We are staying with you for a week and your restaurant food has blown us away, the presentation, the professionalism of the staff, the beautiful flavours and the stunning smiles from the girl at the entrance to every single one of the other staff. We will be back all the way from Oxford, UK just because of your amazing staff and service 💚

Stockfish mini raviolis were excellent - one of my traveling companions said it was best Italian seafood hed ever had- and the green salad was delicious. Lovely wait staff too.

Ottima esperienza in questo ristorante poco fuori dal centro in Olbia. Personale molto gentile e sorridente. Ampia scelta sia di piatti nel menù, con opzioni sia di terra che di mare e anche vegetariane, ma anche nella carta dei vini. Quantità giusta di contenuto nel piatto e possibilità di scegliere il pane. Consigliato il tortino al cioccolato come dolce finale!!!! Ottima qualità prezzo (antipasto, primo e dolce più mezza bottiglia di vino 60€)

Cena perfetta inaspettata! Piatti prelibati della tradizione ma rivisitati in chiave moderna...davvero eccezionali! Tonno crudo e rosticciana imperdibili. First of all, there is nothing to say about the food. It was well seasoned, tasty, temperatures of the dishes were on point and the prices are ok for the place.However you expect from this kind of restaurant to provide a meticulous service : They were slow in taking our drinks orders ; we had to ask fort it !Then we receive our firsts courses before our drinks, and after around 3 minutes we asked for our drinks (I want to point that no one was worried that we were eating our first course without any drinks at all, it would be nice like any other restaurant to have the time to enjoy our drinks, cocktails, before the food)Then the service was very fast, we receive the 2nd course right after the first one. And no one was checking up on us to ask whether everything was fine or not, we also ask for the bread.You might think that all this things are details but it hindered us to fully enjoy our dinner because we constantly cut our discussions to talk about those details.Details makes perfection or at least above the average.

Ci siamo tornati per il secondo anno ed è sempre una conferma. Ottimo cibo, professionalità e splendida location. Unico aspetto "negativo" è il caldo durante la cena, si consiglia installazione di pale a soffitto. Per il resto TOP

Appena fuori dallaeroporto, sulle strade a scorrimento veloce, si trova questo ristorante senza personalità, caro, privo di capo e coda. Panini surgelati, pesce e carni morte, personale distratto...filetto che non si taglia, patatine surgelate, cuore di cioccolato preparato. Musiche e armosfera vecchia. Se potessi darei 0

Cibo ottimo con abbinamenti particolari ma azzeccatissimi, servizio eccellente e prezzi giusti per il tipo di ristorante. Ho passato unottima serata, complimenti!

Amazing food and good service

Su ubicación podría parecer inadecuada pues está a poca distancia del aeropuerto pero realmente tiene un menú increíble ! Un menú muy estructurado con ingredientes y preparaciones sardas, exquisitas ! La arquitectura y decoración del lugar es muy agradable y la atención de su staff es especial sobre todo la de Angelo ! Estuvimos para el almuerzo el 3 de julio.

Amazing food and service!

Fantastic option close to the airport. Kitchen open till 10.30, beautiful setting by the pool, friendly staff and awesome pasta.

Bien mais rien dexceptionnel. Pate a la truffe sans truffe mais les pâtes étaient bonne. Pas de petite dégustation offerte comme dans les autres restaurants de ce type. Accueil à revoir aussi. Je préfère de loin le Dulchimente.

We had a fantastic experience at Bacchus. The tasting menu was fresh, delicious, and very reasonably priced. Our friends had the filet and it was incredible. The service was also spectacular.

Average food quality, super slow service and quite far from main places in Olbia

Piatti davvero interessanti e ben fatti. Tutto davvero buono a prezzi non così alti. Ci tornerò nel prossimo soggiorno ad Olbia!!

Atmosfera rilassante, cibo squisito che delizia vista e palato, porzioni equilibrate, prezzo più che buono.Oltre ad essere andati via a pancia piena avendo soddisfatto a pieno il gusto (piatti deliziosi, con sapori freschi, particolari, abbinamenti non scontati, prodotti di qualità e ben trattati dalla cucina!una nota di merito va anche al servizio, i camerieri così calmi e gentili da sentirsi coccolati, sempre attenti alle necessità del cliente, impeccabili!Se dovessi trovare un difetto? I clienti! Non tutti sanno essere rispettosi verso chi sta lavorando, ma nonostante ciò il personale non ha sbagliato un colpo! Complimenti!

Ottima cena che coniuga la tradizione e gli ingredienti tipici della Sardegna, con una mano originale e innovativa. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il rombo impanato nel pane carasau. Servizio attento e disponibile, nonostante il nostro aereo arrivasse in tarda serata, ci hanno fatto la cortesia dì attenerci. È stato inoltre piacevole conoscere lo chef che è uscito per un saluto finale. Consigliato!

Al bacchus i piatti risultano essere ben elaborati, il servizio è molto attento ma il menù degustazione non mi ha convinto del tutto, parlando dellaccostamento dei gusti, ma questa è una valutazione di tipo Personale. La scelta di servire i 2 primi e i 2 secondi contemporaneamente, non è stata di mio gradimento, però devo dire che limpegno dello chef e della sua brigata si apprezza e si percepisce in ogni portata.Personale di sala professionale e cortese.Cmq è un OTTIMO ristorante!

Un restaurant excellent. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés .L’accueil est parfait. L ambiance est saine .Nous avons adoré nos deux plats ainsi que le désert.

Dopo aver prenotato attirati dalle recensioni positive e dalle immagini di piatti molto curati, abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione. Piatti ben curati e volti alla ricerca di qualcosa di innovativo nellaspetto. Purtroppo il buon sapore e limpiattamento ricercato sono stati rovinati dalla scelta di servire i 2 primi e i 2 secondi contemporaneamente. Questa scelta, già discutibile per questioni di gusto, ha fatto sì che 2/3 pietanze venissero consumate fredde (complice anche la dimensione ridotta dei piatti). Capisco la scelta di voler proporre tanti assaggi, ma avrei quantomeno separato il servizio del primo dal secondo. Limpressione complessiva è che il servizio non sia allaltezza della ricercatezza dei piatti proposti.

Das Bacchus ist genau am Flughafen Olbie. Zum Glück haben sie die Aussicht zum Flughafen gut kaschiert ;). Das Essen sieht optisch sehr gut aus, jedoch ist der Geschmack selbst nicht überzeugend. Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht zusammen. Man sollte fairerweise den guten Service erwähnen. Kann man einmal machen, muss aber wirklich nicht sein. Ps: nicht von den Bildern täuschen lassen

Well mannered staff and a beautiful location, the food is excellently crafted, and if you wish to appreciate some good avant guard gourmet dishes this is the place for you. The place is not cheap but you pay what you get in return.Advised for younger and older couples for a romantic dinner, we, will definitely be back!

(The owners response only further confirms my review, as I had escalated this to both waiters serving our section.An extremely overrated experience. The restaurants reinterpretation of Sardinian specialties is an insult to the islands cuisine, from the bland, overcooked culurgiones to the tough, flavorless polpo. The service was full of mistakes, including how nobody came to refill our water, the constant reaching across the table, and the seizing of plates before we were ready (we never even got to order a main course). I just dont see how this place "earned" its Michelin recognition.EDIT in response to the managemnet: I did leave feedback with the waitstaff - with two separate individuals. We did not eat everything on our plates. I was not given an opportunity to speak to anyone else in the restaurant other than the waiters after I flagged the problems. I dont appreciate this duplicitous response to my review; if anything, it just confirms the issues I am calling out with respect to Bacchus.

Ho potuto conoscere questo meraviglioso ristorante grazie al pacchetto mezza pensione del JazzHotel, di cui fa parte! È un ristorante aperto anche agli esterni e non solo agli ospiti dellhotel! È davvero raffinato e curato in ogni dettaglio, le pietanze sono davvero di alta cucina e le porzioni non sono affatto ridotte! Ho assaggiato sia piatti a base di carne che a base di pesce ed erano ottimi, i dessert poi originali e deliziosi! In ultimo ma non per importanza, lo staff è eccellente, gentili, disponibili, sempre sorridenti, veramente complimenti a Fabio, Fabio e Paolo! Davvero consigliato!!

Cena di ferragosto, alcuni piatti promossi, alcuni meno. Molti errori commessi dal personale non sono accettabili. Servizio lentissimo. Hanno sbagliato anche a farci il conto con 2 piatti in più sul conto. Non ci tornerei volentieri perché il conto era anche alto a mio parere per il servizio offerto. Bocciato

Ferragosto evening with style and great quality. Really recommended

It’s below average. Not sure how this place even got a Michelin look-in. A confused menu. Lamb, duck and beef are indistinguishable.

Started with a tasteful antipasti. Got worse by getting unclean wine glasses, and waiting for almost 1h for the next course. When we got the main course, it was no longer warm and didnt taste good anymore.In total we were disappointed when thinking about how the restaurant is presenting itself and the price range that didnt match what we got served.

Ristorante tipico a due passi dallaeroporto di Olbia, quindi veramente comodo, ma soprattutto un luogo curato in ogni aspetto. Dalla sala alla veranda fino ad arrivare ai piatti che sono veramente deliziosi e sfiziosi.Davvero complimenti.Una stella extra per il personale cordiale e disponibile, attentissimo a tutte le esigenze del cliente.

A small dining room inside the Jazz Hotel, one km from the airport. We were a party of nine and everyone enjoyed their meal selections. Sardinia wines are featured.

Pretty decent food, we had a set menu which was reasonable priced too.

Disgusted by this restaurant, my wife and I got all dressed up and and went down to this restaurant at 7.30 pm to be told that we would have to wait until 9.30pm to be seated.I looked around the restaurant and there were about 50 tables free.Really angry about this so my wife said we should room service instead but looking at the prices made my blood boil and Id rather starve than give them my money.Will never use again !

I had the lamb ragu pasta and the cockerel dishes, and they were all amazing! I have not had better chicken in years. Perfect service, and beautiful venues. Recommended!

Excellent restaurant and excellent food!!! We stayed at the Jazz hotel and enjoy their restaurant. Full option vegetarian, such a nice variety of food and wine!! We loved it !!! Try the seard red tuna main meal and the spinash pie!!! Fantastic;))we will defintely return their !!!
