BOCA RICA, Tapas Bar & Lounge in Bekasi

Very nice service, amazing DJs, beautiful sound and light set up! A recommended local club you can trust your night would be an enjoyful one.Their price is a little high, but considered acceptable. I have not tried their food yet, but the liquor serving style is not up to standard yet.Forget that, enjoy the music and ambient!

Upscale club smack in the middle of jakarta. Pretty diverse crowds, lotsa international djs events as well. Not cheap.

Boca Rica is a great place to drink and have fun with friends, especially when the band is playing disco and funk hits from the 70s to the 90s. The only gripe I have is the bar stools being locked in place, so be sure to book a table as this place can get busy.

Terrible service. What they’re said in phone and the real situation is totally different. I got confirmation by phone the place still open and could come by walk in. But in 15 minutes later when I arrive, they (same peopleinformed that they changed their statement and I can’t get in because not made a prior reservation.I thought this case only happen to me, unfortunately when I check the review, this case happened to another guest too. Are you racist? Or looking people by their appearance?There are plenty of place in Jakarta that could offer you better service and place. If you read this review and have a plan to come, I strongly recommend you to find another place to go.I guess, if management read this review and give a reaction, they will not confess their mistake like they did in another guest too.

Tables after 9pm have a min spend. Overall pretty decent experience.

We were there at night, for the clubbing.Plenty of young adults if thats the crowd you are looking for. But the ones here are more well behaved, unlike the rowdy ones. More boys than gals here too.DJ was quite good.Drink prices were not bad - 120k for Bombay G&T.There is FDC however.And oh! I think these youngens stay at the rooms in Artotel over the weekend and get themselves plastered on Sat nights and they can go up to the room for safety.Will try the food next time as it seems that others rated it as Good!

Hi boca rica, Im very disappointed with your service tonight.I used to come to Boca Rica a lot last year and 2020 too.and tonight your employee in the front line just told me to find some other place to go.its understandable that youre fully booked and not allowed in the bar area or whatever.but the way your employee talk theres Zero hospitality shown.Im hoping that you will be less racist to the guests next time, cause its getting old to judge guests by the appearance.

Was here on saturday night. Place was spacious and a lot of food & drinks selection. Standard to high alchohol price in Jakarta, nice location and live music too.

A large, well designed place with great acoustics! We love the food as well, really tasty choices of tapas and small bites. Will come back!

Boca Rica is located at ground floor in Hotel. I went there by taxi, and driver took me in front of lobby. I needed to ask hotel front where Boca Rica is. its not difficult to find a door, but a little bit confused why the enterance is not easy to get to.its larger place than I expected, big and round bar is in the middle of hall. and many sofa-table are around bar. also there is a stage that band can play music.I enjoyed band music and bartenders are so kind.its too large place, cant feel any thing that there are many people even actually there are so many people.I think its better to go there once I stay at hotel.

Nice place for chilling with friends but the bar staff is not friendly sometimes looks rude I have visit whenever I stay at the crown plaza hotel ...but still its good place

Nice place , near too shoping mall and hotel . Very easy to achieve with public transportation , but guest parking car is far.

Restaurant with a touch of Spanish cuisine.I was here once and not sure if I will come back again.Octopus tapa was dry, beef tapa was ok, cesar salad ok, and pasta plate was spicy and is not write in the menu.Mocktail was nice.

If you have some xtra $$ to spend, i wud recommend this place. Why? The food is very good or it suits my taste bud. Must try is their burger. Wow, first time had it hubby brought it for me, even tho its not hot anymore, it tasted very good. I also tried their Gambas Al Ajillo, Baked Rigatoni and Roast Chicken, theyre all very good. They also have DJ every night and some event at night. I havent been there at night jz bcz i enjoy quiet time now but i heard the crowd is gud.

Been going here for the past year! Their staffs were super friendly! Price wise, it’s pretty make sense for such a place in semanggi area. One reminder tho, they’re changing their dress code rules, so it’s better to over dress when you came there rather than showing up like a kid, if you want to be let inside.

5/10 for club/party category.an interesting place to hang out, a bit to fancy and strict for certain rules... not cheap of course and very commercial music. the good part of this place is the good mixture between humans locals and foreigners. A good balance I would say.PRices like 20$ for a mixed drink (not even cocktailor 13$ for a whiskey on rocks

This is my number one favourite bar in Jakarta, it is a great place to come out and party with the girls! There is always great music an awesome band and really chilled out atmosphere. The food menu is great also! It is a must to check out, highly recommended.

The great lounge to visit with some of the great bands performing live there. The ambience is great too and the main selling point for me is my friends and I can enjoy our time there without worrying about an overly drunk hot headed people there

Wow! A new restaurant in semanggi inside of the crown plaza and a pleasant surprise. Boca Rica is tapas but also offers a small number of main meals. I had the seafood and it was amazing. The salmon was also great with a slight sweet taste. This was followed by dessert of chocolate cake. As you can see from the photos, presentation is important for the meals. The service was impeccable with the right balance of hover and availability. A great deal is happy hour wine at 350k unlimited with a sweet Chilean white. There is also a live band after 9 pm. Try this new place before it becomes too busy!

A breathe of fresh air in Jakartas Bar scene. Band was amazing and Music was good. I would rate it next to Basque and a good alternative for people who would like more space to stand or dance during peak weekends. Good party place !
