因為台灣隔離政策的改變，所以回來故鄉見見朋友家人以及處理一些個人證件。第一次防疫隔離旅館就獻給了昇美精旅！每天的餐點都不一樣，非常有新鮮感，飯店人員也都非常親切，有問題也是馬上就幫忙解決！非常感謝昇美精旅給我一個特別的經驗！下次有機會還會繼續支持你們！加油！

隔離酒店，收費不算高，因為空間夠大，設施也還行，服務也算到位，沒有異味，床單乾淨舒適。

I have enjoyed very much. Room service is also good and staff is also very friendly and nice place. Food is Taiwan style.

優點:床很舒服 打掃很乾淨 有免治馬桶 空間適中 服務人員友善但如果能更新下熱水器就更好了，每次洗澡都要等10~15分鐘才有溫水電視只有MOD沒有第四台可以看，好想看TLC HBO沒得看再來旅館門口沒有無障礙斜坡可以拖行李箱如果能改善這三點，下次會再預定，是可推薦的商旅

玻璃窗為雙重設計，隔音效果佳，室內安靜舒適。服務佳，定點餐食多樣化，體現其用心安排。防疫措施把關無漏洞，使住宿安心。

酒店職員很有禮貌，隔離期間安排也很周到、貼心，餐點永遠很準時甚至有時會早到，而且找的餐廳的食物質素都不錯，也每次都有變化，讓我覺得他們很有心。房間也很舒適，唯一可能是浴室的熱水有時要開比較久才熱，不過只是小問題。

如果女櫃台離職，會強力推薦的一家用心的旅館。整體而言感受得到飯店的用心，是台北市區CP值高，空間大、有大對外窗而且價格便宜的好防疫旅館。便當會盡量更換菜色、大部分的時候很好吃，雖然偶爾會冷掉或遲送，但都還在可以接受的範圍，偶爾有重複但也沒有到讓人不能接受；環境清潔，替換備品也都會準時送達。服務效率不錯。有時候外食不在送餐時間，也會願意幫忙送餐，非常貼心。雖然網路真的超級無敵慢，但有感受到飯店有想要解決這個問題。整個飯店的wifi連線有超過10個吧，不曉得是不是為了作防疫旅館而加裝。但能感受到飯店處理問題的誠意。總體而言，是一個能感受到飯店用心經營的好旅館。唯一不滿的是飯店的櫃台服務員小姐，這位小姐可以讓這個飯店本來4-5顆星的評價直接降為2顆星。隔離15天接觸到一些工作人員，無論是打掃阿姨或者一位年輕的男生服務員，大多都親切有禮，僅有一位通常是午班的年輕小姐態度總是極為惡劣。喜歡用著好像專業的口吻指示人。真的強烈建議如果這麼喜歡讓大家配合您的步調，務必去從軍，您的士兵應該都會盡力配合。完全理解隔離旅館經營不易，在能配合的情況下我們也都會盡量配合及體諒。但這位小姐把客人的體諒和配合視為理所當然，住宿人員就是理所當然要配合他的「因為ＸＸ原因所以餐點晚到」、「因為ＯＯ原因所以掛電話」，以及不耐煩的口吻、認為「我已經說了，你們怎麼還不願意配合」的態度，在門口用命令的語氣說「不准下車！」，實在讓人難以接受。這是我有生以來住宿經驗以來最差勁的一次體驗。我們絕對願意配合防疫，但上次被這樣訓斥是我15歲被媽媽罵。令人詫異且難以理解。另調閱google評價紀錄，顯然這位小姐已經在這間飯店多時，已有不只一個一顆星評價。飯店常常回覆google評價說會再進行教育，從結果看來，恐怕只是制式的回覆客戶批評，卻從未改進。讓人極為失望。這原本是一間值得推薦的用心好旅館，但在此綜合評價上，我只能給予2顆星。

防疫工作&人員都確實執行。訂的便當有變化好吃。房間空氣的灰塵較多或是消毒液的關係，常導致呼吸刺癢，開窗對外吸氣可緩解。

12/4 下午時段短髮女性櫃檯人員態度極差，眼神輕蔑口氣惡劣皆令客人非常不舒服！！！！原以為是貴單位並沒有提供櫃檯服務人員應有的職前教育訓練及禮儀規範。但當同時遇到此時段的男性櫃檯人員，態度極佳，服務周到，語調口氣各方面都非常親切。讓來往的客人第一眼就感受昇美的美好！故應為這位女櫃檯人員「個人情緒控管及工作態度」問題，著實不合適擔任如此重要門面之職務！還望貴單位對於櫃檯人員的勝任與否標準嚴謹些，不希望因為一員工個人品格問題影響了其他工作人員認真努力經營後的成果！

離捷運站有點遠，若開車來要停林森公園。周邊是夜生活豐富的地區，但偏離大馬路，客房很安靜。在高架橋旁，外觀比較老。櫃檯處比較狹窄，若人數跟行李多會比較不便。住宿體驗超值，豪華雙人房床很好。缺點是中央空調好冷。有沙發跟矮桌方便用餐，衛浴空間明亮寬敞，難得台北市有浴缸。渡過很放鬆的一晚。感謝櫃台提供一般流量衛生棉兩片。

Quite comfortable

The staff is very friendly.The room is ok, but you can hear everything from the other rooms, and I couldnt adjust the thermostat temperature so the room was very cold.

Nice hotel. Our room was a little small, but fine for the price. Room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Location is good.

Rude and ignorant receptionists, bedbugs infected and cleaner kept her lunch in our fridge.

Roomy & clean room. Clean toilet & friendly staff. Near public park & around the area have so many restaurants. 20 minutes walk to Ningxiang night market.Too bad the location need bit 8-10 min walk from or to MRT

NOT PROFESSIONAL front staffs! They underestimate foreigners

Stayed here for five nights with family as part of a quick holiday.Rooms were clean and modern, especially the bathrooms. Staff were reasonably friendly and attentive, and have experience dealing with foreign visitors.Complementary breakfast is served in the basement cafeteria, offering a daily rotating menu with a choice of either a Western or Taiwanese style breakfast.Walking distance to most shops, convenience stores, restaurants and a Party World KTV complex just around the corner. The only drawback is that the hotel is a bit far from the nearest two Taipei MRT stations, which could be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage.

An overall excellent 3-star hotel. The hotel is located a roughly 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest station and has access to convenience stores and a small supermarket nearby. They provide complimentary breakfast with the room which is rotated daily. The breakfast usually offers a Chinese and Western cuisine option (choose 1 of 2), but are tuned more towards Chinese tastebuds, so it may not appeal to all. Rooms are made daily and the staff help to tidy up your belongings if things are in a mess. Complimentary water is provided with each room.

Hotel BChic offers the most affordable rate without compromising comfort and convenience. Aside from a very clean room, the Hotel Staff services are very commendable. The hotel staff are very accomodating and friendly. It makes the stay easier without having to worry so much on the language barrier. I just would like to make a suggestion to prioritized the request of those who booked the hotel early. I booked the room a month ago and i requested for a room at a higher floor but we were given a room at the first floor. The view of the city is important to a tourist. The free breakfast was great, :). Overall, the hotel was more than my expectation.The Hotel BChic gives an impression of a Free and Democratic Taiwan. I look forward to staying here again. Aircon on our room is not cool enough it is only 26 deg!! It is even colder on the lobby than inside our room. WIFI is NOT WORKING at all.

The hotel is located at Chanshan business district. Idea for business people and people who prefer quiet environment.

literal "other side of tracks" location makes western outsider skeptical, although once inside, rooms were very clean, amply sized and accommodated, and staff was nice

Hotel is really dated. Staff grooming needs so much improvements. They were more interested with their conversation than attending to the needs of the guests. Staff chatted so loudly throughout breakfast service if not they were on their mobile phones. Breakfast quality was bad. Will not recommend or use this hotel ever period.

Dont let them stick you in the first floor closet!
