Very friendly staff! I wish room service would come around to change the sheets/clean the room a little more often, but i understand they have a lot of rooms to maintain. The hot tub has been removed, even tho it says theres one in the "about" tab. The beds here feel like your sleeping on a cloud! The breakfast here is nice and will get you started right for your busy day! Its a very quiet hotel, no noise goes on here. The TV is big, and offers an array of channels! The mini fridge/freezer holds quite a bit of food and keeps things cold! The hotel offers a perfect view of sunrises/sunsets here in Waukesha!

Upon first arrival, both jacuzzi and shower tub were completely dirty. My girlfriend and I had to ask someone from the front desk to clean them both and that someone was the only one working when we got there. The bed was too hard for my girlfriend to sleep in and hurt her back. The sheets and blankets made us itch. We had to ask for towels at least a couple of times. On the second day when we left for a good eight hours, we came back to find the room still the same mess it was in as we left it. This experience eventually made both uncomfortable so we told the manager that we will be leaving a day early. When politely asking if we could get a refund or compensation, the manager told me to talk to the 3rd party. Yet when I did, the third party told me that it was they (Baymontwho needed to help out with that. So obviously the manager is a compulsive liar and weasel. He only cares about the money than his customers. This was absolutely the worst hotel experience I ever had. If anyone plans on going there, dont bother. They overcharge us 203 dollars per night for a suite and it wasnt worth it. Go somewhere else.

Quick drive to Summerfest. Breakfast was heavy on the carbs, which didnt work well for us. The coffee was terrible (instant machine). Staff was attentive. Comfortable bed and great shower. Rooms were clean and basic with fridge and microwave. Reasonable price. We had the pool to ourselves. Hot tub out of service for repairs.

I am a mom away from my 3 month old daughter for the first time, for a wedding over the weekend! I have been pumping milk and realized there was no place to store it at the ceremony, and we could not leave it in the fridge since we had to check out beforehand. The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful and let me store my breastmilk in their personal freezer. This is such a relief for me given all of the formula shortages as of late. Amazing staff!

The AC didnt work and the room got hot. It also had a musty smell. We were also super disappointed that the hot tub and sauna were both down. The pool was great and we did still have a nice time with the pool, but I dont think we would be back.
