We went Saturday night (8/20at 8:30pm to eat dinner as we had not been here since they moved. We live in the neighborhood and used to like the food and service when they were in their original location, so we thought wed have a local dinner and give them a shot - we were looking forward to it. I hadnt even looked at the reviews here until just now and 2.5 stars makes sense, maybe a bit too generous. Most complaints were about the service and those complaints have been going on and on (read the reviewsfor a while. The two people at the front door were just rude too. Seems as though the owners just dont care.Maybe this was an indicator that they are poorly managed/run and that they are struggling. They were charging a $5 cover charge...at 8:30pm....for dinner patrons. Ive never heard of this or encountered this...in Deerfild Beach...for dinner. So we went to another place close by instead and they had live music, but didnt charge a cover (get a clue Barracuda). We were told it was for the live music. So?? I didnt come for the music, I came for the food. Too bad for them because they lost an easy $100 + hit (and possible repeat visitsfor dinner/drinks because they dont know when or how to treat a customer.

The food is so good, waiters was so professional, Arlys is so good, I really recommend them.

We stopped by after walking the Deerfield international fish pier. The ceviche was amazing, the fish ,shrimp and calamari was fresh and good cut.the pork belly with yuca was so crispy but soft and tender and the service from Andre was 5/5 service and recommendations

The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

They kept pushing food and drinks for us the whole night. Service was really bad. They overcharged the bill, the waiter told us we didn’t pay the tip but the tip is already included in the bill (18%which we paid and we gave $5 on top of that. Music was good.

This place is horrible we didn’t even get to finish our food and one of the ladies was kicking us out before the show even started we barley even got to eat and she kept asking what time we were going to leave or if we were going to take long, also the lady kept arguing with us and didn’t even let us eat or speak. I would not recommend.

Do not recommend this restaurant is horrible only good for the instagram stories. Service was trash, drink was trash it tasted old and I got nauseous after drinking just a little bit and and the meat came kinda raw it did not taste good and was very chewy.

Went on a Tuesday I thought it was a great night to go. No music and when I ask for happy hour beers I was told they were $3 for a beer draft. Out of Bud light... who cares, not the bartender. Charged for 2 apps (ordered only 1that sucked and gave me a bill for $60 ...had 1 app and 7 beers between 2 people. Do the math... it was TERRIBLE,Total ripoff. Bartender was lazy and could care less about the customers. Stay away! Now I know why nobody is there. Shame on them. Hope they go out of business as they should.👎🏽

The best Brazilian atmospheric in the town! The food is delicious, and the music is very nice, with Xandy, Thiaguinho, Léo and all of the band doing the best of the Brazilian music. My family and I love Saturday afternoons, because “Feijoada e Pagode 90’s” is the best combination. The waitress Arlys and all staff is very friendly with my family, specially with my 3 yo little girl! Thank you guys, see you soon!

If you want good service, stay away from this restaurant. when you pay for the service, be aware: first, because the tip is already included 18%, and when the bill comes, they put the option to add more than 18%, but this is not very clear in the bill, unless you look in details.And second, they offer to validate your parking ticket when you go by car, but if you dont give the ADDITIONAL TIP, they pretend to validate your ticket, give you back, and dont even thank you for being there or anything. I wish the owner of this establishment good luck, and hope he realizes what theyre doing with his business. the place is beautiful,good located, but a waste with the employees he hired.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this bar, this place is amazing, awesome brazilian food, well made, generous portions and at a very reasonable price. Live entertainment was the best in town, those guys are ridiculously good…. Just waiting to comeback soon. I recommend this place 200%.

Awesome! This Mahi-mahi was spectacular, not just the presentation but especially how fresh it was, flavor and perfectly cooked!The Flan, for desert, was also great! 😃Congrats to the chef!Our waitress, Les, was great.We’ll definitely come back again!

Save yourself a big disappointment!!!I went to Barracuda to try their feijoada dish and it was the worse service and food I have had for a long time.Service took forever, food took forever, my wife ordered a strawberry caipirosca , they brought a lime caipirinha.I ordered feijoada, the feijoada was just water, there were no beans, the pork pieces were so hard and cold, it was clear that it was not a fresh feijoada. I hate cold food, it was disgusting. Rice had no taste at all.When I ask for the bill it had already a 18% included, which i would have given it 0% for the experience. When I told them about it the manager instead of doing the right thing just said, i am sorry maybe next time it will be better.Too bad google review doesn’t allow zero stars

I got the mussels and they were fantastic with the homemade Portuguese bread! The cook came out and visited and was very thankful. The musician they had wasnt very good and it drove me out of there but the food and service and friendliness was above and beyond. Ill be back every time I get to Deerfield Beach. Thanks Chef!!

The food was delicious and fresh. The Caipirinha cocktails were strong and refreshing, ask for JP, he gives excellent recommendations and is very knowledgeable and passionate about the dishes most especially the Caipirinha. They also had a live DJ at the end of the day.

We had an incredible experience at Barracuda. Not only was the staff extremely friendly, but the food was excellent, and the owner himself came out to check on us. Do yourself a favor - go try this place and order the crab brulee to start with. Enjoy.

Fun place always lively with Brazilian music and a happy crowd. I was a bit surprised about the prices that were quite high for a sports bar. Most main dishes are between $28-$31, Appetizers in the 20s and meat specials in the $60s. My meat came out too cooked but they immediately changed it and our waiter was quick and very helpful. So if you want to danse, drink delicious caipirinhas and dont mind the loud music, go have fun!

Barracuda never fails to exceed my expectations with their Brazilian dishes. My husband and I absolutely love our meals every time we come here. Pictured is the Tomahawk steak with fries and their risotto😍😍😍😍. The steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. That risotto rice is 🔥💯 We also get the picanha tower (not picturedwhich will blow your mind as well. Shout out to Chef Sancler, he has really got something great going here!! They also have great drinks and live music. Definitely an authentic Brazilian eatery with the true Brazilian ambiance. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Its my first time in Deerfield Beach. We stopped at Baracuda for lunch and dinner. Both times it was excellent food and drinks. Portions are large. Mixed drinks are the best. Will go there again. Higly recommend this restaurant. 👌

This is my favorite restaurant. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! The caipirinhas are out of this world. Servers are also great and always efficient, happy, and polite.

I am here again like always chef Sinclair making everything the next level and bartender Andressa making the best cocktails ever coconut caipirinha.The best bartender always so professional and courteous the way it should be. So hard to get service like this in south Florida.So, this is my second visit here.This visit however made especial by the bartender Amanda. This is the best REAL Brazilian place I have been to in a very long time. The food was real Brazilian food, with amazing seasoning and taste. Brazilian food anyone?? Go to Barracuda! I loved the food and the beer was really cold!! Love it! If you are in Deerfield make sure to stop by.I only think that the place needs new chairs and tables, and a better decoration :-)

Giving one star because I can’t write a review without one. But this place is a joke! It was a huge disappointment choosing this place to have lunch on a nice weekend day! We ordered a Brazilian dish that had no taste and a couple of fish in it that’s not even enough even for 1 person that cost $30. It took them an hour to bring the food and it was not even close to a real Brazilian dish. I was very upset to have chosen this place to go over my weekend plans. The service was horrible as well… Not returning ever again!

Barracuda is a little piece of Brazil. The team workers are always with a big smile and gentle. The food is amazing and fair prices. They also have live music with different bands playing from Tuesday though Sunday. Clean place, good energy, great food, good music. I really recommend.

Hopped over to this restaurant across from our condo as soon as we arrived. We had been traveling all day and were famished!This joint did not disappoint!! I had a refreshing cocktail! We had their edamame that was so delicious!! I had a blackened shrimp salad that was off the charts- loved the hearts of palm! And my husband had an amazing shrimp dish in a creamy saffron sauce.Service was great. Patio was very nice. Two thumbs up!

So I came here after a long fun day at the beach and they had a sign that advertised Brazilian night for $5. It was already filled with people having a great time so of course I needed to have a Brazilian night experience. I pay my cover and there was no tables or space at the bar but a friendly server let me know that one of her tables was getting ready and offered me a menu while I wait, soon enough a table opened up. I had already missed the first band that play but the next one was already setting up. I had yummy food that has a fair price for the amount that was served. Then the show started and we were all dancing and having a wonderful time. The manager came to the table and introduced herself 😔 I forgot her name but she was very nice. I had a blast she told me they have different events all the time to check then out. Friendly patrons and staff. They also had a DJ on the outside of the place.

Absolutely the best seafood weve had in YEARS! Service is absolutely top-notch with incredibly friendly staff and cook. The Brazilian flair and the live music were definite +s for us. If youre in northern Broward county, this place is a MUST!

One of my favorite places to go for seafood.. it’s always fresh and the Caipinhas there’s are absolutely Amazing!!! The bartenders are so friendly and the place is very cozy. Great live music on Sundays.

Great staff and food. However gave it a 4 star because of the cost!!!! An average meal is $25 to $30 usd plus plus plus. But take note, they automatically add gratuity to the bill.

Started with Fritto Misto, fried shrimp. calamari, & zucchini with a marinara sauce, very good.My wife ordered her favorite dish, Camarao Na Moranga ,sautéed shrimp with garlic oil, baked baby pumpkin puree with creamy sauce served with rice and vegetables served in a baby pumpkin.I ordered the Paella with chorizo, clams, mussels, shrimp, calamari & peas in a cast iron skillet, very good.Different and unique. A nice change of pace from the typical restaurant fare that we all are accustom to. We always enjoy the food at Barracuda and that Brazilian flavor.

We loved their food. We had the steamed shrimp, as well as the shrimp cocktail. The drinks were also delicious. The service was excellent as well.The only reason I give it 3 stars as opposed to 4 is because they had recently opened for the day, and there was a VERY STRONG smell of bleach.. We saw a couple of people walking away because of this. Also, when we arrived, someone was cleaning the patio area, and although she acknowledged us, when we asked if they were opened, she said she didnt know... Isnt she the one that works there, and must know their hours???

First time at a Brazilian restaurant and was not disappointed! Great service and yummy food. We used a Groupon which made it much more affordable.
