Safari & wildlife park with viewings of lions, tigers & other animals, plus bird & fish exhibits.
Good place with family & friends as picnic spot. Can see Tiger,Lion,Bears & etc in open space.Must try Safari bus.Early appointment is recommended.Road condition is not so good.
Most amazing place for visit and safari wildlife. educational place for children & student.
Nice Place For Spending Family Time. Should Increase The Types Of Animals. And Decrease The Amount Of Ticket Prices.
Bangabandhu Safari Park place is very big. It is also very beautiful. There are many things to see, there are many sectors, you will have a lot of fun if you visit each sector, of course you have to spend money for it. Because the sectors are not free. Your whole day will pass. A park worth visiting, you can go.
Amazing place. Full of natural beauty.
Alhamdulillah, it’s good to see that there is such a nice safari park in Bangladesh. The park is well maintained, organised and the staff are really good. We took a reversed bus to visit the safari park and enjoyed visiting the various zones reserved for different type of animals. There are guest houses inside the park and a dining room with modern bathroom fittings which can be used by the visitors if booking can be made in advance by the Govt. official.
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari Park is a safari park in Gazipur, Bangladesh. This safari park is spread over 3810 acres of Sal Forest which makes it one of the largest safari parks in the world and the largest in Asia. It was inaugurated on October 31, 2013. It is located about 40 km north of Bangladeshs capital city Dhaka near the Dhaka - Mymensingh Highway. The park is divided into 5 major sections. They are the Core Safari, Safari Kingdom, Biodiversity Park, Extensive Asian Safari Park and Bangabandhu Square.
Why 2 stars?- A 20 taka drink is 30 taka in there.- you have to pay to see literally everything. Why dont you just have a central counter and a single ticket instead of wasting everyones time? The place is beautiful but hasnt been well kept. Many of the previous statues are ruined. And its a vast area, so take a whole day to roam around and enjoy
Excellent place to enjoy a day with family... There are many types of animals, fishes, birds and plants...
Worst review from me!First of all, the bus service is just horrible! The ac inside doesnt work at all, you cannot breathe properly and keep the windows open and there are not enough space to sit(some seats are broken)Second of all, you will see nothing but tall trees, grass and bushes. You can barely see anything because of them.Third of all, you will see a few animals but no lion and tiger.Go and see for yourself if you dont trust me.
Fast of all Im saying Alhamdulillah. This is one of the biggest areas of natural park in Bangladesh. There are lots of animals & birds here.(Like: The Royal Bengal Tiger, Lion etc.)And also have impressive natural views. You can visit that all birds and animals from very near. Finally I want to say, You should never miss of visiting this awesome, marvelous place.
The surroundings are very open and beautiful places and the most important thing is that we got to see our national animal Royal Bengal Tiger with our own eyes.

For those who living in Dhaka or outside of Dhaka, for short yeah family trip this the best and safe place
Really it is a awesome park. I enjoy there very much with her. There are different kinds of enjoying features. 😍 😍 go and enjoy there. I wanna go safari park again.
This is my favorite place for the Forest. But, there website written 3000 animal,I think its wrong. But, overall good.Oh! Bagher Bazar to safari park road are broken.
Good place for day trip with family and friends
Great place. A bit crowed on weekend.Huge place, huge collection. Beautiful scenario. Safari park is very beautiful and zoo, aquarium, lake etc.Safari Park 3 bus is there. Usually there is a queue but if you want to eat honey from the bee hub you have to tolerate some bites. But the wait in the queue is totally worth it. Then zoo walk around the caged animals & birds. Then aquarium thousands of fishes. Lake fish & goose are very popular & beautiful.
This place is not that much bad but this place gives you hell of a adventures experience you can go there but you should pack some food with you because theres a problem in that section.
It was not that much attractive and organised. I visited this place as I didn’t. It was not that much amazing as I expected. It’s management is not that much aware about the tourists. I have seen every spot there was ticket system.....Though there was entry fee.......
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari Park is spread over 3810 acres (1542 haof Sal Forest which makes it one of the largest safari parks in the world and the largest in Asia.
Place is huge but neglect. Too much weeds every where. They do not take any care of the place. We can say they forcefully give you those ticket and animals are not in good condition.
I love this place,Nice,Natural environment.
Not much animal you can see.Everywhere you have to pay money to see the animal. Like 150 for 10-15 minutes bus ride, 70 for bird, 50 for fish etc. Only you can see the artificial animal with the main entry i.e. 50 tk.Car parking is 200 but there is no shade. The connecting road from Mymensingh Road(vobanipur bazar to Safari park was a disaster (under construction).Overall the area is too big. You can enjoy the greenery.
Its a best tourist place beside Dhaka city.Dhakas civilian should come here to visit this place. Its good for kids and elders also....
Not Too Bad, Not Too Good. I wanna give a 3.5 star rating out of 5. This place is good for a 1 time visit. But the bus fare is too much!!
Naturally good, but not enough bus for core safery. and many equipment & ride become out of order due to proper care. From dhaka mymensingh highway to safery park road is very bad. Food quality is not good & price is high.
As a renowned safari park of our country it has nothing for learn, for example the management is worst, Its not well organised. No one cant see the animal closely and most of the aniamal was hungry they don’t even have much animal. Entry fee is 50tk bus ride for 30 minutes is 150tk. 4kind of different museum ticket is another 50tk🤦♂️. Overall the experience was worst.
Very nice place to go on holidays with family ot friends. Specially kids will love this place. There are animals but they need to improve the quantity though. Some sights could be better.

Very nice place for hangout with family and kids. Connecting road condition is very bed. Authority should look into it.
Nature is good, none will disappoint by visiting there. Like every other good place, there is also bad stuff, the people who work in FD always want to hunt ordinary people or students who get panicked easily by someones false thread, for example, we met someone named #Bulbul who works at Forest Dept. tried to bully some of us and claimed the money excusing going file to report because wrong using the hanging bridge. Also, stuff in a bus which goes through the way of the lion & tiger zone behaves badly sometimes with tourists.Otherwise, nature and the environment are cool.
Bangabandhu Safari Park is not far from the Dhaka city and a great place for hanging out with family and friends in a day tour. Its divided into two parts, "Core Safari" part and "Museum and animal" part...It has Butterfly Park, Fancy Fish Show, Shark, Crocodiles and other animals like in a zoo.Entry fee and foods in the food courts are not too expensive.
It is a hidden gems. Need more attentions to maintain the park. No light at fish aquarium. No specific direction to watch wild lives. No guide for demonstration. Recommended to visit with family. Toilets available.
The main source of beauty is nature, and this famous safari park has been built with innumerable elements of nature (plants, animals and Birds). This park is most probably the largest safari park in Bangladesh among South Asia. In the core safari, you can see the gorgeous Royal Bengal Tiger, white lion and many other animals gazing free. In the birds zone, you can see macaw, peacock and other beautiful birds. You can also take macaw and other birds on your own hands. Its an amazing place for nature lovers and a great place to spend your holiday with your friends, family/kids.
One of the best place for kids and as well for the adults. Happy to see many upgradation is under construction. Special attraction was for me to see tiger and lion in a open space. Suggestions will be, if possible take food from home, keep enough water, don’t waste time in one place....
The Safari Kingdom is another interesting part of Bangabandhu Safari Park, Gazipur. Tourists may walk around here, as the animals are confined in small cages. The Safari Kingdom has created opportunities for tourists to entertain, learn and research about wildlife through the display of various wildlife juggling and plays. The Safari Kingdom covers an area of 575 acres. Near its entrance, you’ll find the Macaw Land. There are about 34 species of birds, including blue-golden macaws, green macaws, African gray parrots, pheasants, pelicans, and lutino ring-neck parrots. All of these have been brought from Africa. There are also Nature Observation Center, Giraffe Feeding Spot, Boating and Lake Zone, Crowned Pheasant Aviary, Kuvera Aviary, Crocodile Park, Orchid House, Butterfly Corner, Vulture, and Owl corner, Egg World, Turtle Breeding Center, Lamchita House, Elephant-Show Gallery, Peacock Open Land, Snake Park, Fancy Carp Garden, Fancy Dark Garden, Lizard Park, Food Court, Observation Tower, Reservoir, etc.Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari Park is open six days a week from 9 am to 5 pm, except Tuesdays. The park is closed every Tuesday. It demands a whole day to tour the whole park. So, it’s better if you leave early in the morning. Then you can comfortably walk around all day and enjoy all parts of the park. The ticket price for all adult Bangladeshis to enter Gazipur Safari Park is 50 taka. However, the ticket fee for children under 18 is 20 taka. For students it’s even less, they can enter the park by paying only 10 taka fee. And for foreign visitors, the entrance fee to Gazipur Safari Park is 5 dollars each. Also, there are special discounts on entrance fees for those coming on educational tours from different schools or Madrasas. If the group of students is 40-100 people, then the entrance fee for all is 400 taka. If the number of students is more than 100, the fee for them is 800 taka.If you want to take a ride in a jeep or minibus throughout the Core Safari park where animals roam in open, you’ve to pay a fee of 100 taka. However, for boys and girls under the age of 18 and for students, the entrance fee to the Core Safari Park is 50 taka per person. The jeep or minibus will turn around for 20 minutes. You’ll also need to buy a ticket to enter other areas of the park. It will cost around 200-300 taka to visit all the spots. There are also several spot viewing packages available. And it will cost 200 takas per person to travel 30 minutes with a paddleboat.Parking rent for each bus, coach, or truck at Bangabandhu Safari Park is 200 taka. However, for a microbus or minibus, the rent is 100 taka. And parking rent for jeeps, private cars, autorickshaws, and CNG is 60 taka.Get on a Bhaluka, Mymensing,h or Sreepur-bound bus from Mohakhali in Dhaka city. Get off the bus at Bagher Bazar in Gazipur. If you keep in mind the possible traffic jam, it will take about 2 hours. Getting off the bus at Bagher Bazaar, take a rickshaw or CNG autoricksha,w and reach straight to the park. It will take you only 20 minutes and the rent is 30-40 taka. However, if you take a rickshaw from here, it will cost you 50-70 taka to get to the park.

Safari park with wild animalBangladesh biggest wild forest with wild animals, where you can enjoy quality time with family as well introduce wild animals with your kids
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari Park is a great place to visit, until you actually go and take the ordeal. The truth hits your backside hard when you leave the highway to enter the narrow village road to the park. The gift of back pain from the broken road isnt reduced after you reach the facility. Its a huge area and theres no facility for the kids and or the elderly to move inside. They can arrange cart for the movement of people. The core safari in old local buses arent bad, if you can see all the animals. But most of the times you dont. Thats okay.Aviary is great, loved walking among those birds.Place is way costly compared to any other govt facilities in Bangladesh. Entry to the park is 50taka, entry to safari is 100taka and aviary is 50taka. Each facility you visit, youll have to pay separately and have to have small change with you. Otherwise its going to be another trouble.Overall seeing those tigers from the restaurant and the aviary has somewhat made the trip enjoyable.
You should not go to Gazipur Safari Park on holidays. It takes 9 hours to come & go . It was horrible. Also the road was pathetic & painful. But specially when u travel by bus inside the park it was amazing feelings & when i saw the zebra, gayal, lion & tiger in front of me it was amazing. Also it was fun to see the macaw face to face.

Its an amazing place for nature lovers and a great place to spend your holiday with your friends, family/kids. I suggest you to come here in the morning so you will have enough time to explore the whole area. You can take lunch at Tiger restaurant or Lion restaurant.
This is undoubtedly an extraordinary park. Its a beautiful park surrounded by trees. Different types of animals can be seen here. Its a great place for refreshments with nature. 🖤🌸
A very relaxing place to spend quality time with friends and families. Not only an ideal place to roam but also a place to learn more about wildlife and how human should co-exist with flora and fauna. Kids have a great scope to learn about nature and its other components and nurture their love for earth and its sustainability. A place like this is very significant for a populous country like Bangladesh where there is a breathing space along with chance of refreshing mind and physique. Highly recommended.
This is undoubtedly an extraordinary park...This is the famous park of Gazipur ... It is a beautiful park surrounded by trees...Different types of animals can be seen here...The environment inside the park is very beautiful...Its an eco-friendly park ...It is possible to feel when you go...Even if the park is temporarily closed due to the Corona epidemic, you can return when everything is fine...Its a great place to spend time with family, friends and young children...
