Good food and service

Delicious food. The cheese curds were amazing, the Jalapeño, Swiss, mushroom burger was amazing! Definitely a must eat place!

The service has always been friendly and the food is good! The outdoor dining area is nice, despite the traffic noise.

Great bar food. The staff are amazing, and we especially appreciated the male bartender intervening without having to be asked when a guy was being obnoxious.

This place use to be awesome. They lost their key players and now are very slow and the girl trying to run the place has no clue what she is doing.

Called to put an order for pickup, told us it would be done in 20 minutes and it was. Food was delicious and flavorful, I got the steak Philly my husband got bacon jalapeno melt and he enjoyed his as well.Will definitely be going back!

What a joke of a review by the lady 4 months ago. Nobody as a customer waits 40 min for a beer anywhere in the world. You would’ve left long before that. This place doesn’t deserve that nonsense. Great bar and atmosphere with friendly people

Sooo…did not eat there…but forgot my credit cards and cash on table…they found it and kept it safe behind bar until I could pick up…props to staff for that!!!

SUPER yummy bloody mary!!! The burger was phenomenal!Inside seating doesnt have a great atmosphere feeling (should add some window!), but is worth it! Not big deal!

Put your game face on, get ready for a delicious meal, great atmosphere and tasty beverages. I personally recommend the chicken bacon ranch Philly melt wrap. Enough food to satisfy the hunger and for lunch the next day. Roll on up to the bar. Barrel Inn has what you want.

Always loved this place but been a couple years. Good drinks (u get what u pay for). Didnt get a chance to try the food but it always use to be good. Staff was friendly and on top of things. Floor was a little sticky but it could have just happened so not knocking anyone for that. Will def be back.

I used to work here and I loved it, and I miss it! Easy going atmosphere and very clean. The food is so so good and the owner is an awesome guy. Five stars all day.

Only bad meal we ever had here was today. Sadly only 2 college boys working. Dirty tables, it was 40 minutes before the beer we ordered arrived. The cook made 8 to-go orders before our food order & the to-go orders had not been picked up by time we finished. My fries were cold & cooked to dry husks so they made new ones but I had finished eating by that time. They werent busy so bad staff today. ☹

My husband and I took a motorcycle trip from Beloit to LaCrosse. Never been to this particular restaurant/bar.Glad we stopped in,great food,great service!The bartender (cute brunette girlwas very friendly and helped me choose a menu item. Very clean placeLove the fact theres an outside patio area with umbrella tables.I would definitely stop in again if were in the area

Great place for a date. Small but quaint, staff are friendly. They have burgers with fayzes buns!

Really like the atmosphere! Came on a weekend and it was super fun. Even the kids liked it. They said that it looked like a fun place to be.

Staff are very nice and do amazing job. Plus the place itself look amazing inside with sport stuff and has cool look to it as well.

I havent even been to the Barrel Inn yet and giving it a 5 star. Just moved here and drive by it everyday. Looks like a pretty sweet place.The Caitlan Kolb review has me wanting to go even more and give it a try. Question- Where were your reviews for the many times youve been there before??? All bad reviews are usually because someone wasnt treated like a Princess, with a few where it was actually bad. Ill give a review soon. 😁

Went here after a weekend of work with coworkers. The bar and grill was not busy by any means. The bartenders act like they were getting slammed. Very poor service. There was 5 of us in the group.When trying to place our order at bar they would just take one persons order and then when we all stood there they acted like the had help us all. When trying to place food order they just would say that it was 30 minute wait and wouldn’t give us a chance to say anything such as a side of range sauce. They were out of some of the basic items for beverages.I have been here several times and never have had such an awful experience. Do not plan on ever returning. They lost my service forever

The food was fresh and worth the wait. We got the "Cool", waiter. A very good experience. For those with accessibility issues. They have mainly tall tables & stools but do have a few standard tables and chairs.

So I came here on a lunch break and I ordered a burger. There was one bartender servicing the whole place (tables and all). This guy was so busy but was absolutely killing it! He was running all over and making sure all of his guests where happy. I was a bartender and even I was impressed. Oh yeah, and the burger was great too!

Food is good.....but management should hire more help. I witnessed over a dozen customers leave because they couldnt get served. The bartender couldnt keep up with the grill and the bar.....could be managed more efficiently in order to be more profitable.....

I have never been disappointed with the food, drinks, or service here. Its definitely a place to visit if youre looking for a chilled environment and maybe catch a game on one of there large screen tvs

This little hole in the wall bar has some of the best French fries ever. They are batter dipped and are seasoned to perfection. The burgers come on toast that tastes amazing and the burgers themselves are seasoned well and are quite tasty. I highly recommend this place for a quick bite to eat.

Food is fantastic, however have plenty of time available if you are going at lunch. 45 minutes for 2 chicken Phillys at 11:15

3.5 stars. If you want a local bar with great burgers this is your place. They dont gouge you on beer prices like many down town bars do.

Great food! Great service!We stopped on a Friday afternoon, not really expecting the whole dining experience. The bartender seated us in a booth and brought us everything we needed. He had a great personality, very friendly, very helpful. I only wish I had caught his name, so could post that too.The food was great, as always! I love that this is one of the few places that I can order tater tots! :Thank you for a great experience!

Burgers were good but bartenders were not friendly and had to ask more than once to get something. First and last visit for me and the Mrs.

Great for watching sports events. Food was great, the buns for the burgers are top notch. Also service was very friendly.

If you are a fan of great nasty great bar food this place is the best. Nothing like a Thursday night great wings along with cheep drinks...... And pinball! Smaller place so get there early.
