BURCHE in Bonney Lake

My family and I really do enjoy Burche. I have eaten from there at LEAST 20 times. I do enjoy the burger of the month, my favorite monthly burger was the M80 during July, I no joke got it 4 different times. My only 2 complaints would have to be the prices, I’ve seen them raised recently and I know this is probably the same for lots of places. My other complaint is about the cook of the burgers, every time me, or my husband has gotten a burger from Burche they have always been cooked well done, even after telling them, we would like burgers on the more medium rare to medium side. I have brought up this complaint multiple times with the staff, and there’s always some excuse, like “chef is worried you won’t like how pink it is”, I like my burgers pink but thank you. Like I said, I have NEVER gotten a burger that had any pink in it here. That would be my only real complaint, on a lighter note, I love the jalapeño poppers, the fried pickles, the mac & cheese, the spicy cauliflower, and the ghost burger.

I had high hopes. I’ll certainly try again. The food was pretty good, the sauce on the burger was alittle spicy for my tastes, but food quality was very good. I was there at 3:30 pm and there seemed to be turmoil at the front end. Only a couple other people there at the time and took about 5 minutes to be greeted and the server was alittle short, but I just played patient and polite. The food came quick, beverages were alittle slow, but the place got really busy at 4. Like a bell went off and everyone showed up. The kitchen did great, and once the support staff arrived they jumped in and all smoothed out pretty quickly. I’m gonna chalk this one up to my timing and will try again. Food was good, my advice to management, make sure to tell people about the burger sauce. It was almost too much.

Had dinner tonight there. I have been in before and it’s always awesome food and service. Tonight my burger tasted terrible tried to explain to our waiter but he insisted it was me and there was nothing wrong with it. Came back later told me if I didn’t like to say something early so it could be remade. I didn’t want a new one why would I want to wait 25 minutes and watch others eat at our table. He was very unprofessional and should probably think about other work. Also tater totes were sent instead of fries he brought fries then jerked the totes right off the table. We won’t be back for a while.

I was highly disappointed. My 3rd time there the first two were exceptional, always spending $100 or more on our bill. However last night was not rewarding.1. I asked for a non alcoholic drink. The waitress fumbled several times saying “I can’t order that I don’t have it on my keypad” I’m like maybe order it and tell the bartender not to put alcohol in it. She finally found the words to explain it would cost the same with or w/o alcohol.2. We asked for a knife & fork to cut our appetizer. She said “we ran out of silverware I can only bring you plastic”. What the heck it’s a full blown restaurant that requires reservations two days in advance. My reservation was at 7p and they close at 9.3. I went to pay for the bill, it was about $150 with tip. I gave her $200 in cash. “ I’m sorry we cannot break the 2 $100 bills”. So she is telling me a restaurant that is packed full until closing didn’t have enough cash to return $50 in change. I find it hard to believe other guest do not leave cash tips anymore.I don’t blame the waitress entirely, this is on management for not being prepared.My $100 per meal will be going elsewhere. The food was good but it takes a package deal to enjoy the night.

At first glance it looked promising but a couple details such as the burger patty being a frozen Angus patty that tasted like dog food being the most disappointing and the bbq burger had a very small amount of fried onions made me think I shouldve just got a pub burger from Wendys also they didnt have bacon as an option just pork belly that I didnt mind but at least give me an option for smoked bacon. The staff was nice though.

Food is always good and flawless, which they rotated the beers a bit more but the ones they have arent bad at all.

Visited twice after hiking (burgers just needed after cardios). Each time Im satisfied with their fries, and choices of the dipping sauce. Good burger place and the service is good. Fried chicken is my go-to. I like their big or bigger portion when they feel like it. Keep up the good work.

Looking for a place to eat after hiking, an burgers were sounding good!! weer always like to try new places an this was an awesomepick!! I got the BBQ burger an added bacon. Everything was delicious, on a side note.. the bacon was not just thin little pieces of bacon.. they were nice thick cut. Done just enough to be crispy, but still juicy!! The fries were good, they make their own fry sauce if your into a spicier sauce. Its not hot, just has a lil heat. Definitely worth checking out if your in the mood for a burger!!

To me its a top 5 burger joint. Its my first time there due to being in the area.I recommend giving it a go if you love burgers....

Read good reviews and was really excited to try this place! Unfortunately our experience wasn’t the greatest. At $18.95 for a burger and fries we expected better. Asked for burgers medium rare but they were very well done which made them dry and flavorless. Hubby was starving so he ate his - I gave up after about 2 bites. Told waitress that it was very over cooked and was given a 25% discount on a meal I had barely touched. And, we waited quite a while for food to arrive when there were very few other customers there. Obviously very disappointed. 🫤

Never made it past the rude guy at the register. I waited to be noticed while he was busy counting the till so I asked if I seat myself. He then snapped at me saying “No that’s why I said we’ll be with you in a moment.” I left after waiting a few more minutes and told myself no food is worth this. It was 1pm on a Monday afternoon.

Food was amazing. My sons burger was great. Mac n cheese was smaller than expected but tasted amazing. Unfortunately we waited about an hour for our food. Server was sweet, but didnt check on us or let us know of delay. We had a kiddo who was very hungry and she said she would try to get his sliders out asap, we ordered chicken nuggets. As a former restaurant mgr, the kitchen was either slammed and failing or she didnt put our order in correctly. Either was mistakes happen. My question is where was the manager. When there is a problem with time, food or service a manager should at least make an approach to the customer. I give the food 5 stars. The server 4 for trying, but the restaurant a 3 because it falls back to management and training. A free piece of cake was provided for the delay, which was nice but most likely wont be back.

This place never disappoints. Jalapeno burger was flavored perfectly and not spicy. I dont mind spicy, would have been fine if it was. Between the pepper and cheese inside, it was a masterpiece. We tried the spicy cauliflower and it comes with a cheese dip, paired perfectly together. And I love fries with a little skin, made perfect here!

Very nice server. Amazing food! Upgrade of side order was unexpectedly big portion. The waffle chicken was crispy and amazing. The American poutine was very good!! I enjoyed the deep fried cheese curds and jam dipping sauce as it was a game changer of a taste. 😍😍

Amazing burger place wiry great food. Also a few new things so kept it interesting. Tatum was an amazing server/hostess with a great attitude an service. Other hostess slash baristas might want to try smiling more or a more approachable demeanor. Overall great place to eat!!

Update: visited again on Sept 13 2022- Audrey was so very kind and helpful. Ordered to-go and everything was made perfectly. Thank you again to the great team at Burche! And Especially Audrey who went above and beyond to make my night better.Wonderful food, staff kind and easy to work with. Store clean and presentable. Food delicious with every bite. Thank you for another wonderful meal. Well worth the reasonable wait.

Food was great and cooked to perfection. Im giving 4 stars because of the server, she didnt seem very well trained. I asked for a salad and she didnt bring before the food or even asked if I wanted before or with my food when ready. Also, she didnt provide a knife with the burger, other than that I loved the food and the place and will probably go back again.

First time eating here. Loved the food and the amount of cheese we got! Very filling.

Burger was frigidly cold. Seems like it was frozen and then not heated up all of the way. Burger patty also had a weird taste and texture: oddly salted and chewy. Tots were good (tasty and fried correctlyand onion rings were great (seemed beer-battered and were also fried correctly). Mac and cheese was fine: a velveta-like texture that was disappointing given it came from a restaurant. Won’t have again.

The food is good. However, for the 3rd time in a row. We have had to wait 45 minutes for our food.Fried mushrooms are out.Signature cocktails are out.Several other customers have asked to be seated at open booths and the waiters are refusing them.Priority of staff is on to go orders that are being picked up for delivery.Wanted this place to be great. Won’t be returning.

So disappointed in their management. We are frequent customers of this location and recently my husband purchased a growler to bring home. He set it on its side so it wouldn’t tip over while driving and didn’t know the lid was not actually on the growler. Got home and the entire thing had spilled into our car. The smell is horrible. Reached out to management to make them aware and hoped for at least an apology for the situation but heard nothing back. Disappointing that they do not care enough to make the situation right.

Delicious food, prompt service, and a nice kids menu! We enjoyed watching the WNBA as we ate.Our favorites: the MMM burger and the deep fried cheese curds. Yum! The Egg burger was tasty, but hard to eat because it was so big. The kids liked their Mac only okay; both said it was a little “spicy” (which that could mean literally anything, so take it fwiw).All in all, the adults really enjoyed it, and the kids liked their appetizer pretzels & other sides enough that we’ll definitely be back.

Hands down, probably one of the best burger places I visited.Everything there between food quality and customer service was exceptional. Thanks to Erica and the rest of the staff 😊

Went for our grandsons birthday. Loved it! I ordered the triple M. Mushrooms, muenster and mayo. Sounds simple but the flavor was amazing. Best tots around. Plus had a surprise landing by 2 hot air balloons.

I typically have a rule when it comes to burgers. I gotta be able to hold it, and bite into it. This place is the exception. Ordered at the bar, Izzy Burger with Truffle Fries and an Old Fashioned to drink. The bartender was prompt with the service, and served the best cocktail I’ve had in a long time. These burgers are worth the money they charge for them. It’s not an overrated burger joint. It’s a burger restaurant, that takes pride in their craftsmanship, and never delivers a ridiculous sloppy mess.

All of our food was great. Good selection of items to choose from. Had one of their signature drinks and it was excellent. Our waitress, Tatum, was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

First time here, I can definitely say it’s better than Stack 571 and Hops n Drops due to the better service, seating chart, and overall variety on the menu. Love the iced tea and beverages in the mason jars. Will definitely come back and try other things on the menu.

I ordered my sandwich with sauce on the side and it came with it on it. I wasnt able to ask to have it fixed due to it being so busy the lady never came back to our table. She was alone and I felt bad but it would have been nice to have it removed from the bill when we explained to her we ordered it different and as it wasnt eaten. Hopefully they get some help.

Ok to pay $47 for 2 burgers but only if a good experience. We had a Very very bad experience today, way to long to seat us even though 3 tables full is all. I Ordered basic bacon cheeseburger, there was no cheese waitress noticed and took back. Took forever to return, tots are cold now. Forgot coworkers ice tea. Coworker had a long hair in bite of his burger. He has super short hair. Appetites are totally lost now.This place has potential of amazing food. We left wont be back or recomend.

I recently tried this place out with some friends. First of all, the waitress was friendly and attentive, the food was awesome… we tried the cheese curds for an app, had a wonderful cocktail, my burger was cooked to perfection and the tots were perfectly crispy!! So you may be wondering why only 3 stars then… well when I got the bill at the end, I had been charged $3 for a “beef to chicken substitute” AND $1 “cheddar to spicy jack” cheese substitute. I feel that $4 of “substitute charges”should have been disclosed prior to receiving the bill! It felt like a disingenuous “gotcha” at the end of an otherwise great first experience!!

Nice staff, good food presentation, however the burger was cooked very dry so the only "slightly pink" you would see in this one would be the sunburn you got waiting. This is important to note as that made the burger experience wholly dependant on the sweet tasting sauce blowing out the pork belly and patty, making it a dipping sauce burger rather than the experience I think they wanted. The house salad was spot on, and I enjoyed it all. The long island was watery, and I almost left it unfinished, but it was hot out, and at the end of the day, it was still an "iced tea." No complaints otherwise; they try hard.

Amazing food and fantastic service!Update: we went back a second time and had to send one burger back because it was ordered well done and was pink and cold. The new burger came still undercooked but with a pile of onion skin tucked between the burger and bun. Needless to say we will not be back.

My partner and I have been here a couple times. I like the atmosphere and the poutine is awesome! My biggest reason for giving three stars is for the poorly executed vegetarian/vegan options. They advertise a "veggie" section but were not flexible on substitutions with their other entrees (at least when I asked our waitress - it may depend on who you ask). I got the meatless chicken sandwich and it was not good. The patty tasted like a frozen patty that they microwaved. It came with just lettuce, tomato and pickles. No sauce - not even ketchup. I recognize it was my fault for not customizing my order more but the sandwich was a huge let down. If they are going to have it on the menu, vegan or not, it should taste good. It feels like no thought has been put into their veggie options.

Best burger around! Had the burger of the month and it was soooo good. Fries are nice and hot, crispy and not overly salty. The staff were so nice. Smiles everywhere and took good care of us. Well be back again for sure! Cant wait to try the poutine.

They changed the beef Pattie’s to “Waygu”. Didn’t know when I ordered. Have had no less than 20 burgers there in the last year. I know waygu is supposed to be better but I could tell it was a pre-made patty. It was dry and tough. WHY did they change a good thing? I ate the bun but not the fries and don’t finish the burger. Really too bad for my favorite place in Bonney Lake.Also- French fries were undercooked and had very little seasoning. Wouldn’t order them again either.

Awesome place, burgers are amazing!! I try the burger of the month, it was delicious. I like how that is not so dry in my mouth and was super messy at the same time. The fries were good, definitely go back here to try other different burgers. The fries with gravy was little salty and I think it better eating burger with normal way of cooking fries, I ordered the gravy fries cause needed to try it. Go to this place if you needed some awesome burger!! Hope you enjoy it like I did!!

What a great meal! We had fried pickles and cheese curds to start, which were both excellent. We each had a burger for our entrees. The Izzy Burger and The Ghost, both of which were excellent. The only negative was that we both ordered our burgers medium, and they came out well done. Had they been cooked correctly, they would have been absolutely perfect. Highly recommend, nonetheless!

This place is REALLY good. We sat at a little table in the back but we were able to see the kitchen staff making food... man that made it hard to decide seeing so much good stuff. Young lady was a newer server their but she was very attentive. 100% will be back.

Great high end burger. We tried the Au Jus dip, cheeseburger salad, and portabella burger. They have some ability to make the crispiest pork belly I have ever encountered. I would certainly be willing to come again, but hope I can call my order in ahead of time, we were there 50 minutes before we were given a chance to order. But with Covid and the great resignation I know staff is hard to get.The last time I was here was three years ago before the remodel. This is what I wrote:Perfect place to go after a movie. I like the BURger CHEese, (BRUCHE), concept. They have their own beef patty short rib and chuck formulation; very juicy. Outdoor seating in summer, well behaved dogs on lead are welcome. They have gluten free buns that hold up well, revolving beers on tap.

One of the better burgers Ive eaten. Their "pork belly"(baconwas as thick as a McDonalds Hamburger patty. The Hamburger patty was probably a 1/2# raw, maybe a 1/3# cooked... and magically delicious! I got the seasonal burger that had blue cheese, fat h.burger patty, Cranberry apricot compote (or something like that? ), Lettuce and some kinda aioli (basil aioli possibly). Either way being a burger purist this was way,way outside my comfort zone, but today I decided why not. Maybe its better than all the other burger disasters Ive had from the well known competitors. And BAM!it was spectacular. Flavors complimented each other. Burger cooked to perfection. Id go back for sure. Im not one to do this very often but you guys get 5 stars. AND Courtious, attentive and all around quality waitstaff. 5 stars to yall too.

Really good restaurant! The BBQ burger was great, service was awesome, the atmosphere was excellent. Definitely would recommend and come over again!

Five stars! Great, welcoming employees and fun food and drinks! This visit we dined outside in the September sun and enjoyed a nice Snoqualmie Root Beer with our Bobb Burger, Fried Cheese Curds, and Baked Pretzels. The house sauce for the tater tots was especially good. Recommend this place for many types of folks, too. Couples or families or even singles. The patio is even dog friendly. Loved being able to have a fun meal and enjoy the goodness here at this Bonney Lake location.

Absolutely phenomenal.Jalepeno burger with onion rings, Triple M with waffle fries, PB&J waffle with fries and Mac N Cheese.Food presentation was awesome. You know youre in for a treat when the burger comes out on a juice trap cutting board, and the fries in individual fry baskets.Not too much bread, all yhe right flavor combinations, this is one of the best burger spots Ive been to.10/10 recommend.

Food is fresh, delicious and fast. First time going, the staff was professional and friendly. Food was presented well and had plenty of flavor. Seating is somewhat limited, but the bar section was good for small conversation with my wife.

Mozzarella coins and the Egg burger was delicious. The pork belly was a bit overcooked though, but overall it was awesome. Well be back again soon!

This place hit the spot in every way imaginable. Good beer and amazing good. Staff was friendly and helped us enjoy our time there.Burger was perfectly cooked and the attention to detail put it over the top. They put more effort into the bun than some places do into the entire burger! Come with an appetite.

This place has incredible burgers and amazing food all around. I personally enjoy their delicious chicken and waffle burger made with actual waffles as the bun. Their spicy cauliflower is perfectly cooked and served with a spicy cheesy sauce. They have a decent selection of beers and wines, and have two rotating taps. The servers there are also great. Always greeting with a smile and passing the table to make sure water is filled up and everything is going well with the meal.I am giving it four stars because when they are busy, and door dash or grub hub is going I have had to wait for up to an hour after I ordered my food to receive it. They definitely have food worth waiting for but at peak times it can be a while. They are expanding that location and hopefully that will help with making things run more efficiently.

Friendly service, good food. I had the chicken burger with waffles for buns with brie and syrup - it was SO good. The truffle fries werent very truffley tho. And the cheesecake was a little too sweet for my taste. My companions seemed mostly happy with their burgers.

I dont even know how to start this small review other than "OMG!"Planning any trips, I always take into account the local food and what could be different waiting for me. Burche did NOT disappoint! First off, I have been wanting to try Poutine for a few years now, and while I know what it is basically, I wanted to eat it from some place that had a grasp on it even further, so seeing Poutine on the menu was a deciding factor.I was surprised on how small the location was. It consists of only a few tables. We were greeted by the friendly staff, and drink orders were taken very quickly. The server was extremely nice and was quick to joke with us which is always a big plus. Before I knew it, I was scarfing down poutine and a pork belly grilled cheese sandwich with roasted red pepper tomato soup! The first bite... The first sip of everything and I was in flavor Nirvana! The gravy on the fries was so rich, the inclusion of cheese curds from Beechers... I was a human vacuum. The grilled cheese, all held together, wasnt too moist, so flavorful, and that pork belly? Lets just say I almost wept.I was told that the vegan burger tasted very good as well. It apperantly tasted like the real deal. Its a big plus for me for a restaurant to have a vegan option as well since some of my family is vegan so it makes it a bit more difficult to appease everyone in one sitting, but Burche does it in spades!Go and seek this place out! Have yourself some poutine, a nice juicy burger, enjoy the friendly service then go watch yourself a movie at the theater next door. You will not be disappointed!
