PLEASE BEWARE!!! AS BAD AS IT GETS!!Having just held a private party here, I can categorically this is the worst event management and customer service we have EVER had the misfortune of experiencing, that has completely ruined our milestone event for us. Our gifts and items from the night remain unaccounted for, not to mention that we have proof that they were charging our guests all night for drinks even though we had put £5k behind the bar!! Where exactly did our money go??? Simon, who is as incompetent as directors come, has categorically refused to provide an itemised bill of the bar takings - and we have been met with complete indifference and told we are ‘too sensitive’ !?!?! Absolutely horrifying lack of accountability and professionalism that unfortunately has left us no choice but to make this a police matter!!PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this place like the plague - they completely lack integrity and will lie and gaslight at every opportunity to get away with their many misgivings.

We had our wedding reception and party upstairs. The whole thing from planning to tasting to the event was fantastic.

Too loud for dinner despite the fact they offer a three course menu - its more of a drinks place. Many of the sides (for the mainswere cold so were sent back, and some of the pre-ordered puddings had mysteriously disappeared from the pre-order list so never came. The staff were very helpful and professional, and the food itself was good quality and presented nicely, but it wasnt quite the evening wed hoped for. They did provide a comprehensive allergen sheet for the menu which was good.

Great cocktails and welcoming service! We went on a Friday night and it wasnt that busy so it was great for conversation and enjoy the music.

We celebrated our marriage (which had occurred earlier that day at the Chelsea Town Hallhere and we had an absolutely perfect afternoon. Raffaele looked after us and ensured that every detail of our day was attended to (my wife tells me he never let her glass drop below 3/4ths full!). It was the perfect vibe as we had asked them to section off an area for us down stairs, which was perfect as the weather held and it was a beautiful afternoon with the windows open and the breeze coming through. The food was delicious and there were plenty of options (both vegetarian and otherwise). Well definitely be back!

Open from midday to 1am... weekends upstairs til 2am or 3am. A classy environment. Good for business meetings or a cheeky date.

Simple...I love the place. Its a long missed local while I was suffering from illness...but Im back and loving it! Great staff as always 👍

Came here for a baby shower (they have bookable rooms upstairsand had a great time. The staff were very food and make the day special.

Attended private party last night, the bowl food was good however later then it meant. Extremely rude staff. Have asked barman to stop using his hand for adding fruit into drinks which he didnt like it and start pulling faces. Most of my coluages had similar experience

We held our sons 21st birthday party at beaufort House on Friday 25/02/22. The event was held on the first floor in the private room at Beaufort House, with pre dinner drinks & a 3 course meal served for 55 adults. The food was excellent, the service was terrific & the event was a resounding success. Id thoroughly recommend the team at Beaufort house & the venue itself.

It maybe nice for a couple or small group to catchup and have drinks. Pricey and space was a squeeze. Club space starts quite late, music is not that upbeat. It is more of a private club vibe so cheesy fun then club fun! Oops, it is a private membership club...lol.

Very nice atmosphere, the food was good and drinks were amazing. Shoutout to Jonathan, who always makes great cocktails.

It is a pity I have to write this because the food is great but the service needs to be improved (even from the managerand there is huge draft from the windows and the door which does not close properly. This really spoils the whole experience.

Nice vibe but very few seats at the bar to just grab a drink, so would recommend booking even if youre not eating. Cocktails are nice but basic (could recreate at home easilyso felt £16 was a bit overpriced.

Dear Augusta and The Beaufort House Team,I generally don’t write reviews but this one is special and I couldn’t wait to write.My whole experience with Beaufort House for our party on December 4th was way way more than I expected and I would give 200% credit to Patricia and her team who made the whole event an experience to remember. From the very start til the end the whole team were “ on the case” ( literallyand gone above and beyond to help me on the day. It was a team work throughout and Patricia literally took everything on her hands and managed the food drinks, set up , wind up anything and everything!! Even some of the parents said they have not seen such cooperative staff anywhere else in the area. Patricia literally eased my anxiety and made sure everything run smoothly,.. I was beyond impressed !! So helpful, extremely energetic, polite and super professional.,, this was Patricia on the day! We need more people like her in the world to make our days brighter! Also want to shout out Amanda who was super helpful and polite and always smiled with every request made! I want to Thank and shout out every single one on the day who helped with Dylan’s 6th birthday party!! Really nice place to go on a Sunday afternoon for food drink and a great atmosphere.The place was really busy which meant the food service was a little slower than we had hoped but it wasnt a major issue.Well worth the visit and best to book in advance to be sure of a table

Lovely place but SOOOOO OVERPRICED! Drinks are a lot more expensive than they should be. Nice atmosphere though and its a pretty bar

Booked a table at Beaufort for some birthday drinks and had the best time. We were served by a South African (?lady and she was just great - the pink Margarita is a must!

A nice upmarket bar which has good attentive, professional waiters that provide good service and with a good bit of banter as well. Drink list is good and prices reflect the location but overall a great place to go to

Went to Persian night in the champagne bar, music was amazing, venue quite small, no cloakroom, the security staff were all amazing, however the bar staff would charge different prices for the same drinks, later on in the night they tried to charge us double for the same drinks.. clearly they think were too drunk too notice

Nice atmosphere, some staff need a bit more training, but on the whole everyone is cheerful and helpful. Good food, and very tasty cocktails and mocktails.

I booked this place for a nice dinner with my parents, but I guess I should have done more research - it has more of a fancy pub vibe, than a restaurant. The drinks were good and the food was decent, but it just did not serve the purpose, as it seemed way more formal than it was (I even called up to ask about dress code and was told no trainers allowed, although that was most certainly not the case...). We were tucked away in a corner with speakers lasting music just above us and half the time did not get noticed by waiters. Overall okay for pre-drinks before a night out, but if you want a nice dinner, where you can enjoy a conversation, this is not it

Consistent quality with moderate innovation to challenge your palette. Fantastic setting for an early morning coffee, lunch of any description, with dinner there may be a slight complication, as this is more a club style venue at night than a dining destination.Very very good team to make you smile, sit back and relax. No chances of being disappointed. I have added a few good pictures of the venue. It is modern with a good blend of traditional Chelsea character.

Found this place while walking on kings rd. Greeted by lovely server, friendly and accommodating. Great start!cosy and warm from inside. Mouth watering menu, server recommended house burger and man it was good. very seldom I give a place five star however this place earned it!Great food and customer service! definitely will return and not to forget manager asked how’s everything. The waitress that served us was amazing. Her name is Jasmine, very attentive to detail, always checking if everything is ok, the food was delicious, higher recommend this place. I had an amazing time. Definitely will go there again.

Warm and cosy place. I was a bit disappointed by the artichokes pesto linguine cuz its quite dry and plain. I hope theres more depth and texture to it. The grilled octopus dish was fantastic tho.

Is is a really nice place and the atmosphere is good, but I cant give any more stars. For one thing it is quite expensive, which is no problem and wasnt a surprise. But a No-Go is if you order a medium Burger and it is well done. Also the meat was really not that special. Alejandro, our waiter, was fun and cool but we had drinks in our bill we did not order, so make shure to check the bill ;)

Food is good they have a very good drink list with nice champagne cocktails. We had lunch the place was quiet busy. The manager is the most arrogant guy I’ve ever seen. So rude with the waitress. He was shouting on them. It was very unpleasant I felt so bad for the employees. We are in 2019!!!!! It’s a shame that something like this can happen today.

The food here was really tasty and very reasonably priced for what you get and the location. I was really happy with the lobster risotto.

Great place. Great staff. Class.Food and drinks are excellent. The staff are amazing - Ive never arrived to anything less than a welcoming smile and seamless service. The people here go out of their way to make you comfortable - whether its friendly banter or just making sure youve got what you need without being overbearing. Places as polished as this arent always as personable, but this one is a properly classy venue!
