The best time ever to visit ras el bar or any beach in it is in winter. In winter the beaches and the whole city is clean instead of summer vacations. This photos is in February and that was one of the perfect times that the beach is not crowded and properly clean. That what let it amazing. As the photos are without any effects or filters! I dont promise you to find it like that on summer!
