Baskin-Robbins in Wichita Falls

Its still summer and they dont have lemonade for the refresher drinks. They also dont have ANY of the things they are advertising. Especially the oreo cold brew coffee ice-cream0 stars

Poor customer service. I ordered two dips of vanilla in a cup. The lady brings me two cups with a single dip in each. I told her the issue and she then takes the single dip cup, puts it in a large ice cream cup and stacks the other dip on top of the single dip all in a small cup inside a large cup. It wasn’t even two full dips of ice cream. They act like you are bothering them. No enthusiasm, no thank you. No wonder they aren’t busy!

Makes the coffee correctly! Iced and hot tastes great and they honor all app deals

Freezers not cold enough. Ice cream soup like. No chocolate.

Service was a joke and the cone that came with ice cream was old and stale. Will not return.

I have been asking for the Lemon kip Ice Cream but, no one...manager included...seemed to care, since I got several diifrrent lies as to when they would have some. One even said that it sells out so fast that I would have to keep checking back daily. Well, if it sells so fast....why not order more each time, right?...Duh!...I see that they will be going down in history as having the worst customer service...in the world...after having spoken to 3 customers that had been waiting long periods of time for their orders. They are just exstremely slow, sluggish and just out of it, it seems. I think they need more oxygen to their brains, if they even have one. They probably need to take some good quality daily vitamins on a regular basis. AND some vitamin B12...Sheeesh!

Ive tried for months to get peanut butter chocolate ice cream from here. They dont ever have it. The donuts from here are stale as hell. This location has been like this for over 2 years. Needs new management.

Staff is absolutely great,I dont even have to tell them what I want.They already know,because I get the same thing every day.My favorite person is Tamara,I believe that is her name. She is wonderful.

Waited 15 minutes for milkshakes. No one in line, we were the only ones there. Also ask him to throw away a cup and he refused said he cant according to health standards.

The guy that served us didnt know how to make a banana royale and when told he was making it wrong he was nit to happy...service was not all that friendly. And there was no 51 flavors of icecream, 10 at most...

went through the drive through at 9 and all the lights were completely off though they were definitely not closed, asked for a bag at checkout saying please and the employee rolled her eyes lol comical ice cream was good though!

The bathroom was disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a hot minute. We stood there for about 10 minutes maybe a little more before someone noticed us and told someone to help us. Still took him a couple minutes to come to us. There is 5 of us. He asked my son first what he wanted. We waited so long we all knew what we wanted. He told him and the guy got to work. He took so long on a milkshake that my two girls and I just walked out. My husband paid for his milkshake and that was all. I was able to finish a cigarette by the time he was done making a simple milkshake even after standing there a few minutes then walking out. We live in Oklahoma so when we come we always get BR on our way out. It was such a disappointing visit.

Everytime i ho to my favorite ice cream place Badkin Robbins they never have the only reason I go, Chocolate and peanut butter. 😭😭😭😭

Went to Wichita store last week .they were out of rainbow sherbet. was told to come back this week. no rainbow sherbet. that was not as bad as standing in line one other person in front of us getting a coffee. it took so long she was mad. i was mad .No one cared.2 working. but the girl that working was trying to teach the other guy . I can say this is the worst Baskin Robbins.

Thirty five dollar ice cream cake was huge! Then we cut into it. One full inch of chocolate icing on top and sides, plus more white icing inside. It left very little ice cream to enjoy. We threw most of it away. Won’t be buying another ice cream cake.

I want to Baskin-Robbins for a coupon that I received in the mail. The area is well cleaned and maintained, especially with the social distancing and protective shields employed. The service was a little slow and the additional charge on the waffle cone is laughable. Overall, great ice cream at a huge price.

I love Baskin Robbins i iust moved here to the Wichita Falls area. And I was a bit disappointed with my experience. My cherry shake tasted like milk and it was very runny. This is constructive criticism.

Just went in for coffee at the adjoining Dunkin Donuts, but noticed they only had about 4 flavors of ice cream. The rest of the ice cream area was covered over and not available, and they werent closing for over 2 hours! Must not be a very popular place if they cant offer very many flavors.

We happened to stop by at the same time as numerous other people. It was actually more fun than you would imagine. The staff were in a great mood and very helpful. All of us customers were laughing and talking comparing notes on ice cream and donuts. They even had great 80s music playing. We stayed there probably for half an hour just having fun. We definitely look forward to our return visit.

Staff was pleasant but they didnt have brownies ,jamocha almond fudge,or chocolate fudge Ive cream ☹️😫

Baskin-Robbins side was out of brownies and sundae cups. Didnt tell us at first. Made us wait 10 minutes for them to tell us. Two people, a man and a woman on Sunday. Neither had any idea what they were doing. Chickens with their heads cut off.

We have been here multiple times trying to give them a chance. We have been there to find out that they didnt have any specialty donuts because truck didnt come in and they were out of cold brew first thing in the morning. Baskin Robbins side has been out of basic flavors even when we have gone in. Tonight I had my husband leave and go elsewhere when they were out of what we wanted and they were getting pizza delivered at work?

States on Google and on website that this location is open 24/7...never been to dunkin donuts before but was going for Baskin-Robbins...was not sure if the baskin Robbins part was open 24/7 so I thought I would give dunkin donuts a try...actual building looked closed although thats pretty normal if they are 24/7 they keep the drive thru open usually or at least what i am used to...so I went to the drive through... sat there for a minute...they shut the lights off and didnt say a word...only rating 3 stars because I am not sure if their stuff is actually good...didnt even get the chance...if its not really 24/7 they shouldnt state that...js

We recently moved to Texas and are staying in an extended stay hotel nearby. My toddler and I just walked over to get some ice cream. This is the worst baskin robins I have ever been to and the worst customer service I have experienced since we’ve been here. We walked in and stood in front of the ice cream counter for 5 minutes with out a single one of the 4 employees working saying anything to us. The store was empty and there was one car in the drive thru. My toddler was getting fussy because she wanted ice cream! We went to the register and asked the guy standing there if he takes our order he said no order at the ice cream counter. We walked back over and stood there for another 5 minutes before someone finally asked what we wanted. She had to ask twice what I said. All I ordered was a kids scoop in a dish. The guy that rang us up didn’t say anything to me, just handed me the receipt and walked away. These guys need to get it together and learn basic customer service.

I had ice cream here and it was awesome. Server was nice and friendly. Store was clean. Cant wait to go back.

Very clean establishment and friendly staff! My normal drink, the Caramel iced Coffee however tasted terrible. I went back and they added more sugar but it didnt help. Dunkin needs to verify the ingredients because something is definitely off. Others have mentioned the same thing too me.

The staff was absolutely sweet and helpful. The food was great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great breakfast. Thank yall so much for a job well done.

Not like I remembered from several years ago. Quality just not there any more but standard ice cream at above standard prices. Go to Braums instead

This was our first time at Baskin-Robbins and I will try it one more time but if its not any better it will be my last visit there. We went there at 1 AM. Yes it was late but I wanted a sunday, I ordered a hot fudge Sunday and was told I couldnt get a single dip Sunday because I asked for a browine. So we paid almost $7 for what they called a double dip but it wasnt the ice cream wasnt full scoops and maybe one teaspoon of hot fudge, Im sorry but if I ordered a hot fudge double dip I want my hot fudge and my full double dip. I felt like I was eating a brownie with a lot of whip cream. Then my husband wanted a cinnamon roll they said we dont have those made, so he ordered a apple fritter, guess what they didnt have those made either so he asked what do you have made all they had was glazed donuts, now Im sorry if you go to baskin robbins/ Duncan donuts and they are open 24 hours a day I expect to get a good hot fudge Sunday for $7 and any kind of donut they make. The total cost was $9.17 for a brownie with whip cream and two tiny donuts. Like I said Ill give them one more try but if its the same Ill just go eairler to dairy queen or braums where I know I cant go wrong.

This Dunkin Donuts SUCKS! Every time I have gone they do not have donuts!! Why do they even advertise "24 hrs"? It doesnt even matter what time of day you go, because they will still have no donuts. Niether the staff nor the manager care that this location completely fails. Now, I would not recommend going to this place at ALL!

This location with Dunkin Donuts never has donuts. I have gone at different times over and over and no donuts are on the shelves. This place says they are open 24 hours but they never have donuts! Waste of my time! If you want donuts do not go to this place!

The place to go for an ice cream cake! Try the Jamocha with almonds! Ike was very friendly and accommodating with our requests on the cake. Very clean and comfortable on the inside with a very cute seating area!

Whoa whoa...its Baskins Robins and Dunkin Donuts...in the same building?? And its open 24 hours a day????! I just gained 10 pounds thinking about it....

New employees should be taught to pay attention. The kid that served us had no idea about their goods and when I paid he chose to ignore the fact that I have him the coin portion of the bill, told him 3 to times, and still have me change for a $20 dollar bill when I gave him $20.25. He actually was trying to argue the fact when his manager came over to find out what was going when I got upset with him arguing that he have me the right change and hed actually shorted me.

The guy who took my friend’s and my order was great! He offered for us to literally try all of the flavors of ice cream lol but he made the suggestion of a Lemon Custard milkshake with a splash of fudge and I fell in love. Probably one of the best additions to the Wichita Falls area!

*I forgot to update this review. We called the next day, I talked to the manager at that time, Ashley. She said she would give us one of the drinks free, I wanted to have all 3 replaced since we didn’t drink the coffees the night before. They tasted horrible. I talked with the lady at the front, she was so sweet, I showed her the pictures from the night before. She went to talk with Ashley, since Ashley didn’t want to come to the front. After a few minutes of explaining to Ashley what had happened, Ashley ok’d 3 replaced drinks. The lady then made the 3 we originally wanted. They were so good. **Original review*Went tonight with two coupons for the free medium iced or hot coffee. Got at the drive thru at 11:20pm. I wanted 2 medium iced coffees with the coupons, and pay for a large iced coffee. My daughter wanted peanut butter cookie, and my son and I wanted coconut Carmel flavoring. We sat there until 12am, because she couldn’t figure out how to ring it up, even after talking to the manager. She finally had me talk to him, and was able to figure it out. Then when she handed me the drinks I noticed they were all 34 of the way filled! Didn’t even tell us which coffee was which. I was so frustrated at this point in time I left, because I had already been in line for 40 minutes. I am calling the manager tomorrow. We took pictures of the drinks before we even left the drive through.

All I can say is Baskin-Robbins has the best Peanut Butter and Chocolate ice cream. My wife and I are not huge ice cream eaters but we both love their PB & C ice cream. I usually get it in a waffle cone and my wife likes it in a dish. I usually go in and request more peanut butter.

My very first time in here, it smells so good and the donuts look fresh. Definitely 100× better then the Dunkin Donuts on base.

Got the wrong ice cream, but too crowded to go back to counter. Luckily, all the ice cream flavors are yummy! Staff really nice. Update: We ordered a cake over a week in advance. Took 4 attempts going into store to even be able to order it. Went to pick up and they dont have it. Manager did everything possible, including delivering cake to the party himself at no extra charge and deeply discounted the cake. It wasnt exactly what we ordered, but good effort. We appreciated the effort to resolve issue. I would advise checking on your order a day in advance.

The breakfast sandwiches were good, of a little slow in coming out. The staff was friendly, especially considering we had our toddlers with us and they arent exactly today eating donuts. My main reason for only giving 4 stars is that it took us over 5 min to back out of our parking spot. The drive thru line blocks the lot parking if they have more than 2 customers in line.

Tried it today and I know they havent been open long but they were completely disorganized. Out of multiple ice cream toppings and cones, the in app offer wouldnt work and instead of making it work for us they just said sorry. Honestly Id wait to go back until theyve been open longer and get more of the kinks worked out. There were only maybe 4 other people there besides us and they had 2 drive through orders the whole time we were there. Theres no reason for them to have been so disorganized.

Only one in line manager stood at register and did not offer to take our order for 3 to 4 minutes. Coffee definitely not great will stick with other coffee shops. Big disappointment

I hope that this crew is still just in a learning mode or this place is going to crash soon. Ordered a flavored ice coffee, it ended up tasting like asphalt. The donuts we got seemed to be old as they were dry and stale.

I’m writing this as I sit in the parking lot waiting for 2 friggin drinks. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and a tropical mango smoothie. Nothing major it what you advertise on your menu. I get to the window and pay the lady there. Then about 5 min later they walk by the window and say we’re out of the strawberry mix is it okay that we put ice cream in it. Which I guess is okay although it’s a shake now. Then they bring out the other one about 5 min later then another 5 or so min pass. They come to the window and apologize saying sorry we didn’t have anyone working on the Baskin Robins side of the store. Which is a joke. They ask me to pull forward so I do. Then another few minutes pass and they bring out the second smoothie finally. So 20 or so minutes for 2 dang smoothies 1 that was basically melted by the time I got it home to give to my wife. All they offer is a free donut. Ha. No if I wanted one I would’ve ordered one. I won’t be back anytime soon.

For a new business in this small town, they are doing great. When something in this town opens, it’s always crazy for the first month or so but eventually smooths out. The coffee combinations are great tasting, they have many flavors to choose from, and they’ve always gotten my order right. Their breakfast sandwiches and donuts taste fresh and they have a variety to choose from including healthy options. They have a wide selection of ice cream with options to take your own pint home as well as awesome ice cream cakes. The customer service is relatively quick most days (except when it’s 20 degrees and everyone wants coffee-waiting longer to be expectedand the staff is friendly and helpful.

Cant get your order right and are super slow. If America runs on dunkin they should have a little of what they sell to take orders faster.
