Honestly I cant say the restaurant is all that great. The staff I met at the front serving the food, I really didnt find him rude and not very nice. The food ended up being dry, too salty and also despite I didnt want to add dressing and chili sauce, the guy put it anyway. I been to many basha restaurants. This one is DEFINITELY one to avoid. When you call them, the phone never works. Sometimes the google map tells you they should be open but they are not, or nobody serving in the front.They also dont care for your feedback. Very disappointed in this place.

This restaurant is very clean and very generous with their portions.I’ll make sure to come back to this restaurant when ever I’m in montreal.

This review is long overdue, Ive tried every shawerma place in Montreal and this is the worst and most disgusting one here. It is nothing like I used to have at other Basha branches.The staff is very rude, and they dont know what they are doing. I wholeheartedly dont recommend this place!

A very good Lebonese take out or eat in fast food restaurant but not a fast food restaurant great food.

The food is always fresh and delicious during lunch time, while the service is quick and courteous, they seem a little lost and overwhelmed. Perhaps using a more solid operations structure they can improve that aspect.

I work near by...means i used to visit at least 3 times a week..The owner is the most impolite " human being " - if qualifies - you can even meet.I used to often see him arguing with customers, i ve always used to think maybe these people are the issue...until one day it happened to me...i simple asked before i order : can i watch a specific channel on your TV while eating ? He said yes sure.I ordered...10min later the channel was not there...so obviously i went to the cash and asked super politely again...the attitude he was showing was incredible...made me feel i m asking for free food...such an impolite arrogant person...When i told him but sir i asked you before i even order...he told me word by word : i dont have that channel and it s my restaurant i put what i want to put if you dont like it leave .The situation escalated very quickly and was resolved by security agents.

Great food, super friendly staff. My son and I went in for super, Heny served us. He made us feel like family. Not common for a Montreal restaurant.

Feeding ground of the Citys Barristers and Magistrates. Ok quality but feels a little rushed. Good for a quick lunch, especially if youre on trial!

Guy with glasses was very rude. We went there at 7 pm and the guy told us straight that the store was closed despite the doors being open and food available. Who closes at 7 pm on a weekday? Reluctantly he served us but we noticed he was eating from the grill where the meat was being cooked which is unhygienic to say the least and he dropped utensils multiple times which made an extremely loud noise. Food is ok at the most but guy with glasses needs to fix his attitude.

Honestly the best Basha in the city. This is the go-too place for everyone in the area. Compared to Mcdonalds, Subway... it is the freshest/healthiest option! The portions are big, the service is quick and they have a huge selection of salads to choose from. I love this place!!

Among the different locations of this franchise, this Basha has the best service in town. It helps that their servings are quite large (do not change that!). Admittedly Döner Kebabs are far superior - but impossible to obtain in Montreal. So Libanese food is a good Substitute.

Always fresh food and fast service, and the very important things that this restaurant very clean,so dont waste your time looking for good restaurant, go to basha notre-dame try the food and you will see.

Ordered here for a work event. They delivered meal boxes (assiettes falafel and shish-taouk), food was delicious and fresh (the falafel were hot and crispy), price was excellent and service superb. Generous portions, we had tons left over. Highly recommended!
