Ive stayed there.many times in the past 7 years...love the owner...not just a reasonable price and clean but when a family member traveled through Brandon sick..Jenny not only got her a room...she brought her tea and an extra heater (even tho heat is great alreqdyshe asked me every stay after that how my sister was..and was genuinely sad when my sister passed..Soon as I can travel for work again..branrys will be my first call

The room was very clean, the bed was nice and firm. Definitely will stay there again when around Brandon. No complaints at all. Really nice towels, look at the photo and see how classy they display the face cloth, soap and shampoo! And Cashmere toilet paper!!Staying here a second time, called from Saskatchewan to be sure a room was available. Arriving after midnight because I forgot the time changed. But she waited for me. I really appreciate the service.

It served its purpose. The bed was clean and I was able to have a hot shower in the morning. Decent enough for sleeping. You get what you pay for. The staff was very helpful and understanding.

It was clean, fairly comfortable and inexpensive. I would definatey go back.

This motel is our regular stop during road trips between Ontario and Alberta. Perfectly located along the highway for travellers, everything you need for a great price. Its older but very clean and they are very proud of that fact! Staff is super friendly! Close to Tim Hortons and many food options.

Great hotel

Not great, not bad. If you’re looking for basic amenities at low price then Barney’s is good for you. Continental breakfast is pretty basic, toast, cereal, muffins, yogurt, etc. WIFI is not powerful and slow. But for less than$70 it’s a good value for a quick overnight stop and conveniently located.

Brandons motel rates are lower than most other major cities in Western Canada. Great place has been around for a very long time.

We booked with a hotel booking company at another motel in town , it was a nightmare , getting dark , and tired we found this place , traveling from BC to Ontario it has been one of the nicest places , best rates, friendly and helpful front desk staff and older motel nothing special but rooms are clean and comfy. Quite and parking right at our door. Great with a 2 year old and dog . Pet rate cheapest yet $5 :, if I ever drive by this area again I would stay here :and free breckfest we will try in the morning and convently located right on highway 1 :love the cool bench seat and table in the room .

Great room.. Big, clean, and a very reasonable price.. Starting at $65.95.. Smoking and non smoking rooms.. A free continental breakfast... Very happy with the room... I will definitely stay here again...

The Barneys Motel was one of the FIRST places that Willy and myself have stayed in since the beginning that had the whole nine yards of everything. The beds and pillows were just right, and they even had comfy couch. For those who are looking for a good nights snooze, well I recommend that Motel to be satisfied for five stars 😪

Ow full!!!! Stained bedding I dont even think it was washed from last users. Dont really know what was in the tub but is was brown and looked grouse. Went in the room and decided we would risk getting a life threatening dease and tried to get our money back and was told to late because we already took the keys??? Wouldnt let my dog stay in this room. I cant understand how it has a fake rating on the internet

Great cheap motel!

Loved it! Super clean, quintessential, roadside motel. Got a late start to our travel day and had to pull over in Brandon, MB. Room had everything I needed. Even my two dogs even enjoyed the stay, and they dont like motels!! Would definitely stay again and will be sure to recommend Barneys to anyone travelling to Brandon.

Great room, comfortable, couch and homey look, all for an affordable price. Next to it, there are others motels that are charging $100 a night. I would chose Barneys Motel over them any day.

I stayed at this location when there wasnt quite enough room in the Best Western hotel in the adjacent lot where I had booked. I was traveling with a party of 6 with accommodations to comfortably fit 5 so I walked across the lot to the motel and was lucky enough to get a wonderful rate for a king size bedroom - thus being booked at two locations for the night. Of course, my son decided to join me to get a little more sleeping space, too.It worked great for me since I could access the pool and eat the luxury complimentary breakfast at Best Western yet enjoy some peace and quiet and get a good nights sleep. I will likely do the same thing the next time I am in the area.
