Stayed here for a 5 weeks and the building is lovely. Great views, big gym, nice common area, several dog parks and even a hiking area. The only negative is that its situated in an industrial area, so there isnt much to walk to thats nearby.

Amazing amenities: rooftop terrace with 360 views from the 20th floor, BBQ, game room, fully equipped gym, clubhouse, heated semi Olympic pool. Hidden from the hustle and bustle with a nice little forest on the back hill towards the river; pet park, water treatment plant and indoor parking. Right next to the Pan-American highway short drive to shopping malls 10min, the airport is 10 mins drive once you hit the highway. Downtown San Jose 15 mins drive. Unlike sabana towers where people had reported safety issues this development is surrounded by electric fence with a deep river canon on the back, and a secured entrance on the front. Great as an investment or to live. Professionally managed.

This is a pretty new condominium, small apartments, nice and great facilities into the building, nice pool and great for people that works close to the area in industrial parks like Ultrapark II, Ultrapark I, Metropolitana Park and other’s business center located in the area.

Precioso, especialmente en las alturas, lo alquile un tiempo y me a gustado mucho.El unico defecto es que es muy ventoso (windyy hay zonas que aun estan en construcción y no lucen tan bien.Pero aparte de eso, tiene un gym, piscina y muy buena vista
