Para mí persona fue una experiencia no agradable ya que el día 20 de Junio por la noche llegué a consumir con grandes expectativas del lugar y con lo que me tope fue un mal servicio al cliente y un pésimo encargado la persona encargada de caja es una persona prepotente y que echa a perder todo lo bueno del restaurante....

Muy buena la pizza, que fue lo que nos motivó a ir al lugar, aunque el ambiente y el personal les faltaba un poco de vida. Al final tocaba estar pescando al mesero y eventualmente teníamos la suerte de que nos viera (o no ignorara).

Buen servicio pero no usen salsa de lata o bote para los chips.Great service and good drinks deals, very nice ambiance, Americanized but nice. We got a appetizer with our drink order, which was chips with black beans and chips with salsita roja. I’m Guatemalan so I was excited it would be like mini tostadas. The chips were good, chips with black beans were yummy, but the chips with salsa roja were generic. I was expecting chips with homemade salsa roja but I am almost certain it was prego based. Not a bad thing I guess but as a Guatemalan I wanted authentic salsa roja with the chips! Overall great experience and wonderful service.

While traveling to Xela we hit this place based on a friend’s recommendation. Totally worth it. Beer was great, can’t go wrong with Cabro... we only had Garnachas and they were surprisingly great. Will be back for sure!

I order a pizza and ask to replace onions to jalapeños they wanted to charge me extra 10 quetzales, I’m allergic to onions but any other place replace the onion for something else the price is the same with o with out plus the service was bad

The mediocre food could have been forgiven if not for the horrible waiters. Messed up every one of our orders, forgot a meal, and told us that orange juice doesnt come with our food even though it said so on the menu. Then said we couldnt have it because there was no more.... but there was. Nice venue though
