BIGG'S Diner in Naga

(Gonna change my rating 3 years ago🤣)Kinda expensive but a really good food. You wont get that vibe that you are eating when you are in a fast food chain. Different variety of cuisine too, still of one my favorite resto when eating outside with fam, loved ones or rather with our partner. This branch made their place a lot more better, compared before it was gloomy and non-aesthetic, but now it was a lot more comfortable and looking good! Keep it up Biggs! I missed the chance to take some photos of the food and around the resto. Definitely will come back.

Biggs Diner is one of those "when in Bicol" thing. Its like the 50s Diner of Baguio. Great fastfood option. Good food and service, and those surprise discounts are definitely worth the visit. They have branches scattered around Bicols city centers, and Biggs is also trying to make it big here in Manila, but there is a certain authenticity if you visit one of their branches in their home turf. The Naga branch has some tough competition around it, but since its a stones throw away from our hotel, me and my friends from Manila enjoyed eating dinner here.

Food is sumptuous though service quite slow.

Ive already tried their Legaspi outlet and there doesnt seem any difference with the quality of the food: theyre ok. The physical aspect is passable, inspite the rather odd smell as we entered which did not smell like food. The cashier lacked in basic customer-interaction skills which infuriated my boss. My boss said that the cashier just pointed at things when asked questions or gave the briefest answers. The saving grace of this outlet was serving/dining crew Onin who was very accommodating and very courteous. The prices in Biggs is, of course, more expensive than a fast food. So it might be well for management and staff to know that when price is not an issue for customers who are already familiar with the taste of the food on the menu, what matters most is the service. The first store personnel who the customers will encounter will set the tone of the customer experience.

Great place for breakfast. We went there a couple of times to have a good breakfast. The quality of the food was good and the prices alright. The staff was super friendly. We will come back in the next vacation.

Ill definitely recommend this spot! I love the food...all of them! Masarap lahat but the problem is the service!! I was disappointed when I last visited this restaurant. I had to ask for my order several times before it was served to me. I waited for almost 45 minutes. Siguro nakalimutan lang dahil mag isa lang naman ako. Sana mag improve sa next visit ko. Walking distance pa naman to samin.

Naga Citys very own food chain, it has a wide variety of food choices. The restaurants have a 60s diner theme. Quite pricey compared to Jollibee and Mcdonalds, but has a wider selection in their menu. Branches can be found all over Laguna and other key cities and towns within Bicol Region.
