Perfect brunch spot…only bagels but lot of variaty. You can even choose your bagel bread type and you also have vegan options!

Came here with our three kids. Had five bagels and everyone enjoyed theirs greatly. I had the New York, other had bacon and egg versions, my wife had the chickpea spread bagel. All were fantastic. Cant beat the price!

I used to be a regular customer of theirs since moving to Szczecin. I would order bagels about once or twice a month, especially when I had friends over, telling them that they must absolutely try this place. Each time, I would order 3 bagels (one for myself, another for my friend and one for later).Their bagels are pricy yet good enough to justify the price (I am Norwegian so I can better afford it than most of the locals). Hence why I was a regular customer. Due to the prices, I considered ordering bagles more like a treat.Another drawback beside the price was their waiting time. You would have to wait over 1 hour and up towards 1.5 hours for your order to be delivered to your home. However, this was something I could deal with as I would just make sure to place my order way in advance to accommodate for this disadvantage.What made me severe all ties with this institution was the fact that they cancelled my order and never returned me my money which was a substantial sum in the amount of 18 euros for 3 bagels (I already mentioned that they are pricy).When placing my order, I had accidentally omitted the number of my flat (they did have my apartment number and email address to contact me). So when I called them after passed 2 hours (because it is not uncommon to have to wait this long), they just informed me – angrily – that the order had been cancelled.When a company unilaterally decides to cancel your order, it is established practice that they also return the money to the customer (or at least part of it to cover some expenses such as delivery etc.since they also keep the product. At least that is how it works in the rest of the world.Because otherwise, I would have gladly paid a surcharge for a new delivery or even headed down to the shop myself to pick up my order. However, they did not offer such an option or any alternative ones for that matter, instead just rudely cancelling my order (they need to work a little on their customer service). That is why I laid this case to rest on a hungry stomach.However, when I realised that the money had not been returned to my account, I called them again later and they told me that they would keep it. I tried to explain to them that cancelling an order implies at least a partial refund, but they would have none of it.Since I had paid for the order and they were in possession of it, it is their duty to propose various options on how to solve this simple mishap. They had the opportunity to do so, but chose instead to cancel my order. Omitting a detail from the address is not that uncommon when ordering online and there are multiple ways in which to deal with such situations.Despite repeated attempts, I never received my 18 euros back. I am very disappointed by their lack of professionalism, rudeness and, not least, day-time robbery.

Waited 40 minutes for a bagel (20 min. announcedto take away. Had to leave, because I cant wait a whole afternoon for a bagel.

The food is excellent and the staff working here are great. They are really patient and gives great recommendations also very attentive to ur needs. I had the ave cezar bagle with mulled orange juice and a swirly. The food was out of the world... 😍😍😍😍

The bagels themselves were excellent (I can really recommend the Cziken with double sauce). They came with really good portions and were clearly made with love!However it was the service that really set this place apart. A special thank you to our waitress Lydia who was a genuinely lovely person from start to finish and made the experience really enjoyable.Well definitely be visiting again! ❤️

Very delicious bagels. We tried seasonal ones with green asparagus and rosemary butter. Flavors on point. They make their own flavored ice tea, which was delivious, but it would be nice to see some kombucha on the drinks menu. Overall very happy with the experience. Highly recommend.

The best bagels in Szczecin. I can definitely recommend the one with cheese omelette. Super tasty and it basically solves the problem of what do you want to eat for the rest of the day, because you dont need to anymore 😀

If there is a place Have to visit to sit and eat.....it s Bajgle Króla Jana. Rynek Sienny is such amzing place but full of chinesse or thai food.....and we were missing proper coffee and something small to eat for good money. BAJGLE KROLA JANA is in every modern bedecker and I thought...omg, dont go there....it s too famous....But I change my mind immediately.....U MUST GO THERE. SUCH A TASTY BAGELS AND NON-CONFORM PLACE. WE DID LOVE OT.

I thought that I’ll just have a bagel in a cosy restaurant, but the experience I got was out of this world, starting from the taste of a bagel ending on service. Everything was perfect.

I loved my bagel from here Im in New Yorker but Poland is actually the home of bagels.

The best bagels outside of USA! Large variety of freshly baked bagels which are served in many different ways. I enjoyed mine with eggs, bacon and tomato for breakfast but there are also choices suitable for lunch. I want to try Reuben next. The restaurant is nice and cozy, and the staff extremely nice!

Among, and maybe, the best bagel I have had. Prices are good value and the staff is friendly, English ordering and menus are no issue.

Some of the best bagels! The place is smaller than I thought it would be, but worth a visit! They have some really fresh and delicious bagels. Not a huge selection, but a very good selection. Staff there was very nice, and very easy going. It is worth a stop for a quick bite, or lunch. Go for it!

This is really a unique place: a perfect stop for breakfast, lunch, or dinner (of course, if eating bagels for dinner is OK with you.)The bagels are exactly as you would find in New York or elsewhere in the United States, which is rare because... bagels are nearly impossible to find in Poland.But it doesnt stop there - the selection is large and very diverse. You will have a hard time finding bagels like these even in the most trendy cafes in the West.Best of all, they are very knowledgeable on their products, and have options for vegans/vegetarians. And not some crappy salad as most restaurants leave for people who dont eat meat, but wonderful bagels full of fresh greens and cheeses. Yum!The service is very nice and best described as "chill." While in literally every other restaurant in Poland you will be treated formally, here you are refreshingly welcomed with a "Cześć" (not the "Dzień dobry" honorific, like you would hear from your grandmother.Also a perfect spot if you are hungry, because you get your meal quick.The drink options will also surprise you, with fresh juices and lemonades that are perfect on a warm summer day.Highly recommend!

The waitress was friendly and spoke perfect English. The bagels very very good and came quickly. It is a quiet café in a nice area. I would gladly come back here again.

One of the best bagel bakeries I have ever seen. Extremely delicious and big bagels with fresh ingredients in the Old Town of Szczecin :I recommend the bagel "Gaja" - it is with different kinds of lettuce, a marvelous flavour with nuts sauce ;)

I do not recommend to any one, waited 45 minutes to find out our order was forgotten about. Customers that came in after received their bagels before us.

I lived in Szczecin for 5 months and I went there only once. The breakfast was fine, but I order long coffee and they served me short coffee at big mug... I can´t get it. The bagels were nothing special. It definitely don´t worth the price.

Atrocious place. Absurdly expansive for what it is. Unpleasant service too. I took the biggest 16zlt bagle and recieved the "thing" in the picture below...

I tend to be a bit of a bagel snob, but was positively surprised at the quality and variety of bagels here. Great for a breakfast, or really any other time of the day, this cozy and bright shop made me come back for more on my short visit to Szczecin.

My boyfriend ordered bajgel w white cheese, sundried tomato and salami and he was very pleased. Very modern guys working there, nice atmoshpere, we need more of this in szcz!

The most amazing bagels Ive had in Europe. Ive enjoyed some bagels in Praha, but never tasted anything like a True New York bagel in Europe until I visited this place.
