Great food great prices!

First time trying, burrito was outstanding, but it was terribly hot and uncomfortable inside restaurant, had to change order to go because of the high temperature inside.

staff was high and forgot to cook chicken and steak on a Sunday at 6pm. 0/10

Its like Subway for burritos. Good selection of meats and fillings. They have good queso and chips. They have a small salsa bar.

This was my first time here and we will definitely be back. Everything we had was full of flavor. The staff was even pretty cool!! Over all 10 out of 10.

The absolute best! Way better than chipotle, moe’s, or Diego’s. The tortilla chips are my favorite!

This place is my go to fast food Mexican restaurant. They have better ingredients than Chipotle or Diegos burrito bar and at a better price. Also their spicy chicken is delicious!

I came here in December with three kids and it was a great experience. The staff was very attentive and explained things to us since we were new. The food was quality. The atmosphere was nice. Definitely will come back!

Burrito is just okay. The ground beef is akin to sand and has no seasoning. They also need more employees. The price was fair

The staff were completely uninterested and the food was disgusting if not tasteless. The corn tortillas had a funky smell to them and they cross-contaminated scoops. The staff used a scoop for spicy chicken to grab the normal chicken which made it all unpleasantly spicy and not what I wanted. Overall terrible experience and wouldnt rerecommend. Maybe if the staff were more interested (better paid?the service would be better.

My last two online orders I’ve been shorted one whole meal both times. Almost $20 in food they neglected to give me. Unfortunately Barbarito’s joins Panama City McDonald’s and Wendy’s as places we refuse to spend money any more.

My first time going to this place and I loved it! I got rhe Heavy-D burrito and you can put what ever you want into it. Its like Subway but with a burrito. It was HUGE! Im hard to fill up and this place did an excellent job makingme happy! Definitely coming back!

Usually this place is pretty good but not today, placed an order online it was ready when I got only to find out when got back home my order was completely wrong and there was thinking on my burrito that I didnt ask for. I drove all the way back to tell them they got my order wrong and didnt give me what I asked for. They agreed to make me a new one the right way which they did but I get back home take a bite of my burrito and the rice inside is hard and completely inedible, very disappointing

I want to give more stars but unfortunately, I cannot. Portion size way to small, especially on the protein and rice. Also, cashier needs to be more friendly (Tone and Smile).Maybe try a new recipe for the steak? On the bright side, Manager seemed nice and I do love the salted chips! I will come back, but I hope to have these small problems fixed.

Omg! The chicken quesadilla is exquisite, the reat of food flavors are so tasty and fresh that if you are hungry you will loved everything here I will recommend this restaurant to everyone 😉👌🏻

The BEST restaurant ever! I LOVE LOVE LOVE, their spicy chicken. The staff are kind and the place is pretty awesome.Let me not forget to add that they (9/10 timesare on point with some sweet tea.There have been a few times where it wasnt sweet enough. Ive been tempted to waltz on in and ask who done made the tea cause they need some more training or just to avoid being on sweet tea duty.

Great salad bowls. There steak in the salad is better than Moes and many other restaurants out there. I love the spicy chipotle ranch dressing too.

Im a local and this was my first experience with Barberitos. Just a few comments.. Ordered thru Door dash..by the time it got to us the food was cold and the chips were way oversalted..All was made better by the taste of the food which was impressive. I would have liked to have ordered rice and beans on the side, but that was not an option thru Door dash. I would eat here again, but, only when I can go into the restraunt.

Went in and no one including workers or guest had a mask on. Like this is Florida... I see why cases are high they don’t take anything seriously. As a food establishment all of your workers should be wearing masks that’s just disgusting.

This place is usually pretty good, but last time I went there they mixed up my order and gave me the wrong burrito. You can’t tell which is which because they are wrapped in the same foil. I got a ground beef and they gave me the lady behind me’s burrito, which was chicken. Also forgot to ask me what kind of beans/rice I wanted, instead just slapped some on. Usually pretty good.

Service great, clean, good proportion size and food is awesome! Taste wayyy better than chipotle!

I recommend Chipotle over this place, any day.Food was garbage, meat (steakhad a green/silver shine, chips are super stale and the cheese dip (no flavor at allhad to be made from powder because it was more sauce(ythan actual string(y), cheese dip. First and last time going.

I visited the location in Panama City FL with a total of 3 people in our group. There were 2 employees on staff and when the first person began their order which included tofu, the employee sighed and didnt say anything and walked to the back. The other employee walked over to begin the other two orders and acted like he was bothered we were even there. While he was preparing the orders 2 other customers walked in and he sighed and rolled his eyes. When the other employee came back from the back holding a handful of tofu he threw it on the grill barely cooking it before adding it to the burrito. During checkout I requested 3 drinks and a medium cheese. He didnt ring up the cheese and asked what else we needed after paying. When i stated the cheese I ordered he again sighed and rolled his eyes and began to ring me up for cheese that he forgot. I told him not to worry about it. When looking for a table there was not a clean table available anywhere. We had to get napkins and clean off our own table. Then when getting our drinks there was no ice. The floor in the dining area was covered in food and napkins. The employees didnt act like they cared if they were there or not. It was a horrible customer service experience all around. I have had other situations in this exact location in the past in which the store closed early, ran out of many items on the menu and cleanliness.

Great food. Bad service, the guy making the food has an attitude... and crying about having to be there 2 more weeks!! The lady at the cash register isnt very friendly either...Normally everyone is nice..but not today

Always delicious and fairly inexpensive! Its a toss up between Diegos and Barbaritos as to who is the best around time. Way better than Moes or Chipotle!

The have some of the best food there, and its a big plate The employees are always in good spirits. It is my favorite place to eat.

I love Barberitos. So many toppings to put on my burrito bowls. And the servers at this 23rd Street location are very generous with their portions. I think its an excellent value and I think its very nutritional too because you get a lot of veggies in there and the beef seems pretty lean and not like overly salty which is good. Lots of choices how they serve it too. I love this place. I think you could come like 20 or 30 times in a row and never eat the same thing twice but I love the burrito bowl pretty much the same way all the time. But today, I had tacos because it was National Taco day. And they were delicious too. Also, they have a great app that can help you earn points towards free meals and such. And they offer like dollar off the tacos today. And sometimes you get free guacamole or free cheese or whatever. Its very nice.

O had never been here, first time and not the last. I got a taco salad, they make it right in front of you, different toppings and choices. It was huge! Well worth it.

This is a walk in. Make your own borrow. A Spanish subway of Barrows. Mine was nice. I will go back. I had rice beans spinach spicy chicken Pico. It was good but I like juicy and it was not. Next time Ill try a menu item. Clean quiet with TVs and smiles.

This is by far the best semi fast food restaurant in Panama City, Mexican or otherwise. All the ingredients are freshly made. Real meat and quality veggies. They have the largest variety of toppings compared to chipotle or moes. The chips are house made, light and crispy. Very friendly, well trained and long time employees. Its so nice to come in and see the same faces time after time. The dining room is always clean and is well decorated. Even tho its a franchise, it really does feel like a home town restaurant.

Atmosphere like the cemetery. I come at least once a week. Everyone working here obviously is mourning the death of someone. You feel so uninvited everytime you walk up to the counter. Give these people some Xanax.

If you like salt this is your place. Had to dig through my chips to find ones that didnt look like this. Quality control is no longer a priority in this store.

On my visit 3/14/19 the staff was very friendly & even remembered my special order from my last visit. Food was great as always. It looks like after the hurricane they had to hire all new staff (like so many other businesses here in PC), and the new staff is doing a wonderful job :so glad you were able to reopen!

Never disappointed. The staff could learn how to smile, but its always worth it. If youre on Keto or Paleo, or any low carb diet, this place will fill you up with fresh veggies and toppings. The spicy chicken is delicious, but spring for the steak...sooooo worth it!

I havent been to a Barberitos in 10+ years. It used to be my absolute favorite food chain before I left the south, so I was hesitant to try it after all that time, but I was not disappointed! The food is great and fresh. The toppings have more of a variety than Chipotle and Moes.

I have there several times before the hurricane and it has always been excellent, its like a Mexican subway keto friendly but today it wasnt as good after the hurricane and not as busy and the salsas on the salsa bar were watery. Maybe will be better soon.

Very good. Hidden but delicious everytime. Friendly staff & clean atmosphere. Queso and chips are better than anyone elses.

This place is amazing for the type of restaurant it is. The chips here are so crisp and delicious and dont even get me started on the taco salad bowl. Everything tastes like it was made at a mom and pop shop with love.

Was good ...going back tonight. I ordered the Fajita burrito with rice black beans chicken southwestern corn grilled onions and bell pepper and sour cream. It Was huge....way more food then I expected. And thier freshly cooked tortilla chips and white cheese sauce is best Ive ever had

We have never had a problem here. It is a bit on the expensive side, but the food always tastes fresh. Prefer this to Subway.

This place is money, its been awesome the few times I went. We went 30 miles out of our way to go here. Food is always consistently good. Love the chicken fajita and the Mini steak burrito. Chipotle Hot sauce is where its at!

Like a Mexican Subway, but more pricey. Skimpy on the meat, but lots of beans and rice. Food is tasty, but food is not always up to temperature, I have known people who have been sick after eating here. Dining area has places for large groups. Employees do not seem happy. Generous servings of chips. Free salsa.

Stupid slow....15 minutes and havent moved much. Wife went to the bathroom and when she came back line hadnt moved. Line wasnt that long, ~10 people. Food was good though. Burrito was surprisingly small.

Its sad because I love this place so much. Such better food than moes, chipotle, diegos... but every time I come in here the staff is so rude. They continue to make me feel that I am interrupting their slow time and that its such a damper in their day that they have to help me. Not to mention I redeemed one of the free meals today from my punch card. The girl didnt even offer me a new one. And once she was done ringing us up she said okay here yalls food. It was completely across the counter and not in an area really for us to reach for it. I know I will be back because I love the food so much. But it makes me cringe thinking of having to interact with this staff again.

Great tasting food, the items taste fresher than other restaurants of the same type. The staff is very friendly and service is really fast.
