I met friends in the rear garden of the Bank of Friendship on Blackstock Road 16th June 7-9pm. Myself and one friend both have reduced mobility and mobilise with sticks.There is a step down in the rear garden on one side, and a ramp on the other side. The access to the ramp side was completely closed off - the doors were locked, there was a steel bar accross them, and lots of furniture obstructing the route.This ramp is there to enable access however it has been rendered unuseable, The staff were politely requested to open that set of doors but declined.

Absolutely disgusted and embarrassed by the treatment of staff here. Came here on the queens jubilee at 4pm and got refused entry because I had my 8 year old daughter. They also debited £100 from my account for a bottle of wine and 2 beers. We travelled from Wales for the weekend and have never experienced such discrimination. The bar man told me it was standard procedure to not allow a child in at 4pm. The rudeness of staff was unbelievable and their incompetence in not being able to type in the correct amount for drinks just shows they’re lack of education and stupidity

An absolute gem of a place. You walk into a charming bar with the vibe of a traditional pub with a modern buzz; then, walk into a stunning garden, and you want to come back again and again.

First time been there after Leeds vs Arsenal Under 23.Definitely we will go again.

Sadly never got the monster munch pizza nevertheless I will be returning soon to test it.Lovely horse show pub, with proper pub attire (fabric benches and carpet).Outside is great though a little covered for a summers day.

Fantastic pub which has stayed true to its roots. Been visiting for years and has not lost its traditional feel and atmosphere. The partnership with award winning Yard sale pizza is an added bonus, allowing you to order directly to your table, the Guinness is top notch!

Really nice cosy outside area and great Guinness. Bathroom was overflowing with piss so I do have to unfortunately dock one star.

This pub has tons of atmosphere and a beautiful outside space. Really enjoyed my visit on Friday night and will definitely visit again.

Such a beautiful space was not expecting it. Looking from the outside. They provide blankets in the evening I was there for a short time but definitely a place I would want to go again for a quiet drink.

Feels like an old school pub inside in a good way. Dark, cosy, and wooden. Has a cool beer garden with heated and covered booths. Reasonable range of beers and friendly staff. You can order Yard Sale pizza to the pub too!

Tip top boozer. Inside - classic old boozer style but with warm service and good drinks variety. Out back, lovely layout, room for sun but also cover in form of huts in case of rain. In middle of bustle Highbury strip. Great spot

A local favourite. Great beer garden for summer drinks and a cosy old boozer with a roaring fire for the winter. Brilliant Guinness with a range of changing guest beers on tap. Plus the option of yard sale pizza delivered straight to your seat? Yes please! A real gem.

A credit to the neighbourhood. There is always a good vibe with a good range of beer and spirits. The beer garden is top drawer with good social distancing. You can also order Yard Sale Pizza delivered straight to the garden. Nice!

Best pub in the area by miles. Good selection of craft beer, incredibly friendly staff, nice big garden, and you can have takeaway pizza or thai food delivered to your table.

From the doorman (Javan!To the servers (Gabriel- the Bank for Friendship has become my favorite local pub. The outdoor garden in the back obviously makes it special - especially with only outdoor spaces opening til May.Thanks guys for top notch service!

What a great name for a pub! This is a haven of peace and merriment that is much adored by its good humoured patrons. It is also a pub that treats its regular clientele very well, thanks to an excellent manager and friendly and professional staff. It now also features an outside garden that is even popular in winter!

Staff lovely, great outdoor space in the back for summer. For winter, it looks like an old man pub from the outside, it makes all its charm, its so cosy inside! Every visiting friends I brought there loved it (Extra feature: you can order your pizza from Yard Sale and be delivered in the pub :)

Great pub with a good selection on tap and a lovely beer garden (recently renovated). Shows the football, has a working fireplace thats on most winter nights, board games for those so inclined, you can order in pizza from Yard Sale down the street and genuinely friendly staff - a staple on Blackstock Road and a lovely place to while away an evening or weekend.

Amazing little pub with both indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor has a nice cosy feel and outdoor has a great atmosphere and well maintained garden. Always have collabs with local restaurants for some quality food + often have live music Plus the staff are super friendly! Love it!

Great neighbourhood pub. Solid selection of beer. Bought a pint of London Pride for £4.30. has a good size beer garden with heaters. Interior has dark wooden walls along with leather couches. 👍🏼

Drink prices are quite high in comparison with other places in the area but the selection of craft beer is higher than the rest, has a nice garden area and its quite cozy inside

I love this place its rough around the edges but is beautiful because of it. One of the only pubs not to be gentrified within the steam great selection of beers and wine and a lovely beer garden along with its own cat! The open mic night is a bit mixed heard some nice performers but there have also been some terrible ones too. My only issue is the bathroom this needs some attention to it especially the female one.

Pretty standard pub. Quite dark indoors, with a good beer garden around the back which has a good number of tables & seating. A little bit rough, but adds to the charm.A pint was under £4 so reasonable, and they had a good selection of different beers on tap.What youd call a local, youd only go if you were in the area.

Great pub not far from Emirates stadium. Service is friendly and does not take long to get served-b even on match days. Good selection of beers and nice beer garden around the back.

Friendly staff, excellent selection of beers including craft beer on on tap, good wines and you can order pizza in. Being close to the Arsenal ground its full of home fans on match day, but otherwise you can usually get a seat. They show all main football games on several screens, there are two roaring fires in winter, and a garden for summer and/or smokers. The place is owned by a cute tabby cat called Gertie.
