Pretty decent rooms, fairly cheap and clean although our room kinda smelled like someone knocked the bong over 🤔 😅 but it wasnt too bad for the price. We have stayed a few times and will be back!! Really nice front desk people every time we stayed.

The staff was very nice and efficient. The major complaint I have is the entire second floor and elevator smells like pot. Breakfast not bad but you can definitely tell theres a water crisis.

This was a nice hotel and a good rate. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and well equipped. Hotel staff was professional. If you are in the Jackson area and need a place to crash, this is a good option.

This is our new home coming hotel. Our normal hotel was completely booked so I gave this hotel a try for such a bargain and even my wife was pleased. It looked and smelled so great, the lobby and the room. The cookies and refreshments to drink didnt hurt. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

So upset that we payed for a room with 2 queen beds and a pull-out because our kids are with us. Neither room was what we ended up with. I reserved 2 rooms for us and my in laws. My brother in law gets here with his family (mind you that we already had reservationsthey told him they had no rooms available. The front desk person was okay but you could tell that she clearly didnt want to be here and that the guests were inconvenient her. To me thats a huge problem since you work in the hospitality industry. Our rooms were not clean.(will post picturesThe bathroom was disgusting and was scared to even use it with all the stains in the towels and spider webs. I would not recommend to worst enemy. Super disappointed with what we got into here. Will not be coming back to this hotel.

The last year we went was not good at all, However This year under new management Made all the difference, amazing experience. Need was like sleeping on a cloud, rooms, hallways, service area exceptionally clean and maintained. breakfast was great, and Id like to give a Special, Thank you to the staff members with their exceptional customer service. Ms. Sherwanda front desk, kept that desk and customer service on point, amazing smile and soft heart at all times, MS Brenda and ms kashanna. Amazing in the breakfast area. So Kind, patient and efficient, clean also with the warm amazing southern hospitality I always look for in the south area. There is no other place I will stay now, when I visit Jackson m.s. look forward to seeing you beautiful ladies next year..
