Bambino Espresso in Mount Isa

Trendy spot in town with a polished concrete floor. Lots of room. Coffee excellent and plenty of tasty menu choices.

The Crispy chicken vegan burger is by far the best Ive had in QLD. Highly recommend.

This place is lacking friendliness coffee is average i think a smile goes a long way to interpretation of a place ...other wise its a good place to meet up with friends..

Warm, friendly environment and staff. Prices were very reasonable.

Ive been a frequent at Bambinos for a few years. The place is clean and makes resonable coffee for miles around town. Sandwidches and wraps are freshly made. Can be a bit crowded and weekend is takeaway only. Likely due to staff shortages, but this is a common phenomenon in the outback these days.Thanks and well done, Bambino!

Best coffee in Mount Isa, without a doubt. We have experienced 2 other cafes. This is a standout for great coffee & breakfast.

Ordered the chicken burger and it was gross, worst burger ever. Not sure the chicken was real. To top it all off we told to leave before finishing our meals by a sassy waitress. Never again.

Cafe is only operating as a takeaway now because they wanna serve everyone equally (vaccinated and unvaccinated). How about offering the takeaway option for the unvaxxed and letting vaxxed customers dine in?

So disappointed, Id plan to go with my family for breakfast on Saturday only to find out that there is now only a take away option. Going to give this place a big PASS. Looks like its breakfast at the Buffs from now on, glad they came to their senses. Talk about cutting your nose off despite your face. Choices have consequences -$$$$$

Awesome Cafe. Got the best big breakfast Ive ever had...literally lasted me all day as I took what I couldnt eat for dinner. Only negative was dirty tables, apart from that, I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Really really nice coffee. Staff very friendly and happy to have a chat whilst getting orders ready. Nice Cafe to sit and eat or chat with friends over good coffee.

We are in Mount Isa for a week and today is my birthday so we ventured out to Bambino. We weren’t disappointed it was fantastic coffee and we both had Eggs Benedict it was scrumptious. Recommend this cafe

Great atmosphere, with lots of space and tables. A few people with laptops out.Great food options, catering for various dietary requirements (gluten free needed for us!), and they do it well. The GF breaky burger still came with a GF bun, not just a dodgy bread replacement.Quality coffee.

Went there on arrival at Mt Isa and the Coffee was awesome. Went back the next morning and very happy again. Opens at 6am. Very busy with locals which is a good sign. Not much to look at inside but who cares when you get people making great coffee. Smooth and full bodied. Staff were also great. Its definitely the best option in Mt Isa. Went to Bambinos for a catch up with a friend.Enjoyed my coffee and Walnut Banana Bread.Coffee shop was kept quite busy all morning.Very pleasant atmosphere.Enjoyed.. will definitely go back!

I was there this morning. Waited 20.mins for a coffee. The coffee was good. After 45 I asked where my breakfast was. They forgot to make it. Got a refund. Not great for 1st time visitor. Wen up the street to Coffee Club sorted in 15 mins. Shame really wanted to try it there.

Best Cafe in Mt Isa!!! Beautifully presented interior - modern, cool and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, they all keep busy - the place was spotless and organised. Modern ordering system.Ordered 2 big breakfasts with green goodness and a long black. Coffee was excellent. Green goodness had a a great mix of flavours, well balanced and healthy. Changes to menu items were not a problem for the staff. Big breakfast was excellent. Everything on the plate was hot, perfectly cooked, fresh and delicious.Type of place id expect in Sydney or Melbourne. Hidden gem. Will be back tomorrow.

Nice looking, spacious place. Friendly staff. Coffee waa good, but too much choc on the cappuccino, almost tasted like a mocha. Chicken avo toastie tasted weird. Cant tell if it was off or it just had an odd flavour, but we didnt eat it. Bacon and egg benny toasted sandwich was good

Visitor to mt Isa. Shop fit out modern. Food good. 2 stars due to being very noisy and music more suited to dance party not morning coffee .

Had the french toast which was amazing! Coffee came out pretty much as soon as we sat down and food closely followed. Great friendly staff and the shop has such a nice new layout.

Went for lunch to see their renovated space( which is awesome BTWthey were under the pump and it was very busy but they still delivered top notch food with outstanding customer service and minimal wait time!

Every time I come here it is absolutely amazing. The food and drinks are made to perfection 👌 The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is like no other. I love coming here.

Food is fantastic, drinks are fantastic! Just ordered a hot chocolate and it was perfect. Paige is an awesome worker, she served me and did a fantastic Job. Bambino’s is #1 in Mount Isa 10/10

Whilst travelling through we called in for ground coffee beans and although it’s not what they usually do they we really obliging and ground a bag for us!! So friendly and helpful to “out of towners” the Coffee was amazing too

Love this place. There are a couple if things to eat if youre plant-based. The shakshuka is pretty good (although the tomatoes used arent the bestand the vego burger is pretty good for something heavier. Be nice to see a few more plant-based options rotate through the menu though. The coffee here is great, and the atmosphere is lovely.

Great place for coffee or breakfast. Little noisy if you dont like crowds. Needs more space. Staff are professional and friendly. Food and coffee is absolutely delicious. Food and coffee comes fairly quickly.

Great place in main area of Mount Isa. Great service and great food and coffee. Has heaps of Gluten Free, LF and V options. Highly recommend.

Every time I go here I tell myself it will be better this time. Sorry guys but it’s not great and far from it. Asked for a takeaway coffee with two staff behind the counter at 4pm....so not a busy period.....and the only order in front of me was two coffees. Not only did my coffee arrive 20mins later but it tasted very bad!!!!!!!!!!!!! Burn the coffee much guys! Maybe having school kids behind the counter isn’t too much of a good idea. Although I managed to learn that she will be buying those shorts online this week.
