Excellent location and ambience. Staff were very courteous and professional in recommending the drinks in english.

Very good service, fast and friendly, even the restaurant full packed. Food were fantastic and tasty. Will comeback again surely. Recommended!!!

This branch is outside of the city centre so you might not get wait staff who speak english but there is english in the menus and staff are very friendly. Its very nice sitting in the biergarten and having a meal and a drink.

We visited the Brauhaus on Saturday once again. It was good as always. Great beer, especially beer of the month and good food what want you more. We will come back soon.

A great cozy place housed in an amazingly beautiful building. The staff is incredibly friendly and helps you with advice. The food was incredible and so was the beer - would most definitely recommend and will be back.

We were here by bicycle in the "biergarten". Food was tasty, solid portions. Nice service. Very good beer. Affordable prices. Very pleasant garden with a fantastic view for the river. For me 5 stars and must come back :)

I visited this celebrated local restaurant alone. Started with a large apfelschorle.The daily soup I had today was mushroom cream soup, which was a bit too salty, but the texture was perfect.Pork knuckle I had was a small one, enough for a big eater like me. Very German style, crispy skin and tender meat inside. But some parts of the knuckle were too well-done.I finished the meal with Saxonian pancake with apple sauce and ice cream. It was such a delight and healthy-ish dish. No serious complaint on the meal.Just an advice for the restaurant, if you take tourist groups, please have a place for tourist buses. And btw, its summer, and theres no A/C in the restaurant......I mean...its a beautiful restaurant, but still can partially be modernized 😆

Great atmosphere and beer for a Brauhaus, very spacious restaurant area and staff was accommodating. However the food didn’t taste good. The Wiener Schnitzel didn’t resemble nor taste like it is meant to and the fish was soggy for some reason.I’d go there for beer / drinks again but unfortunately not the food.

Temple of beer & pork. Absolutely must visit if you are willing to try authentic Saxon quisine and ceafted beer. Dont bother if youre lookin for sophisticated and exlusive reataurant. Simple German food, simple menu, simple traditional dishes mainly from pork. Sometimes to salty and fatty for regular consumer. But after large beer as a starter ;)...

Good beer and interesting tour through the brewery. However, the food was terrible. Both me and a friend stood up all night due to stomach cramps. Also, the vegetarian options are a joke.

Really awesome view of the old city from here. Their saxony specials are on point - I was a big fan of the hearty pork neck and gravy meal. The beer is crisp and definitely crafted specially to be drunk in this beer garden.

The view is very nice. The hand crafted beer and the food are delicious. However the some of the service personnel is not to friendly and even a bit rude. This is my experience from some visits over the last 3 years.

The best Beer in Dresden. Dont leave Dresden without tasting the "Altpieschener". Besides the tasty beer its also a nice place to eat some good German food with large portions. And the view to the Altstadt is awesome

Could have the best biergarten view in dresden.food is standard german pub fair. Prices are lower than Waldschlossen and in my opinion the food is better.fills up fast on a nice day
