The staff here is amazing. Professional, polite, helpful, and friendly.We were made to feel very welcome. The room was clean and well presented. And the breakfast area was well done. In addition to coffee, juice, yogurt, and fresh fruit, you can cook your own waffles, toast your own bagels, and more.But again, I have to say, what impressed me the most was the wonderful lady behind the counter whose name Ive forgotten. (Thanks for the extra blankets!)

Dog friendly, but not really.They allow dogs, but the surrounding area has no place for a dog to go to do it’s “business. The designated dog area is a 1’ by 3’ piece of dirt by one of the back entrances. The parking lot backs up to a wooded area but it is completely inaccessible by a 3’ retaining wall. I was on the first floor, which has no access to the ground below so I had to take an elevator to the fourth floor to gain access to the outside parking lot mentioned above.Hotel not much better for people. Water was hot, shower head could not be adjusted at all. Mattress was a lumpy spongy mess. Breakfast was waffles only. Room smelled like stale smoke, even though it is supposed to be non smoking.On the plus side, staff friendly. Though I faced the freeway, the soundproofing was good and could barely here the freeway.
