Nice green area in the middle of the ex working class area of Zürich.There is a nice coffee bar but I would train the personnel on how to make a cappuccino without soap-like bubbles! (I can help if needed 😉)

Nice little island of friendly people in the heart of Zurich

Though the park is good, many bagger looking people are also sitting around the park.

Great place for a nice summer afternoon. Maybe a coffee in the several coffee shops around or just a dip in the fountains for children

Very beautiful Park, easy People.

If u’re missing the real SF City vibe this is a great place to go on a Sunday. Tons of diverse people having drinks, many of them look like peaceful homeless :-)Skateboards are rolling on Sunday and there is a cafe on site.

Charming park, with a nice water feature, and plenty of nice eateries around.Dog friendly, and great for families with small kids.Better to avoid at night, as its a popular hangout spot for junkies.

Great playground and water area for kids. Also good place to have some lunch.

I love it here. Small playground for the kids. Easy with some very special people . However its close to home and I feel comfortable going there with my kids.

Chill park for the summer mini BBQ. Little skate park next to it and some good places to grab a drink or coffee around.

Middle of town and great place to walk around and have some rest :)

This is a nice park over lunch. Lots of people enjoy the grass. There are places for kids to play. Transients hang around the edges of the park, but stay out of the way.

It is a nice green spot in the middle of kreis 4, city center. People like to sit in the sun, even sunbathe. There is a cafe just on the edge of the park if one feels like an afternoon apple pie or a coffee. The cakes and coffee are decent. There is plenty of space to sit !

Nice park. Good place to relax and enjoy a good moment. When the weather is sunny, the spot is tremendous.

Nice in the summer for picnics and activities with friends :But not always recommended for families.

Big park, another place for all generations and includes a water splashing place for child in summer. There is also a wagon with addition toys on certain Wednesday afternoons. There are several workshops for children in the building. Certain rooms be rented out at a reasonable price. The back street has been closed to traffic and modeled for Skateboarders and those looking to get some scars ;-)

Nice park in the middle of the city. The ambiance is okA lot of policemen constantly driving through the park. On the one hand its good because they make sure that everything is ok, on the other hand its pretty annoying to hear them so often

This is an average park by other parks I have seen. The standard is very low has a lot of drug addicts here during early part of the day. Also, there is strong smell of urine all over. Would not recommend it. There are other better parks here.

Serene place in Centre of City,

Great park with playground & nice small restaurant. There is a water pond that kids can bathe and cool down. Favorite spot to go with my child in the neighborhood.

Lovely park for a summer picnic or yoga. Has a nice cafe inside so great even if you didn’t take your own food

Nothing outstanding about this park, there is no baby swing and there are only 2 swings for children and 1 small slide. Of couse there is a water fountain and a climbing net, but nothing that cant be found somewhere else. There were a lot of homeless people sleeping on the grass today and saw the police waking them up to ask them to leave.

On wednesdays there is Forró (Brazilian music and dancingin the community center, from 9pm - 12pm. Good atmosphere.

We visited the Backeranlage to be part of the Baby concert. It is a great idea and the place is convenient and we could have fun. :)

Lovely place. Due to the restaurants panoramic windows its possible to see kids playing on the swings etc, whilst eating lovely cakes and tea.

I get my wishes there, and I spent the best time over there with the funniest mood. I can say this area is the beautifully on that region.

Nice small park surrended by Zurichs vibrant 4th district with a café supplying you with all you may need in this place. (Not onlyin summer time multiculturally populated with picknickers and urban outdoor actives.

Such a nice park in the middle of the party/redlight district. Very child- and familyfriendly environment. A nice kiosque with some tasty dishes, drinks, beers and cake.

OK playground with big 3D climbing net. Good selection of snacks and drinks in restaurant.Due to its proximity to the red light district the park attracts a mixed crowd of druggies and jobless, but also young urban families.

Large sunny park in the middle of Zurich. Easy access via tram. Plenty of kid friendly features - climbing pyramid, swings, wading pool. Skating features next to high school. Three cafes adjacent.

Great little green space in Zurichs crazy 8004. This park is full of families n kids to drunks n druggies... People from every corner of the globe!
