Foods were still good and services were fast and swift too.

Glad to see they added more staff which realy improved the service

Service crew is really sucks. They dont even understand English/Malay. Keep lack of plates and sauce plate. Keep serving pork when we ordered BEEF not PORK. Beef not coming for very long and we asked service crew for it. And they serve MARINATED BEEF instead. Also keep asking us if we can accept the marinated one. (We already ordered the NORMAL beef at the very first momentIts been years i never come mainplaces outlet. Im very disappointed and never come here ever again.

Have to put more attention on cleanliness

One start it is already too much for this brunch. Firstly the lady that stand in-front of the counter are very rude. She was told us that it is full house on 750pm and we need to be wait for 2 hours for dine in. I told her to write down my phone number , please contact me once there is available. They called me on 815 and said there is seats available 🙄. Well what a good technique to “scare” customers away .Then they asked me want to order buffet or ala carte , i asked for a menu they say they dont have the menu , only a qr quote to scan, once i ask for the QR quote , they refuse to answer/ show me the QR quote 🙄. I am force to walk infront the cashier to take the only hard copy menu for my parents to hv a look .They keep on remind that last call on 830pm for buffet . Well their last call not only means you have to make up your mind wanted to order buffet or ala carte . Hence if you order for buffet, you only have ONE chances to place all your portion that u wanted to order . I had try my best to communicate with their stuff , i said i dont know how big is your portion how am i going to estimate how much i wanted to order , the stuff just kept repeating, it’s our last call anyway 🙄🙄🙄. I said if in this case that you cant give us even a chance to refill . can i order 50 portion to place on desk , to avoid us underorder ? The stuff just said u may go ahead and didn’t explain any Terms and conditions.Well well well , last they want us to paid for the remains meat portion. 100g for RM 10 guys i just felt cheated.Anyway , I refuse to paid and talk to the manager . They accept on my return of those meat . But anyway it was a terrible dinner experience. LAST VISIT IN MY LIFE . GOOD LUCK 🤞

Went to have a day out with my mum and decided to have our lunch at BBQ Plazza. I dont know about the majority but the flavour of it is bland as heck. I get that thats the concept of it and they do provide sauce but I actually expected more especially since the meat and soup is not seasoned AT ALL. Its just plain meat and soup and nothing more. The sauce choices were so sad I had to rely on the bacon for some taste. As for the drinks it was so watered down and diluted I might as well drink water. There was literally only ONE sauce and thats what they call their special sauce with no other options..... I am genuinely surprised at how they can still survive despite having rough competitions nowadays with all those different amazing hot pots and bbq places. Even Hai Di Lao gives a various options of sauces and they have different kind of flavourful soup base...As for the service it was decent, not too friendly but not rude either due to language barrier hence its understandable. But my problem is with the ordering page.....ordered a bunch of meat but only two plates came out. Had to inform the waiter again and again. When we tried to order again through the menu page from the QR code our orders were completely ignored. Unacceptable. Overall it wasnt a pleasant visit the food was pretty meh and the service isnt quite up to par especially with the price were paying. If BBQ Plazza want to improve they better step up their game as the competition out there is intense. Back then maybe you can get away with just simple ingredients but jot anymore as there are more to flavours than you think.

At restaurant at 7.40pm, the lady (not sure if is the supervisorsaid that we have to Q and after 8.30pm, we only can order ala carte, hence not worth the money to enjoy free refill at this hour coz we can only eat until 830pm only. When my BF went to ask (as we reached separately), the same lady said 8.30pm is the last call. Can the lady explain the T&C properly and more politely? If I am not wrong, can only eat til 8.30pm and last call is at 8.30pm are 2 different things.

Been eating refill here many times but as of 2021, the quality has dropped. The service is bad and it was under staffed with only 2 workers trying to serve many tables! Lady boss was going to overcharge us at first. The drinks were super duper watered down and some of the orders didn’t even arrive!

This branch needs a lot of improvement, from food to service...I ordered 7items in the list, but they gave me 4items, then I ordered another list, still missing items????? The food is not fresh too...I understand that they are understaffed... But, please get the staff trained...

Always come before 830pm but they will say closed last call even way before MCO time. Do they actually want to make business? Even came 8pm before they said closed not taking anymore customers. 🤬

Rude staff and unprofessional.I went there walk in and a Chinese lady approached to me and said I need to wait a while for 3 pax. I said ok then I waited at side then another customer came after me, after he dropped down his number the Chinese lady asked me do I want to take a number for waiting list? If yes Ill be after the customer. I like what? Why do I need to be after that customer? I came first. Then the lady was so rude to my mom said she told us if we need table it will be 8pm. Btw I was there around 1820 to 1830. But earlier she didnt state that we need to wait till 8pm sudden change ? I was unhappy because she was rude to my mom!!!

Im big fans of Bar.B.Q Plaza. And this outlet is my favourite go-to place when Im craving for them.

Under MCO 2 now, no dine-in...they come-up with their own Lunch Express 😳 Wow! what happened here? From BBQ to all kinds of Fusion meals.... price isnt cheap but come with free drink .😔 Since take-out, I rather want they have raw foods set for us to DIY at home than their cooked meals.😩

Delicious food, clean environment with reasonable price.

Maybe because of rmco, the us pork slide for superrefill not so fresh. Enoki mushroom are not washed. Big prawn also no fresh, overall not as nice as previous visit anymore. Everytime place order with the checklist , there are item missed out by the staff.

Always enjoy as it is mixture of steamboat and bbq in thai style. They have variety of meal set, seafood, meat as well as ala carte for your preference. Like it because the environment is not smoky.

Set lunch-RM15.90++ is available from 1030am to 5pm on weekdays. Comes with drink and rice. Wish i could replace the chicken with pork slice. The set lunch is very filling, i almost burst when i was done with everything. Most satisfying lunch ever.

Very bad experience

Bad bad bad. We are sitting at the 6 seaters table and suddenly they asked us to move to other table saying the table is only cater to 6 person. The whole shop only have 3 groups of customers, but they dont allow us to sit. somemore the guy who ask us to leave is so not friendly. I feel i had been insulted and i promise i will never come here again.

Notice that the slices of meats are too thin and it gets tear off easily when lifted up from the plate. This is bad!!

Tastes okay, but the portion is tiny. Slices of meat so small, felt like Im eating pepperoni. For the portion you are getting, its not really worth the money.

Hard to find BBQ in this area , is good to have Bar B Q Plaza here , we love the sauce & meat!!!
