Bamboo Jacks Restaurant in Avarua

Carpark available at the rear of the building. We had phoned earlier and made a booking. Bigger than I expected. Indoor seating (comprised of booths and big round tables for bigger groups). Also a second outdoor covered area that was set up but not in use at the time. Prompt customer service.Food was decent, my mum enjoyed her seafood dish. Loved the satay kebabs.

Great place for Asian style meals. Chef creates wonderful flavours in the meals. Popular dishes available and well presented. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. A favorite place for a meal in rarotonga.

The food was so good and our server was absolutely amazing! We ordered the parrot fish and split it, plus just about one of every drink on the menu and no complaints from anyone!

Lovely again, easy going good atmosphere

Food didnt arrive for an hour and a half, I asked the staff to check my order and she was like "yesyesyes" without letting me finish my sentence as if she really didnt want to hear it. Some tables already got their food even though they arrived after us. When the food did arrive, they got my order wrong and I had to wait another 10mins (so they couldve cooked my food in 10min instead of making me wait an 1.5hr?). It was not worth the wait because the crab was really soggy and not fresh and the pad thai tasted nothing like pad thai and it didnt taste good either. So overall, bad service + bad food + expensive prices = really didnt enjoy the experience and I would not come here again.

Staff are not friendly.Friend rice had some bugs in it

Loved Bamboo Jacks to tonight. Great service from the lovely ladies and the food was beyond our expectation. Will be back for sure.
