Essen war durchschnittlich, Atmosphäre ebenfalls, die Bedienung leider sehr unfreundlich und unachtsam

Tagliatelle sind lecker und al dente. Jedoch war bei jedem meiner beiden Besuche etwas nicht nach Wunsch: habe Spaghetti statt Tagliatelle erhalten und die Tagliatelle Lucerna mit Kalbfleisch hat leider nichts mit den versprochenen zarten Fleischstücken zu tun. Die Sauce ist super lecker, aber das Fleisch gleicht einer Schuhsole.. schade darum..

Qualità di pasta e sugo niente a che fare con la cucina italiana, visto che cucinano con latte è burro (probabilmente tipico svizzero). L’insalata non era fresco. La cameriera era simpatica è cortese.

Habe auf Uber Eats einen guten Italiener in Luzern gesucht und gefunden.. dachte ich laut den Bewertungen..& der so hoch gestochene Werbung jedoch fast alles -> ( Fake )Ich habe eine Portion Spagetti Carbonara bestellt… jedoch hatte das ganze nicht viel mit Carbonara zutun… die Sauce war total durchnässt & lief aus der Verpackung…Ich habe noch nie, in meinem ganzen Leben, eine soo flüssige Carbonara gegessen oder besser gesagt getrunken.. Ich werde da nie wieder bestellen oder überhaupt ins Restaurant gehen…Das ganze hatte auch nicht viel mit Essen oder Italien zu tun… Sorry40CHF aus dem Fenster geworfen…Wünsche euch trotzdem viel Erfolg aber bitte ändert was…..

Das Essen war lecker. Im restaurant kann man in die Küche blicken dort mussten wir beobachten das der Koch sich mehrmals die Nase geputzt hat dann ohne Händewaschen etc. die Lebensmittel mit denn Händen angefast hat. das geht garnicht!

Ich habe mich Online auf die Suche gemacht nach einem guten Italienern in Luzern. Aufgrund der Bewertungen bin ich auf das Basilico gestossen und habe dieses aufgesucht. Jedoch wurde ich sehr enttäuscht. Der Boden der Pizza war nicht durch gebacken. Als ich das gemeldet habe, hat mich der Kellner lediglich mit einem leeren Blick angeschaut und sich weder entschuldigt noch etwas unternommen.Überhaupt nicht das Erlebnis, was ich von einem guten Italiener erwarte!

Terrible worker. Me and my partner wanted to visit here so that we called to them. And what they did was laughing at us(because my partner was talking in english?and quitting the call.

Freshly cooked food made out of top quality ingredients. You really can taste the food quality, my sister and I were definitely extremely impressed. The food really was top quality, couldnt believe how astounding the costs were!. The personnel here are friendly and usually offer to help my brother choose what things to eat! We are actually regulars. A great buzz to the atmosphere no waiting for food, precisely what we necessary for our supper night out. We really want to thank the staff to make my brothers birthday so wonderful.

They dont like tourist. There were many tables without any reservation. It was 1900 and they said there was any table to seat. Be careful.

Great Italian restaurant serving delicious pizzas and pastas. You can also order burgers from the joint next door but not from their drinks menu.

Went here for lunch one day and loved it do much we went back for dinner the next night. The waitress (only had onewas super nice and efficient. The Pizza for lunch and the pasta for dinner were both excellent. Also excellent value compared to others in Lucerne

Found this gem on a Saturday night looking for a late dinner, and it was excellent! The ambiance was perfect and so relaxed if youre looking for a chilled out meal. I had the papadelle Bolognese which Id recommend and order again; my boyfriend had pesto spaghetti and felt likewise. Shared a tiramisu at the end which was a great ending. All in all, charming and low-key, while great value for money.

Basilico has wonderful food and excellent service. Highly recommend it - you won’t be disappointed!!

Tasty, fresh pizza. I especially like that they use fresh mushrooms for the funghi pizza and they serve spicy oil to be put on the pizza. The place is quite small though, service is friendly and attentive.

Quite small place so reserve in advance if you can, or go during not-too-busy times. I was with my boyfriend and we have pizza. Im Italian and I am quite picky with pizza, but I was not disappointed. I will try pasta next time. Service is nice.

Me and my girlfriend actually love this place. We love the vibe and the menu. The problem is that they are SO INCONSISTEN. We go here twice a month and every time we go we have a different experience. The toppings on the pizza change, the quantity of the toppings change and the salads change entirely. When we first started going we ordered the Caprese: we got 2 balls of buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil. 2 weeks later we got one ball and pesto instead of basil. The pizza is either soft and oily or crispy and fresh.... Its always a mystery. I wish they would decide who their chef is and tick to him. or at least set some rules. What they do is great but just stick to one thing or the other. PLEASE! Eventually we me might stop coming.
