Stayed a few nights the staff are wonderful and cheerful the rooms good size and clean and anything you need the staff take care of it straight away great outdoor eating area that also caters to large groups if staying I left there knowing where to stay if ever passing through again great choice the staff Kate and Sharon are lovely people

Amazing service with excellent staff. Sharen that works there is awesome and one of the nicest people I have ever met.

Ive stayed there twice for work so far and so have a few other co workers.Only complaint is the lack of microwaves in the rooms, but theres a microwave in the common/restaurant area. Otherwise its a great place to stay and its not far from the main shopping area.

We stayed 4 nights not once was our roomed serviced, had to ask for clean towels empty our own bins, and if you get back late no room to park your car only on the main road out the front, the staff was friendly, would be ok for a 1 night stay, early check in to make sure you have a park for your car and early departure

Good hotel and fixtures I would stay again.

I didnt personally stay here, but I picked up some friends. It seems like a decent place to stay. The room my friends were staying in were decently sized, but there were a few of things here or there. Not sure about pricing either.

Called at 3:45pm on the day of our arrival to advise we were caught in traffic and arrived 2 1/2 hrs later than expected. We were hot & tired, only to be told our room hadnt been cleaned. Not impressed, when we did get in, no milk and awful smell in the bathroom.

I can say I enjoyed my stay very much. All staff very helpful and the meals were very nice. I would not say it is 5 star but it suited me. If you are thinking of joining the tour it is well worth the money the bus driver is great and knows all about where he took us. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Great place to stay

In the laundry room the dryer doesnt really work. It takes your $5 coins makes noise and spins, but even on the hottest setting it does not dry clothes. It is a waste of time and money. And they dont have a recycle bin. Everything just goes in the trash. For $85 a night, I think guests deserve better than that.

Dont waste your money. There is better near by for little extra and is 100% better.Room we were given was nothing like 1 we booked and were explained. No toaster or microwave. Kettle was so dirty you have to boil it few times in hopes to clean.Bed was very uncomfortable and they put thin crappy sheet over 2 single beds. We never fell through gap.Also mould all over roof so if you even mildly react do not go.

A busy, usually reasonably booked, moderately priced motor inn accommodation. Although, reception service can be patchy, to hard to get on arrival later in the day. The room I was allocated, a Family Room, lacked a basic toaster, and microwave oven, featured in most similar motels I have stayed in over the years. A little poor by some basic expectations. Probably will not stay here again.

Stayed her for two nights, I would not recommend this place and believe that the health commission is not doing its job by allowing it to trade.Wires hanging from power points, dead bugs on the filthy floor, the furniture I am sure was purchased from a garage sale out of 1970.The beds were not firm to hard as per hotel motel specifications and intact any softer I would of fallen through, ho early if this is the only place with a room keep driving or stay in your car

Clean and courteous staff. We were stuck without a room during Bluesfest weekend and got lucky to find a room anywhere. Kay was very accommodating and even changwd our rooms when the air conditioning in the initial room didnt function properly.

You get what you pay for, normally, we paid too much.

Clean, tidy small motel. Everything worked well, good hot water and easy check in and check out. Tv and wifi worked well although access to wifi was a little difficult. Double bed was two singles pushed together but was decently comfortable. Cheap and easy motel to stay at, I’d recommend for those staying for a short time. Visit was 3 nights.

Desaster!!! The air conditioning doesnt work, even though we talked to the reception several times. Would never recommend this motel. Worst one in Australia.

A hostel in the middle of the Indian jungles is a 5star hotel in comparison. I wish I could give negative 5 stars as a strong warning to all never to stay here. The receptionist we spoke to had an awful attitude; when asking for the wifi password, it took us 2 hours from the time of checkin before she correctly and willingly pointed us in the right direction! Room was as filthy as the receptionists attitude! It was smelly, dusty and full of bed bugs! After this experience, there isnt enough money in the world that you could give me to stay here again.

Dont expect too much.

It is nice place to stay. Quiet and not far from all beaches around the area. As it is maybe not frequent inn , it is not possible to reach somebody feom staff. Maybe it was only coincidence but we tried twice without success. But on the other hand they manage for us really late check in what i am so grateful for that and they did it with the smile. Room was nice and clean when we arrived and there were everything from their description from website. So if youbdont know where to sleep in ballina or byron bay this is good choice.

My father and I were staying there for a night. We requested a two bed room but instead we received a small room with one bed, no kitchen appliances, a broken light, and an unclean bathroom. Not to mention The WiFi didnt even work. That night while we slept on the most uncomfortable bed ever, the vending machine outside our room was smashed and broken into, and wasnt even cleaned up. Definitely never staying here again.

I have traveled from the Hunter Valley and it was 11pm, this is the only motel that will do 24hr check in. The outside look great an clean. Checking in was very easy and quick as its a touch screen on wall, that was fine but I wanted to know wifi information. I looked all around and tried to ring manager or anyone, from phone at front office an my room which was located in the enclosed restaurant. It took me 15mins to find my autistic son started stressing. In our room there was no folder with information about motel and needing help or anything. Our cups were brown inside so I had to wash them, room real dusty and to top it off there are no towels, face washers, bath mat. I thought checking in at 11pm and we will be gone before 9am we would get some kind of discount but no we had to pay $100 and we wont be able to use the hot water to shower cause we have nothing to dry ourselves with. We will not be returning or recommending this motel.
