BP - Petrol Station in Morayfield, Australia
Always well priced with fuel. Usually found takeaway fresh
Good place for a travel break various food outlets, good service, clean toilets
This service station and the one across the highway north bound have no service! There are large potholes everywhere in the asphalt...right next to a speed bump too, so virtually unavoidable. The toilets are always average cleanliness and faucets and dryers, lack of paper towels etc is common. The petrol station and Wild Bean café have zero Gluten Free (GFfood, unless you buy packet potato chips. Coolabah café caters for GF but they don’t really open outside normal business hours. The coffee at Wild Bean is ok…but sometimes scalding hot for alternative milks. If you have 500 customers per day come through the station…and an average of $100 purchase per customer, that’s $50,000 revenue per day… net profit on fuel is 9% and on the convenience store items usually 100%. So let’s be conservative here and say total net profit is $6,000 per day. A asphalt company may charge 30K to redo a large section of asphalt road on your property. So that’s 5 days you can afford to have the road repairs done…not 3 months or more like you’ve had and have.FIX YOUR @#%5R %&*( POTHOLES!!!This and ALL BP stops are below pedestrian standard and sometimes are unavoidable because you have a monopoly on the east coast of Australia. Please raise your quality and service for the average working Aussie battler!!!
I bought 2 Powerades that were on special. 2 for $5 But they did not apply this special after looking at the receipt as I thought the price was a bit high. False advertising rip off.
Plenty parking clean rest rooms huge food court & petrol gas supplies
Good quality Diesel ⛽️ price is expensive then other servo but worth 👌
Busy service centre, plenty of truck and car parking a beautiful sitting area on the back. KFC, Maccas, Subway, Nice decent cafe. Sorry no cooked meals but have plenty of fast food options
Stopped for coffee and thought a hot toasty on a cool night would do the yrick.Ss per the photo, looks ok but gar from it.Ham and cheese it was, toasted to nice gold colour also but, when biting in you struck crust that was like sandstone and the bread was dry without taste, except the occasional cherse taste. How long do these sandwiches get stored?or is it the bread and it is ladden with something that replaces the flour or is the bread just stale. No, more to do with the toaster I think as one side was toasted but the bread had been dried though and had the texture of a crusk or similar. Needs looking at.N ot good enough. No, I did not bother the staff as they were more concerned about some big boss was coming on a vist.Hope his fillings are good.ps the coffee is always fine here and saved the dried throat.
Was provided absolutely excellent service by Sally and also the Barista who’s name I didn’t catch!! Great coffee and the food was delicious, props to the staff!
We stopped by for a short visit for some food, Ben who served us was very friendly and offered us a deal that made our food very cheap. The sausage rolls and cheese spinach rolls were very lovely, would recommend
My husband put over $1000 in fuel into his truck, (BP Caboolture NORTHbecause of the large spend you then are given a free coffee (the truck driver served before him had received his free coffeethe cashier told my husband he could not have a free coffee because he wanted Soy milk…. Will be fuelling up elsewhere from now on!!
Stopped for a sandwich and cup of tea. Not crowded, facilities clean and air-conditioned.
An older lady who appeared to be a cleaner asked where my mask was and I replied I dont have one (exempted). She proceeds to tell me I will not be served unless I have a mask. We left as we could see she was getting aggressive, pushing passed us to tell the cashier not to serve us. So me and my friend went over to Maccas, they served us no problem. We then watched the Bp staff go onto serve 5 people without a mask on...Im a person of colour. Read the other comments.
Carpark was a nightmare, fuel was way overpriced compared to other servos and was massively crowded inside.Wont be back in a hurry
Terrible customer service from Lisa and the team at the wildbean cafe. You need some younger workers that actually look like theyre happy to be alive...
Massive hole in the car park exit.Looks like it’s been there for a long time.Nearly ripped the suspension out of the car. Fix it up BP
Disappointing customer service from Andrew at the Wild Bean cafe. He was unbelievably RUDE to me as I tried to place an order for a few donuts, he is also unable to make more than one coffee at a time start to finish. His snappy attitude and judgmental tone was not what I needed on my pit stop. Some people are not made to work in hospitality.
Fuel price is DISGRACEFUL. On the day I was there, unleaded was $1.83. I stopped for fuel at Neds in Maryborough for $1.45!!! BP Caboolture - I have the dockets if you want to call untrue. Why are your prices so high?
Convenient stop on the way from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane.Theyve taken away the hand sanitizer in the doorway which was a good thing after touching the dirty fuel pump handles.Price was $2.089/L for 98 and $0.10 off if you buy two over priced chocolate bars. Just be aware that doesnt work out that you pay less, you still pay more but you walk out with some cheap chocolate bars so youve actually spent more by getting that "deal". Do the math before you go for the deal. Depending on the size of your fuel tank and the amount you put in determines if its right for you.The building was clean and the staff were great, very friendly and happy.
Petrol here was 30c more expensive than everywhere else from Brisbane to Rockhampton. Would not recommend unless you like getting gouged for fuel.
Pulled in for fuel and Wild Bean coffee. Service was awesome and the Coffee worst ever. Luke warm and no coffee flavour at all. Worst coffee ever ☹ very disappointed.
Good food & great variety of products. Great 👍 service with a nice friendly attitude and smile! 😃
Called in to refuel on my way to visit my grand daughter. Service was very helpful and friendly, everything was very clean and COVID safety protocols were clearly marked.
Only stopped in at this place a couple of times. Always found it to the clean and well-maintained. Easy get in and out of with a trailer as well.
Dearest fuel in the area .. bar none !!Staff have no idea how to deposit into Sportsbet ( a service which you claim to offer .. Over the past 5 years , Ive trained at least a dozen of your staff to do it , as obviously no training or instruction has ever been given ..Today I tried once more ... Apparently, theres a new machine now and no-one , including the manager had any idea how to do it !!Keep up the good work BP ... At least youre consistent 🙄
The Food Court is great but the fuel price is generally the highest around. Yesterday they were charging 179.9 cpl for ULP when 10 kms up the road the Caltex on the highway was 125.9. A total rip offThey always seem to be one of the first to jack up their prices.
Im disgusted at the price of fuel when I pulled up today. Fair dinkum. You get a huge monopoly and many return travellers like myself. But not after paying $2 a litre today when Brisbane is 60c a litre cheaper!
Big roadhouse plenty parking for trucks for a quick stop or O/Night.A truck drivers lounge washing machines and showers great to put the feet up in comfort. Cars plenty parking available .... all fuels and oils. Inside of servo side plenty of snacks drinks ect. The inside eating plenty of choices either takeaways or dine in.
Sylvia who severed me this morning, was just so lovely and helpful. Really great service! She is an asset to this bp. Really makes you feel warm and special especially over the holidays and during these harsh times.
Children very disappointed that the playground is still closed due to COVID. Not easy for kids when it’s in plain sight & all other public ones along the way are open. Required Gvt regulation?
Its one of the best Truck stops northbound out of Brisbane, clean showers and friendly BP staff. Plus theres a wide range of food outlets, including GF, thats very rare but very necessary for me.
Easy access parking and clean eating areas. Good selection of food choices. Only negative was that we were really surprised to see no recycling bins considering the fast food containers, cans, bottles etc that would be binned every day through there.
How wonderful to experience great customer service - thanks to the young guy making coffee this morning:)Better signage for caravan parking would be appreciated
They are positioned for a captive market so, fuel is consistently the most expensive, staff late at night are at best indifferent and at worst just rude. Potholes all over the place in the entrance and exits roads.
Large, clean, well maintained restrooms. Wide range of food and drink offers. Fast friendly service. 20+ pumps with large car park that is truck and caravans friendly
Great pit stop. Clean toilet facilities, plenty of parking a Krispy Creams, Maccas and KFC plus somewhere in the shade to have a break.
The service stations are designed well. Petrol prices are responsible, it is good to see E10 being available. Customer parking is adequate. The customer service is good. Staff is efficient and always prepared to address customer inquiries. They also decent job of reminding you about current deals and promotions, but don’t push the issue, which I appreciate.Products on sale are always relevant to the needs of a busy traveler. Great for when your on a journey and need to quickly pick up something you, normally the charger or headphones.
I always stop in on my way to Brisbane to get a coffee and have a shower. Andrew always seems to be there greeting with friendly hello and smile. The shower are always clean and the coffee is awesome.Great job.Andy Truckee from Bundy.
Rude staff stuff you around. To busy on there high horse. Lynne G stated she doesnt care if i take my business else where. (of course she doesnt its not her businessnone of my trucks will fill up there anymore.
Good place to stay, furl up, have rest and go on. A good food court with plenty of car parks and seats.
Called for a coffee on our regular trip down to Brisie, seems to be all new staff. Very slow and although the coffee has good flavour it was only luke warm. When ordering we asked for it extra hot but was told "can only do at 65 deg", have previously asked for hotter and has not been a problem. Bring back the old staff !!
Huge service station with good size food court, can spend little bit time here and can have fun, entertainment. Recommended
Always great coffee at Wild Bean. Easy caravan parking.
We visited here (as we usually doon the way to Brisbane to see my folks. We went to order a coffee and donut at a terminal which said open. Margret, a very rude older lady came up and without giving any eye contact said ‘no service here go down there’ pointing to the end of a very long line. We waited for ages to get served only to get to the counter and the other terminal was open and serving. This could have been avoided had she have looked at us and said politely please go to the other line. Not only was she bossing around other staff. They also forgot our donuts. On the upside, Ryan you’re a little champion and actually giving us decent customer service. It’s a shame you’ll probably leave after uni.
Had to pop in today and enjoyed a great coffee. I bought a flat white decaf and usually when I get a flat white there is foam on top, but no this was a true flat white. I also didnt need to add sugar as usually the coffee is so strong (or tastes over brewedthat I have to add some sugar to make it drinkable. The staff member who served me could have smiled a bit more but they were looking a bit tired so maybe this was why, however I did see them smiling at other customers, maybe I threw them with a decaf LOL. The store was extremely busy and noisy but there were plenty of seats available near the wild bean cafe to sit down and enjoy my cup. The coffee remained warm for a long time. Now if the fuel was a bit cheaper then my visit today would have been perfect.
I am a regular visitor to BP Caboolture North...3 or 4 times a week. The coffee is great and the service is even better. And the old bloke on console is a funny bugger... I have found the fuel prices to be on par with the local Coles Express and Woolworths in Morayfield...thank you guys, I will be back
Always stop there. Nice place but the Royal Bean coffee is a bit random as to quality. Two years ago bought two coffees and just left them on the table full. They were disgusting. Was a long time till we tried again then only a small improvement.I find it disappointing as a caravaner to find the sign directing where to park caravans is so hidden you only see it when you already know where you are going. The sign needs moving and duplicating.
Can get packed, but theres heaps of fuel bowsers so doesnt take too long if it is. Few different fast food and Cafe options, most normal hours but maccas is 24 hours
A variety of food options, plus the usual petrol station, toilets & convenience store products. All in all, not a bad place to stop for a quick break before continuing the drive.
Heaps of fast food outlets to choose from when travelling down (or upthe highway.Toilets are clean and also provides a parents room for those times when you need to change or feed your baby.Grounds are tidy and kept clean.A great rest stop all round.
