Overall the experience was good.The downsides are:1. The place doesnt have wheelchair accessibility.2. The ambience is noisy, a good acoustic treatment is a necessity as they are serving around 100 people at a time. At peak hours the chaos is unbearable.3. A better Bday jingle can make things better... Lol 😂

This is the worst barbeque nation ever.They do not have half the menu mentioned on their website. Live counter does not exist.We asked for mutton seekh initially and they rejected and served chicken seekh instead. When we realised that there is no live counter, we confronted the staff and they said that they will give us mutton seekh.When asked for mutton kheema and kulcha, they lied to us saying that mutton seekh is mutton kheema seekh........ This dish does not even exist.For mint chutney we had to wait for over 20mins. All the food got cold in the plate. For each and everything, we had to ask them atleast 10 times.Starters was initially good but after 2 servings, even that went bad. All desserts and main course were extremely bad. The staff was not responding properly.Usually the staff asks how the food was but over here they never asked anything.The chocolate pastry was probably not fresh... There was a bit of sour taste.Overall, this was my worst experience ever so be cautious about the menu because half the menu is not even available such as chilli chicken, mutton kheema and kulcha and mutton seekh.The worst is that they lie to you initially and later when confronted, they provide it.

It is a good place to have different cuisines according to your taste, the food is good and the atmosphere is great, sometimes its a little crowded. but overall a great place and must visit if you are a foodie, also have great offer on your birthday.

Food is very tasty, tempting varities are vast you can njoy both veg n non-veg . Service is good but little slow but that can be bearable seeing on the food and atmosphere

We have been here so many times just coz the hospitalality is so nice.. I have already mentioned the name of shahid peter many times as they have been dedicated to our table and were so good behavior wise.I am like a regular customer and want to be a regular special one always.

Great service friendly staff Buffet as well as other options are available. Both veg and non-veg options available. For non-vegetarian, sea food is amazing as well chicken leg piece. For vegetarians, must try pineapple.And finally the main thing DESSERT, awesome just awesome.

Commendable customer service by Mr Satish, the restaurant manager.He went all the way out to help in getting a replacement of my incorrect delivery. I was delivered an incorrect order by the delivery guy of swiggy. Mr Satish and his team ensured that i recieve my actual order within 30 mins they went all the way out booked a bike taxi (they dont have an in-house delivery teamfor the most superior customer experience they sent a team member along to handover the order where as swiggy was non responsive.Kudos team keep delighting more people i cant be more delighted as customer👏👏👏👏👏

Starters are great, main course are okayish and deserts too. If you wanna have experience once it is good but its not going to be good the second time because the menu never changes.

We really like going there whenever have to go with family staff is very goodKeeps looking for what we need also they actually force u to eat more 😃 from barbecue range (vegi love their pineapple paneer and mushrooms other than that beetroot kababs and crispy corn are love in drinks i like their virgin pinacoladaand fresh lime soda

The last time I went there, it was for an office gathering and we reserved like twelve tables. What we planned for was a buffet and they stood clearly on our expectations. They served a huge variety of dishes, then at each table obviously was a small barbeque grill and they kept on bringing so much of veg barbeque dishes(in India veg barbeque dishes are kinda rare though). Then as for desserts, it was so good and there were so many. They even had like ten types of kulfis and chaats with them and the experience thereby was mind blowing

Starters are really yummy, fresh, unlimited and having varieties. Main course quality is very average in taste. If you want to skip main course then it is simply wonderful. 3-4 options you could find in desserts too. Dont miss paan kulfi.

It was a wonderful experience. I came here for my birthday celebration. Starters variety was very nice. Golden corn was very tasty. Attendant Nitesh was very well trained and serving speed was also apt. They offered me a special drink. Overall wonderful experience. Not to miss chilling paan kulfi.

Yes this is true that their Main course is pathetic, mainly the Non Veg section. 3 star for their starters and services. You have to keep track of the no. of starters they are serving. If any starters is missing then they get ready to serve that particular item after your demand. Main course spoiled our food experience.

One of the best Food outlet in RDC, with both Veg and non veg options. The starters were served with portable grill placed on the table itself and it was also safely covered with grill to avoid burns. For Non-vegetarian they offer variety of food options such as chicken breast, fish, prawn mutton etc. In main course one can enjoy Biryani, mutton, chicken with gravy. After that in dessert one can find, gulab jamun, ice cream, chocolate brownie, cupcake, jelly etc. In all it was a great experience for me. Hope to visit again in future.

visited Barbeque Nation Gaur City Mall, RDC with my whole family for dinner. I checked and compared the menu before opting for this location. We reserved the table in advance and everyone was excited especially kids about the gala experience.It started with starters, not the complete list as per the Menu but still, it was reasonable. Had a similar issue with the Main Course, having very limited variety nowhere compared to Menu. Laccha Parantha served was uncooked.The dessert and Live Chat stall are a real embarrassment. Kids/Adults all waited for sweets all the time and were upset. No Pastry items, No Rasgullah, No Gulab Jamun, and very limited sweets served. For chat, even stalls at the street corner serve better quality than this outlet.To understand the depth of the issue, you should try yourself whatever I will add that cannot give the right picture of my experience.I think this is the same for other BBQ Nations Outlets too but the worst one is Gaur City location. After spending thousands of Rupees I deserve actually a nice experience.People go to franchisees as they maintain brand value and consistent experience, Not disappointment. My transaction receipt is attached and I need a refund for my time and money wasted.

I ordered from here trice, and wasnt disappointed at all, chicken tikka biryani was delicious, kababs were awesome too, the only thing that disappointed me was the paratha they serve with chicken seekh kababs, although kababs were total delight, worth every single penny, would like to visit the restaurant for better taste. I also ordered angoori gulab jamun which according to me are way too sweet, probably because I dont like sweets.

Very very poor experience. They only sever you what they want to give. Never server all dices what they claim in their menu. I recommend not to visit barbeque Nation RDC… Simple waste of money and staff always cheat you. Thanks..:

The services of this restaurant was ‘A 1’. Mr. Shahid Afridi took great care of us where he did not give us a chance to get up from our seats. He brought our food to the table and made sure we got what we wanted. Apart from that, the staff presented us with a special dessert as it was my mom and dad’s wedding anniversary. The way they went out of their way to prepare a special dessert along with a cake made our parents’ special day.

Mast place and must place to visit. The menu variety of a barbecue nation chain depends upon the rate per peson. Unlimited food and desserts.

Dont see positive reviews all are just marketing. I have tested worst non veg main cource here then I tried some veg items but those are also not upto the mark. And in desserts no more options. Never recommended

I have been to multiple BBQ Nations in Delhi-NCR…This one is The best BBQNation in Delhi-NCR as per me. Superb service, superb taste, superb variety and so delicious everything

What a place. Always love to eat here when I can. We went for a lunch on christmas day and the vibe was great. The staff had prepared a flash mob, new recipes just for the day and loads of dishes to eat from. We had a fun time here. Pan kulfi is a must try. I would definitely recommend dining in rather than ordering in after having tried both.

Little costly, but overall good experience. They have no taste in main course items, neither have enough options. The mutton curry have no mutton, the chicken biryani has no chicken.Starters are good and items can be customised as per your taste. Desserts are too good and much options available.Students discount is available. ₹749 is for lunch, and ₹449 for students lunch, having there college ID cards.Enjoy!

It was my birthday, all over experience was good but not amazing , was feeling very hot while eating, deserts were not upto the mark, but rest starters and food was good . Also Soup wasnt that good. But when I complained for the sweet dish they specially brought the Moose that was really tasty . Except that Staff was very nice, I appreciate their efforts.

Barbeque nation itself a brand, what stand out in this outlet is that its a bit spacious and staff were too friendly. And about the food as usual the Starter were good and main course is average, well people dont bother about that as well neither the manager of the outlet. But in my view Every food needs to be perfect honestly i didnt like the main course its too average.

One of the best place to visit. They have franchise everywhere and all taste same but still there are so many things to eat and try and all of it will be freaking delicious. A MUST TRY PLACE AND u will be in love with it.

It was a delightful experience to be here again to celebrate my birthday. Loved the service and staff behavior and their craving for getting good service feedback from diners. Although a little bit variety of snacks was missing in comparison to CP store bit it was enough and fine.After covid-19 i was little worried to take family out there but they sanitize ur sitting area in front of you and have kept quality sanitizers at various places.My personal favourite is Corn chaat and grilled Pineapple. This time we tried Pan kulfi and it became another favourite of mine. Really tasty.They also serve liquor but very limited brands for choice like Kingfisher in beer.Staff came out with a cakeWould recommend this one to every foody out there.

I recently visited there on my birthday it was great experience in the barbeque nation. They gave me complimentary birthday cake and also gave me some complimentary drink because it was my first time in barbeque nation. If think about celebrating any occasion like birthday ,anniversary celebration, then i I highly recommend you must visit there . Staff was well trend. But few staff was rude little bit i was sad because I called excuse me they didnt heard. the two staff was talking with each other..i want to say kindly improve your service....

The service is good, though the restaurant asks for good ratings to boost up their ratings in portals. The prawns should be prepped better and they ran out of kulfi as well. Would love to see some variety in the menu as well

I visited this place for lunch. This restaurant has so much space that you dont need to book in advance (unless theres a special occasion).  It is well maintained with exotic vibe and the manager is extremely polite. He visited everyones table atleast thrice to check if everything was in order and the food was to our satisfaction. Service was superb as well with waiters checking on us every now and then and cleaning the table frequently. Starters and desserts are mind blowing, main course is alright.

Best place for unlimited food in very less amount 😉 . This place is good for family and friends to hang out and have some good quality of foods it is situated in gaur mall at 5th floor and there is special offers also as per the day and many other options also. One of the finest place to have BBQ buffet. Needless to say menu has lot of variety and is really amazing as usual . Food is delicious. This outlet has recently started a new dish i.e. palak chat from the live counter which is really different and damm good. A perfect place for dine in with family and friends.Very much spacious and has ample seating space. Staff is very nice and treats you very well.One suggestion to the management,they must notify the closing timing of starters and buffet well in advance to the customer who are coming late night around 10PM to avoid any later surprises.
