Mom and dad wanted coffee after getting the children McDonalds so looked around area and found this shop. Decided to try local instead of Starbucks and was glad we did. Very tasty and unique frozen drinks. The Heath one was good and mom liked the banana taste in her drink. They went well on a hot humid Michigan afternoon. Keep up good work.

I’ve been coming here the last few days and the baristas are very friendly. I’d like to think of myself as a coffee connoisseur and the coffee both days was incredible. Pricing was inexpensive compared to the big chains like Starbucks, Tim Hortons, and Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m definitely coming back to continue supporting local business.

Small, drive-through-only coffee shop. Everything Ive ever had at any Bearclaw location (in addition to this one, there are two in Washtenaw County--one in Ann Arbor and one in Dexterhas been excellent!

Really great service! Wish I could get the hype behind the coffee their frozen coffees taste like a shake, while theyre normal hot doest have much flavor maybe a darker roast would be better. I really want them to succeed though I love the concept of the tiny drivethru coffee shop!

Great coffee! Sizes are plentiful compared to most coffee places and they give out treats to my dogs when I bring them along. I think my dogs look forward to visiting more than I do ;Favorite place to get coffee and the staff is very nice.

Perfect spot to refresh with a good coffee and strong espresso.

Dont get me wrong. Staff is always great! However, the product is lacking! Drinks are hit or miss. I ordered a bagel. She said Cinnamon bagel. They will not put cream cheese on for you. I am driving on my way to the expressway. Then, I pull out to side to put the cream cheese on. It was raisin bagel 🤮 The bagel was nuked in microwave. Not toasted. It was a mediocre bagel at best. Very disappointed. Questionable if I will be returning. 🤷🏼‍♀️

What a great little find. We did a search for coffee while in the area and came across Bearclaw. The ice latte was really good. The service was amazing with great staff that were very helpful with answering my questions and even recommending a drink. I wish this was a location closer to my home!

First, the review by Andrew Ford "Local Guide" is clearly posted under the wrong company and should be removed. This Bearclaw Coffee location did not attend the festival he references.This particular Bearclaw Coffee is top notch featuring excellent service, friendly staff, convenient drive-thru location and great product.Keep up the good work!!

Awful experience when I visited their booth at Bonaroo.As I’m waiting in line, I eye a large dirty solo cup sitting under the espresso machine. I wonder what it’s for, and assumed they dumped the old espresso into it. No. They were pulling many shots of espresso early in the morning, storing them in a dirty cup, and then pouring it into drinks throughout the day. Gross.I asked them to pull me a fresh espresso after seeing that and the staff treated it as a meme. As if they didn’t understand the difference between a fresh pull and a stale one.Then I watch the employee try to create a fresh pull and it was a show of naïveté. He did not fill up the canister and he did not pack it. Caused a very weak pull. If bear claw is going to bother to come to Bonaroo, at least staff the site with a barista.Oh, and they charged me extra for asking for a fresh shot. Treating it as if I asked for an “extra” one.

Their breakfast sandwiches are the best, as well as the soy latte, and the americano. So happy this gem is on my way to work. Staff is quick and helpful and kind. Dont forget to ask about their rewards program.

Awesome dairy-free lattee! Only a drive up, no indoor seating. I think I saw a picnic table but thats not a great idea in the winter.

Incredibly light, fluffy, flaky tasting Bearclaw pastry! Drinks are usually customised and perfect always! Service is always friendly, fast and professional. Added plus is supporting small local business.

Staff was really nice and the coffee tastes really good. Thats why 3 stars. However. I ordered a small and was charged and given a medium. Also I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and was given a regular coffee. When I went back up to have the order replaced I was handed back the same coffee but was told it would be made fresh with extra pumpkin spice added. She also added whipped topping. Which isnt a big deal but it still tasted like a regular coffee with caramel added. Will never go back. I will continue to get my p spice lattes from 7 eleven. Also adding the whipped topping seemed suspicious.

This place is just over rated... I have tried couple of times before I decided to rate this place. The coffee is tasteless and expensive. I think Tim Hortons has much better coffee in terms of both taste and price. Very disappointed with Bearclaw Coffee.
