Too much wait for the waitress to take ma order, they should improve service, but in general its a nice place to go and have dinner or a drink.

It has been a couple of years since I have eaten here, as I dont get to Hyannis much. It is a bit pricier than your average Chinese food restaurant, mainly because the food and atmosphere are well above average. It is super classy, and CLEAN!I love their tofu dishes. I ordered the Bamboo Tofu, with mushrooms and asparagus, and it was delish. Sides of rice are extra, but they offer brown rice which is a plus for me.The server seemed new. She was not able to tell my friend much about the Pad Thai, and could not help me with the pronunciation of the tea, but she was very nice, and that made up for it. Plus our food came out very quickly.Wish they were closer to home.

Great food, but I miss there buffet!!!

Im not a fan of Pan Asian...BUT Cape Cod is a small market and BAMBOO gets it right! The Chinese, Japanese, Thai is spot on. Prices are on the high side but cuisine is top notch. Alcohol prices are too high, so have a pop before you get there. Still, I would highly recommend BAMBOO. All of your crew will be satisfied. Its worth a few extra bucks. Oh, and service was also excellent 👍

This resturant need to improve customer service! Like serously! They are so rude. No greating or anything. If you plan to celebrate any occassion or dont want to ruin your day. Dont eat there.

While this has been a favorite place for my family to go to eat, the last 2 times including tonight for our anniversary dinner, the service has not been the greatest. Our waiter tonight made us feel rushed to eat and felt like we needed to get in and eat and be out in a hurry. Not how we like to do things. Please find some people with a little more customer service and friendliness to wait tables.

Took my Korean parents here as were vacationing nearby. Very delicious. Great, clean ambiance. Highly recommend.

I changed my star rating from 2 stars to five, because no one would see my review. ( Thank you Google for prioritizing good reviews instead of current ones). Food is more of a upscale Asian cuisine and the price is reflected as such. Now the down side if you happen to go there and they try and seat you near the two large tables to the right of the bar refuse to be seated there. We went for a nice birthday dinner and was drowned out by the obnoxious group that was at one of the large tables. We ended up moving to another table and after we moved three other tables requested to be moved. Once we moved dinner was okay. On the way out we spoke with management and the reply was that this group was known to them and it only occurred infrequently. Okay if they believe they can survive on becoming a loud bar, good for them. There are plenty of reputable places to dine in Hyannis and we will go to them over Bambo.

Good food, good service for dinner. But with more than an hour left until closing time, staff began moving tables next to us and vacuuming and mopping the floor. This went on for a long time. We felt as though we were were being asked to finish up and leave. Then, a few minutes later, as we walked to our car, we heard another man who was leaving loudly declare to his companion, "Its just inappropriate for a restaurant to clean like that while there are still customers eating!" So . . .

Just expected more. The pad Thai was bland with burnt egg. The chicken rice soup was chicken broth with 2 pieces of chicken. No rice with any of the meals. We got take out, but no utensils. With so many other options in the area, highly doubt we will be back.

Delicious food and atmosphere. Best Asian food since we arrived in the US form UK four years ago. 😋 we will be going back.

Taste of food and selection was very good. First time I’ve ever been to a Chinese restaurant where you paid for white rice. That was always included in every meal. Also they don’t offer cups of soup just pints and quarts and they are not cheap either.

Very extensive menu with Chinese and Japanese offerings. The staff is friendly and attentive. Drinks and wine list are good and will find something you will like.

Nice decor. Authentic Chinese food - they even had scallion pancakes w/ beef 😋. Great sushi rolls. Reasonably priced. Great alternative if you want something thats not a lobster roll or fried seafood on Cape Cod.

Small portioned foods. Food was bland. The drinks were strong. The service could be better as they did not come to ask if we needed anything. The waitress definitely needs to be attentive.

Our server, Jane, was very friendly. She was handling about 6 tables. She did very well. Took our drink order quickly. And returned for our dinner order in an acceptable time. Also she packaged our leftovers very nicely. I found it to be very clean and welcoming to eat there.

For Chinese food, this place has outdone many others. Clean environment and great food. Drinks are good and prices are a bit on the higher side, but you get what you pay for.I usually take friends who come visit to the restaurant if we feel like sushi and Chinese. Definitely worth a visit if you are around the area.

Website says open till 9:45. Call to place takeout order at 9:08 and kitchen is only open till 9:15 they say. Won’t take an order.

Only had traditional Chinese apps, but they were good except for the spring rolls. I need to stop in and try the sushi.

Great atmosphere and chinese food. The staff was very attentive and paid attention to details to ensure we got exactly what we wanted.highly recommend, just what this area needed! Be sure to try the chicken and lettuce leaf.We love their chicken sizzling soup for two and the Peking Raviolis for appetizers. We find everything so yummy!

Wonderful, clean facility, amazing food served family style, and friendly staff — this is a great place to enjoy good food & company! The only thing that could’ve been better is that they had literally the same song (a jazz rendition of “The Greatest Love of All”playing the whole time we were there.

Very good! I’m not usually a fan of Americanized Chinese food, but holy shmacaroo! This place is absolutely amazing. Me and my family went to this place on a vacation to cape cod. I would highly recommend coming in with a couple other people, and sharing a couple dishes. Having a mix of Rice lo mein and chicken allows you to see the range of culinary excellence. My personal favorite has to be the lemon chicken. Unlike other restaurants, the chicken isn’t completely drowned by excess breading. Sauce was lovely, overall, great restaurant.

After striking out at three different places in West Yarmouth who were either packed or closing, we stumbled our way up Rt 28 to Hyannis, Bamboo appeared through the foggy evening sky, so we pulled in not knowing what to expect, we were seated immediately, our waitress was very busy but still managed to be very attentive, and the food was absolutely fantastic from soup to dessert, my friend ordered something that contained three different seafoods, tender chicken and sauteed vegetables, I ordered the Maki combo, hit and sour soup, and a lemoncello desert, we both left full and happy! Well be back this coming weekend, and were bringing our entire Crew from the Cape Cod Pirate Festival, prepare to be boarded!! 😊♥️👍

Delicious fare and friendly service in a beautiful setting!

This restaurant is super racist. We ordered at 9 and our waitress told us to order everything now cause they were closing the kitchen in 10 minutes but they don’t close until 10:45. Additionally, the waitress was ridiculously rude to us and when we didn’t like one of the plates the manager was also disrespectful to us mad that we had never tried the food before and ordered it. We sat down before everyone else in the room but everyone got their entire meals before we finally had everything on our table. The service wasterrible they do not respect black people at this restaurant and they treat you like they want you to leave the moment you walk in. The restaurant used to be a nice place you could go to but the new staffing is actually racist. Never coming back and would never recommend!!

The miso soup was TERRIBLE, it tasted like dish water. The server was sneezing on the food when she was carrying food to tables. The server was rude and rushed our meal, they put pressure to kick us out of the restaurant.

Superb food at a great price the sushi is beyond any thing I have had before very pure and simple yet mind blowing. The hot and sour soup Id what keeps me going back on cold nights for pick up. Fiona! What a wonderful waitress she is! She made our experience memorable. The food was very fresh and I loved the shrimp in rice paper, they were delish! Everything was super good. Their sushi bar is the best! I will be going back there! Everyone had a great time!

Had dinner here Sunday night. Food is always fresh and Teddy the Bartender is attentive and friendly. Even though it was busy and he was the only one on the bar, he managed to be cordial and get our drinks and dinners in a timely manner. Always enjoy this restaurant.

I’m Chinese, and out of all the Asian and Sushi restaurants I’ve been this is by far one of the best! The environment and staff are nice, and the food arrangement is very professional. Sushi is very fresh!

Bamboo is a beautiful place. Very nice experience. Staff was very attentive. There is plenty of seating and a full bar. The food is great and presentation very nice. Sushi is great quality and delicious. If you like Sake they have plenty to choose from. If you are in or near Hyannis on Cape Cod, then treat yourself to a great experience here. We will go here again!!!

Decor is great. Foods are great too.The fried green bean is very tasty. But the sushi sashimi boat for two doesn’t even include rice, so we had to pay $7 for two small bowl of rice.Service is inconsistent since the waitress missed our hot tea orders while busy complaining the previous customer didn’t give her decent tips!

Delicious! Prices are very reasonable, quality of the fish is awesome, and the variety cant be beat. Cocktail menu is also impressive, with well mixed drinks. Our waiter, Jason, also was able to give me three special japanese fish to fry(sashimithat didnt have english names, and one of them was INCREDIBLE. Melt-in-your-mouth.You wont regret dining here.

A fabulous and hot and delicious buffet lunch from Bamboo in Hyannis. Fresh egg roll, sesame seed balls, General Tos Chicken with Crab Rangoon. Wow. If you are a sushi snob who wants the best and freshest product and prefers to sit at the sushi bar, this is gourmet paradise. Prices are reasonable and service is attentive and friendly. Not a pompous and arrogant place like other sushi restaurants on the Cape that way-overcharge for tiny portions. The Kobi Beef Maki special was out of this world. Interior decor fits the traditional Asian theme and is designed with class. Best place for quality sushi on Cape Cod.
