I want to recommend that motel to nobody

This place is disgusting I do not recommend it for anyone who cares even slightly about hygiene or cleanliness

Went there for the first Time Since i was a child a few weeks back and i was surprised how clean and quiet it was.. As long as we dont have to call it the Chieftain then it can have a 3star all day 😄

Went and got a room here for the night after a night of drinking. Was literally there for 8 hours. The next day I get home and find a cockroach in my purse. Either it was a cockroach or adult sized bed bug, either way I feel disgusting for sleeping in there. Now I’ve had the hebejeebies all day 😐. 1 out of 10 would not recommend. But If you are broke and don’t mind dirty places, go for it I won’t judge.

There was blood, human hair, and a maggot in one of the beds. And they refuse to give refunds.

I have been a resident to the bremerton inn for about a year now due to bad credit and the owner jay and his family has always been very helpful and kind. They are very understanding I have no complaints 🙂

So the rooms might not be luxurious but they have the basic essentials. Ive been staying there for 3 months now and have no complaints. I have small children who are extremely messy, one of the things I love is not worrying about being charged for dirtying the towels. I love this place its the cheapest in town. Ive never been bothered by anyone and its conveniently located

I been living here for yrs .it a nice hotel room it clean and they have been working hard to keep things up to dated and its quiet and affordable monthly rates and weekly rates.

My mother moved out of state causing me to have to rent a room monthly sonce February and i did research and for the price i pay the rooms are large and spacious. The neighbors watch out for each other. Its in a great location to bus routes, post office, stores, and food. The couple that owns it are very friendly and its like a family setting here. Not to mention the house keeping lady is very nice and always around daily if you need clean towels. I have not had anything missing or stolen. The owners and there housekeepers are not those kind of people. I wouldnt choose anywhere to stay besides this hotel. All visitors must check in to keep everyone safe and secure. So i really appreciate all the safety measures they have in place to keep people protected. Plus the on ground laundry facility save you alot of money each monthy where you dont have to go anywhere to wash your clothes.

Great location lots of stores and food options near by. Super affordable. Allows pets which was a super plus for me and doesnt charge a crazy amount for them like other motels. The couple that runs the place are super kind and friendly non judgmental people understanding of peoples situations and seem to have a genuine compassion for people and animals. They have all visitors check in which is GREAT because you wont experience all the crazy nonsense you do in other cheap motels and that keeps this place pretty quiet and peacfull for the most part wich for the price is seriously a one in a million. Weve been told from alot of people around here since they took over this place it has improved a ton. They have a extremely affordable laundry facility wich has saved us a TON of money during our stay, and the cleaning lady is super sweet and always near by if you need some clean towels. My husband is in construction and this is the third motel we have had to stay at temporarily. This one by far is the cleanest quietest most affordable with a super friendly environment for us and our fur babies. You will not find anything close to what you get here for even close to the same price.

I am more than happy to and more than satisfied with my long term stay here!! Yes i said long term stay! i know many many many years ago the previous owner didnt take very good, if any care, to the hotel grounds, top to bottem!!! But im excited and pleased to pass on the fantastice news of how great this hotel has advanced!! the grounds are clean the rooms are well taken care of and have just what you need to take care of yourself and theres even enough room to have a guest over from time to time (for those long term guests). From your first personal greeting/check in to the amazing housekeeping lady, to the daily regulars, and the out of towners even the strangers around these parts arent feeling stranger and stranger lol like way back in the day!! its become such a healthy, friendly, happy place to come stay for a night or stay for a short vacation, im grateful i took the chance again!!! And you should absolutely try it out too!!!

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Please save yourself from the absolute repulsion this bed bug infested internment camp like motel will cause you. First off the motel had bed bugs in it, not to mention Im sure other pests that I didnt see because I was afraid what I might find in this old run down dump. The ceiling and walls had blood splattered on them that looked like it had been there a while, with no attempt to clean it up. Basically anything in the room that could be broken was. The cost rack had all the hooks broken off. The shower had no hot water pressure at all, you had to stand right under the shower head for it to hit you and it was just barely what you could even call warm. Also holding all the shower together was tape. The toilet clogged after the first and every use and there was no plunger. The next thing that made for a horrid experience was the nonexistent customer service. Right off the bat they were rude as could be over the phone when I call inquiring about room. They were very short and acted like I was putting them out asking about whether it was wheelchair accessible for my friend. Right off the bat the lady said that it wasnt wheel chair accessible then after asking more specifically questions about the door size and where the toilet was located I found out it would work for my friend but they would not rent me the room until I looked at it. Once I arrived at the motel the employees said we were not allowed to have any guests over at any time because they knew what type of people we associated with. I couldnt believe that they so blatantly judged us by just looking at us that they made a rule just for us not to have guests. We were planning on three of us to be staying in the room and they flat out said only 2 people were allowed in the room even if we paid more. They also charged my friend for his service animal dog when they arent suppose to by law. The employees later came and searched our room to make sure no one else was there. They also would go in our room and snoop around when we werent there and left a do not disturb sign on the door. While staying there we ran into a friend of ours and the were checking out and asked if we could watch there things while they ran a quick errand which we totally agreed thinking no big deal. Apparently the manager saw our interaction on the cameras and called our room telling us we couldnt watch our friends stuff or we would be kicked out. It seemed like they were watching us and everyone like we were prisoners. It was disturbing to say the least. This is just the tip of the iceberg so please what ever you do, Do Not Stay Here you will absolutely regret it from the moment you check in.

Worst place Ive stayed in their was ashes all over the floor the walls were covered in grime after taking a shower felt dirtier

Its this like i.rember 14 years ago same tvs even wow needs a good up grade i work for the.motels where im from and thay would shut this place down the only reason im hear is for my son

This facility is infested with black mold and smells horribly. The plumbing is bad, toilets all backed up. I wouldnt let my dog stay here.

Hated the room we had. It smelled of drugs and was not very clean. The door would not even lock and slider door was broken. There was not even a window and there was a strange hook above the bed. I felt completely uncomfortable and unsafe there. I felt as if the room was used for things only adults could possibly imagine or know.

If I could give this negative stars I would... Went there last night reserved a room. We checked in and went out for a drink. Came back and went to the room to discover Black mold everywhere!! And to top it off there was cigarette Burns and Ashs covering both blankets on both beds. Peeling paint on every wall and a sliding door that didnt even shut. Went downstairs to request a refund and check out as there refund policy says is possible, and was denied a refund and told he could switch rooms .We kindly refuesed as we were far to disgusted to stay there. And asked about the refund policy to no avail. I wouldnt stay here if my life depended on it. Your better off sleeping in your car or under a bridge.....

Everyone here is very nice and never has an attitude.. the housekeeper is very hard working and I would recommend people to stay☺☺

They could totally film horror flicks here! Its already got the vibe... All thats missing is the axe wielding maniac! Id usually avoid staying here but it was the only room available that night. The bedding hadnt been changed in God knows how long.. It had hairs (pet & peopledirt, stains, holes & what could only be described as spots of blood. After about ten minutes in the bed we both started feeling like we were being bitten. Fleas? Bedbugs? Who knows... Every thing in the room was FILTHY. I spent about half an hour washing the sink & countertop just so I could feel safe using it (the pic of the towel is what came off the sink/countertop). The room was like being in an ice box & the wall heater didnt work. We called the front desk and asked if they could move us to another room or even just had a space heater we could use.. Of course the answer to both was "No. Sorry, it gets cold here" So we took the bedding off the second bed & hung the blankets over the doors and window just to keep from seeing our breath. When we took everything down in the morning, the blankets were literally frozen to the sliding glass door. Lol. But my absolute favorite part was the single piece of dry cat food on the lamp... Can we say "attention to detail"?!? Lol. We would have been MUCH better off sleeping in the car!! "I will NEVER again go to the Bremerton Inn!" should be their new slogan...

Terrible place and honesty a maid yelled at me calling me names. I will say this though the manager or owners are nice people the man and woman. They both were kind after they knew my situation and I was grateful, but still this was an extremely expensive hotel almost 100$ a night and my tv had a hole in it and I didnt even have a working fan in my room and it was hotter than hell. They gave me a tiny teeny fan to bring into room. The locks on room door were a joke and I was a bit scared, also it was the only room available in town from Bremerton to Seattle due to a festival. Just my luck and my moneys luck. Just when I really needed it too.

Definitely a Trap House / Smokers house its like the spot were pookie an his girl was getting high on New Jack City smh they dont even offer wake up calls 1st time Ive ever heard of that

I tried to give it zero stars, but it wouldnt let me. I have NEVER stayed in this hotel because, as an EMT, I have been to this hotel at least 20 times over the last three years. This place is beyond bad. I dont know how it is considered even a "two star" hotel. Yes, this place should be condemned, rinsed off with gasoline and dried of with a match. Why is it still open? Because if you shut it down, the caliber of people that frequent (and by frequent, I mean that most of them live therethis location, would have to go somewhere else to do their shady and the folks that patrol the area would rather have those folks in one well known spot, then have them scatter across town. I know this sounds horrible, but it is true. Its literally there for damage control.

Very quiet and peaceful,met some good people and kept my family and I outta the shelter here

Quoted 1 price on phone but only room available was a higher price, no hot water in room, 1 small heater for 3 rooms. Not a place Id ever stay in again

Its better now than when it was the chieftain but its still quite scuzzy for even the local Bremalows, but theres something to be said about an easily accessible open air drug Market..... still makes Washington the bestest ever. Bremtown Mobbin

Went to book room, I am a disabled Veteran and have a Service dog. India lady behind counter ask for my paperwork for my disability for my service dog. I explain to her, its against the Federal law to ask anyone with a Service Dog for paperwork , she then threaten me with the police and told me to go to the hotel across the street. I tried to explain to her the only question you are allowed to ask a person with a Service Dog with disabilities. According to the American Disabilities Act is. Is it a Service dog and what task does it perform. But this lady wouldnt hear it. As a Navy Disabled Veteran with a Service Dog. I give you one star. As to being ignorant of the law and you run a hotel. I also gave this lady a card The size of an Id with the Federal laws and this disgusting lady threw it back in my face. You disrespected me. Your gonna get sued by someone. I give you the donkey of the day. Learn the law.

Bed is like sleeping on the ground, its that hard. Water is either freezing cold or burning hot no in between. Only one shower Curtain,there should be two, everything about this inn sucks... cheap, you get what you pay for here!!!

I love visiting here, A lot of the people are really nice and caring. I am confused on their visiting hours as they arent specified anywhere but vocally, I wish the visiting hours were posted on a website of sorts so that I stop forgetting what time I can visit my friends. Other than that, management is great and they do their best to help their tenants. Overall, wonderful experiences.

Never and I mean never rent from here, motel 6, or oyster bay. They are all owned by the same guy that doesnt care about the customer experience. Just your money.

Where do i begin. As you may have noticed from the other reviews on this place. It is to be avoided at all cost. Just in case those other reviews were not convincing enough i will share my experience. Staines everywhere, i mean everywhere. Broken furniture, old tv and lastly the peephole was "repaired" using a bandaide. Hope you dont get stuck with this hktel whike using hogwire.

Me and my lady friend drove almost three hundred miles, called 17 hotels and this was the only room available within 40 miles..the front desk guy was nice enough to hold it for me till i got there...its a cheap motel and its certainly not pretty but i was more than greatful to have it..plus its up the street from an alright bar...

Where do I start. I arrived to a nasty beat down hotel. I made a reservation. It was the only hotel available. I was given my key noticed the parking lot was empty. No biggie it was still early. I open the door, and I felt like I was in a crack house. Visible Stains on the bedding. 2 beds one a full the other a twin divided my a flimsy wall. 10 yr old TV, ragity cable box. I walk into the beyond out dated bathroom and was in disbelief. Mold growing on the nasty stained bath tub. I walked back to the bed and noticed there was some black residue when I pulled the sheets back. And to top it all off a bug ran across my foot (I was wearing Sandals). I immediately called the office 3 minutes after the arrival to get a refund. I wouldnt wish that death sentence on anyone. Unless you like stay 1 step up from a cardboard box under a bridge in the rain!

If I could give it lower i would. Stay far far away from this disgusting, run down, insulting excuse for a motel. The place is dirty, everything is broken, like everything from the buttons on the tv to the nobs in the shower. If your walking on the second floor you are brave and should get an award. You feel like you will fall thru, not might but will. The balcony felt like it would fall apart. There was a strange brown stain on the sheets. Nobody ever loved this place. It should be condemned and shut down. I cant believe i spent money to be here. I feel like im on hotel hell.
