up my tent.
The people who run it or maybe even the owners were great friendly and knowledgeable. Great fishing you can rent a 14 ft aluminum boat which was great.
My home for the summer. Brenda Jake & staff are always so welcoming
We liked this campground a lot. Just needs a bit of cleaning on the sites. Goose poop everywhere, yet we didn’t see any geese or ducks in the 3 days we were there. We wished there was a kids playground.
Beaver Point is a spectacular campground and cabin resort. The cabins sit out on a ridge in the middle of the lake surrounded by trees. It is just so serene and beautiful.
Friendliest people youll find outside of your own family, maybe even friendlier
Good showers, quiet, easy to find.
Clean and friendly service. All facilities including laundromat and working WIFI. Well worth the drive off of Hwy 16.
What a nice surprise - beautiful lake; beautiful view, clean, quiet, so very relaxing. Brenda was fabulous as a host as well. Will definitely be returning.
The proprietors and stuff are excellent beautiful Lake top notch RV Sade if thats what youre looking for excellent fishing in the Lake
We love coming here, Brenda (owneris a gem and definitely takes pride in ensuring her guests are enjoying themselves. We visit there every May long weekend and will continue to do so for many years. RV spots are a bit tight so you better get along with your neighbour :).
Pretty awesome place owners are honest and treat visitors like family. Honest pricing you will be happy you stopped here.
Awesome place to camp clearest lake in canada
Great lakefront location with docks to use. Very accommodating hosts. There are two Google map locations for this RV park though so that could be confusing. The location in the town of Burns Lake is not the correct location.. You need to drive out of town about 10 miles.
Such a lovely place. The owners were so friendly. The park was very clean. It was obvious the owners pay great attention to detail.
Schöner Campingplatz am Rande der Stadt. ..
Nice location.awesome view
Very pleasant people to deal with.
Went fishing, was treated very nicely! Life jackets were given. Very nice people!
Awesome place, loved it
Stayed here for two nights. Experienced great hospitality. Very helpful and friendly owner. Could moor our rented boat next to our RV. Will definitely return when in BC again!
Getting a little run down .But nice staff and lake
Friendly Staff!
Nice location, right on the water. Very friendly helpful owners.
Good
Absolutely one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Gorgeous Lakeside RV sites and the owners are fantastic people to deal with. Extremely reasonable rates and I never thought I would say it but the lack of television (cable hookupis definitely an asset. If youre heading up RT-16 towards Alaska this is a must stop!
Nice spot
Great staff and owners. Stayed for two weeks for work. Some crew here others in town. Price beyond fair for both a cabin as well as for a full service rv stall. Rented a boat to fish. Well worth doing the price is great and the lake is stunning. Would recommend staying here over any other place around. Commute to town is short and every spot on site is very close to the water. Can not beat waking up to the sun rising on the lake.
Awesome place, come every year!
