Beautiful gardens and amazing history of the Bahai. If you have to choose between this one and Haifa, choose Haifa though.
This is truly a remarkable place. Being here fills my heart with joy.
Large part of the gardens was closed. Still a tranquil place... Lovely...
Must to go when you are in this area.
An oasis of tranquility in a turbulent world. Beautifully laid out gardens with brilliant floral displays.

Delightful, very spiritual and beautiful gardens .
One of the most beautiful parks in Israel.
The most beautiful place I have ever been to. The beauty is beyond imagination.
One of my most high privilege that I have had to visit the holy land .A lifetime experience.
Wow. So beautiful
Peaceful and nice place. Can be easily added on your way when traveling Akko as a small stop for short walk.
beautiful, peaceful - I would say worth to visit if you are visiting Acre or on your way to Rosh a-Nikra, etc.
A very nice small beautiful garden. If possible, try to fet the tour for More information and access to a regularly closed areas. Times and details are available on the site (i am not detailing here because things are changing due to covid-19).Notice that there is a dress code as it is considered a holy site.
Beautiful and well maintained gardens. Enterance is free. Plenty of parking.Good for a nice short stroll.
Amazing, beautiful garden. Some of the most interesting places in the country and as much a must visit location as the old city of Acre.
Beautiful gardens. Walk around the garden completely free. It is hot in the summer so be sure you bring your own water. There are clean bathrooms and tons of TRAINS. They let you climb on a ton if the trains. Excellent for kids of all ages, fun adults too!
Its a beautiful place but I wanted to explore more but they dont want you to ,looks mysterious to me .But entry is free and guard was really sweet.
The Bahá’í Gardens in ‘Akko is a magnificent site, and highly recommended for everyone who wants to experience a bit of the serenity that this site inspire. The beauty of the manicured gardens expands the heart and creates a big sympathy for the people who created this lovely site. The gardens form a wide circle surrounding the historic mansion where Bahá’u’lláh, the Prophet-Founder of the Bahá’í Faith, resided during the final years of his life. His remains are laid in the shrine at the center of the site. The site is open from 09:00 to 16:00, seven days a week (except of Bahá’í holy days and Yom Kippur), but for getting the best experience, it is highly recommended to visit on Friday/ Saturday/ Sunday or Monday, between 09:00 and 12:00 because it is the only time that you would be able to enter into the inner garden and the shrine.
The most sacred place for the Bahai religion. Enjoy the well maintained gardens, the colorful flora and the silence of this hand made nature. Dont miss the visit in the shrine of Bahaullah, accompanied by the informative Bahai guides.
Beautiful gardens. If you can get into the actual shrine and burial place of the founder of the Bahai faith, it adds a new dimension to the visit.
A beautiful place. To enter the temple compound you need to get there before 12:00.
So serene and paceful. Beautiful gardens, weve been walking for hours just enjoying the view
Beautiful gardens in Akko, free to walk around. Not as grand or nice as the ones in Haifa though.
Not much to see. We queued for more than 30 mins and spent less than 5 mins inside. Frpm a tourist ooint of view, Wlthis is waste of time if you ask me. Bahai Gardens in Haifa is waaaaay better. I recommend you go check that out than spending time here.
Nice quiet place. The museum of Bahai is closed for the tourists but open on Sundays only for Bahai friends.
Amazing gardens. Dont come on Thursday when part of it is closed.More amazing are the Bahai Gradens in Haifa. If you have time visit both. Take your time to be amazed by these world famous gardens that are kept in immaculate condition.
Very beautiful garden. But it was closed for visiting inside... We were allowed only to walk around.
Its a peaceful place with incomparable beauty. Would recommend!!
The most magnificent. A true example of unity of mankind. A place to see and contemplate on.
The point of adoration for Bahais around the world.
Nice and peaceful place.
Such a beautiful palace
The most beautiful place. Looks like Heaven. Incredible peacefully garden with Bahay grade in the center.
Wonderful, most peaceful place on earth
Best place on planet Earth, as a Bahai its a privilege to work these Gardens
Nice place to visit. Beautiful gardens, very esthetically.
Amazing gardens and temple in the middle of nowhere. Try not to visit on a hot day.
A site for contemplation, prayer and meditation. For the Bahais is the most sacred place on Earth since its the resting place of Baháulláh.
The place where Bahais can renew suceptibilities to our creators immense love
Absolutely fantastic! If you are looking for a spiritual place where to reconnect with yourself and either meditate or pray, this is the place for you. A wonderful garden where good and positive vibes are present. You can also enter the shrine of the Bab and Abdul-Baha.
Most beautiful garden in the world. Bahai from all over the world come to visit this place. Most sacred place. Bahaullahs shrine is just near, in the centre of this huge and magnificent garden. This area is collectively known as Bahji. Seeing is believing, hard to find words for the beauty of this place.
Peaceful and meditative. Former residence and now Shrine of Bahaullah The most significant and influential prophet of bahai faith. Entrance is free. Its possible to take picture everywhere except the shrine.
The visit inside the temple is interesting (but short). Other than that, If youve been to the Bahai Gardens in Haifa, youd probably find this place less attractive. I liked it here though Id been to the gardens in Haifa.
Clean and well taken care of but super boring and not so special. Doesnt worth the drive...
