Pulled in briefly. Looked good, right on the river. Bit of rubbish unfortunately. Had a quick fish by the river. Only supposed to be a day stop but some may stay a bit more by the looks. Nice setting

Great place on the river for a picnic or BBQ,toilets are only a long drop,so not the cleanest,but get cleaned regularly, must take all your rubbish with you,good place for kayaking and swimming 😀 enjoy

Great place for short term camping. Free, can stay overnight, toilets, some tables with benches. Very beautiful nature, quiet although there were quite a lot of people. Possible to swim in the shallow river flowing by.

I love this place,camping or just for the day , so quiet, the water is great,crystal clear pebble and rock bottom. Kids love it knee deep in places, grass areas and shade, and theres so much room. No one leaves a.mess and no-one wrecks the forest. This place is special and thats why you must respect it.

I loved bannons park for more then one reason. there was no phone reception there which meant no one could interrupt you, the river there was so nice to swim in, and i met a new friend there. i would recommend it to anyone who likes adventure, relaxation or just a nice holiday bannons park is amazing and fun, even if there is a little graffiti there it is still amazing.

Great place to get away. No phone reception. Toilets available. Fishing pole. But very relaxing. Can swim kayak walk or just listen to the gently flowing river.

Good location for free camping, has toilet, but, fishing poor not far from Gunns plains Caves.
