Its actually one of the worst burgers Ive had in my life. The meat of the burger was like the ones in Macdonalds, the cuttlery was wooden so when I was trying to eat it was very hard. No napkins on the table. They had a bottle of ketchup, but it was brown in color and very liquid. I cant believe this place has such a high rating

We had a very nice time after playing on the beach, and then eat here with a excellent taste! I like the sauce, and price is good 👍

Very nice burgers with vegetarian and vegan options.A local friend recommended this place and it didnt disappoint. For around 12 euros you get a burger with fried and a soft drink. They have vegan burger options and also salads, but what won me over was the option to have a beyond meat patty for any regular burger. Theres a nice terrace outside and they have free ketchup and hot sauce bottles available.

It’s not a bad burger but it just qualifies some pre requisites to be a burger. This is my 3rd time trying in a different location in Barcelona other than pl catalunya but haven’t had a great experience. Would recommend if you want something that’s open anytime, but over all it wasn’t a tasty burger

Bacoa never disappoints! I went back after 12 years and the taste is still the same: super yummy!They’ve opened up new shops and this one is just next to Barcelona’s beach. The service is fast and efficient. Forget about MacDonald, get some real bbqed burgers!

Used to be one of the best burgers around but last two times I ate there I felt sick afterwards. Clearly the quality has dipped so it’s best to avoid it

Great place for every taste! Went there with my family, we had 3 different burguers. I tasted the Gran Vegano, which is now on my top 5 vegetarian burguers in Barcelona.The sweet potatoes are incredible, Ive only tasted such good sweet potatoes in Portugal.The service was also amazing, very friendly and english speaking. Finally, the carrot cake was a delight! 🍉😊

Best burger in Barcelona. Juicy beef and realy fresh. I had the Manchego wich is with cheese and caramelised onions, delicious!!! The outside terrace with seaview is fantastic and wonderful to sit and enjoy the hustle and bustle of Barceloneta.

Nice shop right on the Barceloneta Beach which makes it easy to walk up and order lunch when visiting the beach. There is also a seating area if you dont want to take it back to your parasol and chairs on the beach. The Tafatura (spelling?and the Classic Chicken Salad were both pretty good. Be advised, you cant get eggs on any burger that is take away which I was a little bummed about. Overall, great place to eat though and the service was nice and quick

This place was a big let down food wise. Atmosphere and service wise they got an extra star. Granted, they are a burger place and we did not eat burgers. We had the nachos, which were really (weirdlysweet rather than savory as you would expect. We also had the crispy chicken bowl. The chicken was over cooked and offered a few random slices of lettuce underneath it. I don’t intend to eat here again. Overpriced. But if you are in a rush, try their burgers rather than what we ate. The people eating burgers seem happier than us.

Ordered on Glovo and I find it “cheap” not being able to fill a potatoe box….

Tasty burgers (I had the vegan chickpea oneand relatively speedy service. Only not giving 5 as my chips were a bit overdone and it wasnt the best veggie burger Id had but was perfectly nice!

Nice burgers but ours were VERY pink on the inside. Friends had takeaway from here later in the week and theirs were fine so probably a one off.

Cheaseleader was one of the best burgers Ive tried, top 3 for sure. It was so good, I had to come back the next day for another one :DSalads and other burgers are great as well, and the staff was really friendly.Note: food is so good that pigeons may try to steal it if you sit outside

Stopped here for quick bite after walking around the beach and we were not disappointed! I had a vegan Beyond Meat burger (its not really on the menu but they do offer it- very tasty and filling, it was huge. They have a big variety of burgers so I definitely recommend

We had nice burgers here, wirh a nice sea view! The ingredients were good, and the burgers tasty. If you dont like blood make sure to specify well done when ordering, as we saw other tables leaving the meat because of that. Missing a star because the feeling of hecticness (was a busy hourwas passed down to us, and that we had to take care ourselves to ask them to do the meat well. Otherwise service was quick, we found free tables and food was good!

Came here at 1pm. There was plenty of room to choose from inside and outside.If you do want to sit outside you have to order first, but then they will bring the food to you (it made little sense).The burgers are made pretty fast and are good, they come with a side of potatoes (highlight of the meal for me), and they are served with homemade ketchup in a small cup.Overall had a good experience, but dont know how it would have being at peak hours.Great to have a little rest from walking and enjoy some burgers.

Tasty burger like every spot of Bacoa in Barcelona.My favorite are La Bacoa and other with an Gorgonzola cheese, just forgot the name of it.

This restaurant is located on the very busy beach of Barcelona. We ordered hamburgers and potatoes, the food quality was normal. The interesting point here was that after ordering the food, they wrote a code on your receipt, which was the lock code of the entrance door of the bathroom !!

I ordered the Especial de verano Burger. At the same around 7 people ordered burgers. (I was aloneAfter 15min the burgers for everyone already arrived.I noticed at first that my sweet potatoes were nearly cold and complained. Afterwards I noticed that the burger was also just warm and getting cold. The chicken tasted/felt like it was just heated up. The burger tasted also rather boring. When the hot sweet potatoes arrived it was has been already some minutes and didnt want to complain about the burger.Now two days later I was by coincidence in a location of them in the city and tried the Suiza Burger. It was really perfect.Either I had bad luck or the quality at this location is way lower. Cant recommend it.

Super average. The appearance looks really appetising but the bread was dry and bland, even the meat is bland, homemade mustard and caramelised onion etc also bland. Great sweet potato fries. Not the cheapest but a big portion size. Staff friendliness and organisation leave a lot to be desired. Wouldn’t return or recommend as there’s many other good burger places.

Great place to eat at the terrace right at the beach. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Waiter offered us meal of the day. For 10€ you get burger, french fries and drink. Delicious juicy burgers and there are even some great variants for vegetarians 🥑 Quality Homemade french fries.Highly recommended.

I really like the place and Im a usual customer but come on, there are 2 waiters and 1 person at the cashier and 1 cook. The waiters are running non stop and are really attentive but I fell sorry for them! The terrace is full for quite a while and you can see they are drowning in work, por guys!

Great place to eat if youre down by the beach. You fill out an order form (available in different languages, so it helpfully highlighted that we were English!Friendly and welcoming staff, food didnt take long to be served. I had a chicken, bacon and avocado burger and it was the best chicken burger Ive ever had. Chicken was tender and tasty, fries were delicious and fresh, and all their plastic is biodegradable. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Good burger for the area, but definitely not among the best ones in Barcelona. Used to be, but the competition has set the bar quite high. On the plus side, the service is nice and quick and the smoked tomato sauce is delicious.

The best burger I’ve ever had and trust me, I’ve had loads of burgers. It was very nice and had so much flavor. The burger it self was so delicious and not dry at all. The bun is amazing too. I didn’t like their patatas bravas to be honest. You can make your own burger and it’s not expensive at all. Around €7-10 for a burger.

Nice system to build your own burger menu. You have a piece of paper with all possible ingredients, sauces, drinks and side dishes and you can tick off what youd want in you burger. You give it the cashier, then you pay and your meal will be served at the table.We really enjoyed it. Also you can eat outside with a nice view to the beach.

They have vegan options too. Very few restaurants are providing this service. Staff is very friendly and menu selection was best part over here. You have to take menu paper and tick your selection using pencil so that no confusion with order. lovely taste. Near to bacelona beach and chill place. Perfect for couple or group. This is the absolute best Burger i have ever had. It is like a revelation of flavours and textures, everything is so well seasoned, with only the best fresh ingredients. The buns are so soft and do not overwhelm the taste of the patty, they are gently toasted on the grill, so they are not greasy and saggy, the meat is just like a piece of heaven and the sauces are perfectly complimenting the Burger. Do visit Bacoa, it is the best Burger in Spain, if not more.

Definitely one of the best tasting burgers ever! Top 5! Had the Bacoa burger with bacon! Huge! Delicious! So tasty! Amazing! All organic beef burgers!!! The bun is good too! There is even a vegan burger! We came twice after a day at the beach! They give you a paper, you check it off, and you go inside to order and pay. The second time I made my own burger. Fries are good and salty. We sat on the patio. Great location, beachfront. Staff were nice. Price is fair about 7-9 euros for just the burger.

Perfect Place for perfect Burgers! Not only that they have the most delish burgers, the price is reasonable and the view outside is directly by the sea. They have their own system of ordering your burgers by getting yourself a check list and check the burger and toppings you want. Very easy and you can see what extras and so on they have. You order and pay first and they bring the food. I loved the concept, the burgers and the place.

One of the nicest burgers I’ve tried in Spain. We have had them in Barcelona and in Valencia and would recommend them to anyone looking for a tasty meal.Nice sauces to accompany the chips, a nice bbq and a nice hot sauce.Quite a reasonable price too. I’ll be back once more before leaving Spain!Must check it out if your a burgerholic!!

One of the best burgers I ate so far, beef is perfectly seasoned and grilled, freshly baked bread, perfectly caramelized onions and heavenly black truffle mayo!I went for the classic burger and added my toppings.

Burgers are really good.Their philosophy is that everything is handmade: they peel the potatoes and fry them, they make the buns. I think thats why their burgers taste so good and fresh: theyre made with care.

Their way to order is innovative in Spain, but easy and clear.Had my burger at the beach and really enjoyed it.One suggestion: Please change the picture on the bags and local menu board, it really doesn’t tell how good your burgers are.

Best burger bar in Barcelona.Fantastic quality food, a wide range of choices available, and some great sides and drinks to go with it.The burgers are just fantastic; the steak is high quality and cooked by chefs who know beef; medium rare, as it should be (this is their default - you can choose it cooked to your style).Personal favourites are the "Manchego" and "Suiza" (picturedwith a brioche bun - doesnt need any extras!Bacoa have a few locations around BCN; I first visited in Barceloneta - its great to have a beer and a Bacoa burger on the beach during a Barcelona summer evening, I can tell you!

Beautiful Burgers, very friendly staff, speaking both Spanish and English. There is a fun ordering process, where you can fully customise your burger and add different toppings or sides. I will definitely be returning next time I’m back.

Very disappointing! We went tothe Bacoa Burger restaurant today.Nov.07.2017( Carrer Judici, 15,08003 Barcelonaon our Anniversary.We read good reviews about it. The place itself was really nicely decorated but the food was really bad. We ordered a chicken ( pollo)and a beef (clasica)burger with a side of home made fries (Bravas)They made the burgers medium with pink center unless ordered differently. My husband asked for his to be cooked well done .When the food came out the burger was bleeding onto the bun and plate. He sent it back requesting ones again for it to be cooked well done . When they brought it back out it was disgustingly charred black and was on the same bloody bun.The chicken sandwich was the only edible part of our meal . The "home made fresh fries" were extremely overcooked, dry and inedible . I am almost sure that they were leftovers from the night before , they had definitely been fried at least 2 times . There was almost no potatoes left inside . We were really disappointed with the whole experience .We wouldnt recommend this place even if the food had been free and not €20 we wasted for 2 burgers and an order of leftover fries .
