BIG4 Deniliquin Holiday Park in Deniliquin

We stayed in a 2 bedroom river side cabin. It was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean with the most beautiful view of the river and the perfect lawn. The entire park is immaculate with fabulous amenities. Loads of child friendly facilities and entertainment. The staff are warm friendly and professional. We will come back and will recommendTo all all our friends.

What’s not to love about this park. It literally had everything. They won the Australian Tourism Award for best caravan park in Oz and it’s easy to see why!

Nice new clean park ensuite was great, friendly staff but disappointed the kids jumping pillow etc actually get a lock and chain on the gate at 4pm, we were having trouble getting our van on our car due to the unlevel site, made us 5 mins past 10am and had a rude grounds keeper DELIBERATELY blow vac an empty site right next to us, no where else but right next to us and on our way out our gate code was cancelled and had to get them to open the boom gate

Honestly the best park we have been to so far! So hard to know where to start!Staff were so incredibly friendly! From my first enquiry to every encounter we had! They always had a smile, were polite & always said hello! Always spoke to our 2 year old as well!Amenities were spot on! So spotless! Cleaned multiple times a day! Despite the amount of people over the long weekend they kept on top of them!Facilities! Second to none! There is endless amounts of things to do here! Kids will have a blast! Our daughter loved the jumping pillow (when the big kids weren’t on it!and the heated pool was superb! All facilities were kept in immaculate condition & you can tell they are all well maintained!The park itself was exceptionally maintained! Every day there were staff out completing maintenance on things & it is so evident just driving in! The little details are the ones that count- here they even take every check in to their site & help them in!We absolutely loved this park & cant wait to come back!

Pretty place and we had a quiet place to park but I wouldnt like to be there during school holidays or in summer as they have lots of kids play areas/bike and pools etc and the kids just drive their bikes all over without looking on roads and the parents couldnt care less.

Amazing facilities, delightful staff and a lovely quiet location right on the river. What more could you ask for? The BBQ and conference room area are beautifully maintained and the cabins are comfortable and well maintained

Camp kitchen is located in the wrong area it is away from the campers. Amenities clean and plenty of hot water.

What a beautiful place to stay!!! Whether it be for just a couple of nights or longer. Its really pretty, with lots of facilities and the waterview cabin we stayed in was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. 😍

Been coming here annually for years. High quality park, that is always in immaculate condition. Sensational for kids and always seem to be improving facilities and options.Had an issue with our boat, assisted by the park owner without a hassle.Highly recommended…..

A great park for kids and adults alike. Plenty of entertainment areas for the kids giving time for mum and dad or Nan and Paz to relax. Loved it Loved it. We will return.

Hired their BBQ boat which was ok but needed maintenance, the door on the front wouldnt open, one of the marker lights at the front wasnt anchored, the boat had been rammed into something a few times and pontoon sustained reasonable damage, damage to the front corner, sides of boat and couch felt unstable, no BBQ

One of our favourite stays in NSW. Close to the river, town and plenty of activities for the kids. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Highly recommended when travelling through NSW.

Great park in very quiet location. Extremely clean and well maintained. Heaps of activities for kids...water/splash park, pools, tennis court, put-put golf, enclosed bike riding track, and more! Lovely location, right on the Edward River. Good for throwing in a line or boating. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend this park for your Deni stay.

I stayed in a deluxe cabin by the pool. Although I didnt use the pool it looked amazing. The cabin was clean and well appointed. The grounds were well maintained and staff very friendly and welcoming. The only thing missing for me me was that I had to make the bunk bed up myself. It was quite awkward to make and not sure why this wouldnt be done for me when booking accomodation for 4 people.

Amazing place. The facilities, staff and cleanliness was as perfect as it can be. The cabins were really well appointed and we had amazing views. The heated water park, water slide and pool are brilliant, especially in the winter! The mini golf course provided hours of fun for the kids, as did the BMX track and the footy and soccer ovals. And the river - wow - so pretty! I cant wait to come back, such a brilliant place.

Was a awesome stay, if you have kids they will absolutely love it. Only fault I found and its petty was the toilet roll holder is way to low, stupidly low and the shower water runs right in the next cubicle and the next.

I will not use this park again. It is an awesome park very clean great activities, top score to the cleaning personel and the two gardeners great people to talk to.....but your reception failed you. We had a resort cabin and asked to bring in a second car as it clearly state on the customer regulation form that there is room for two cars. Even asked to park it in the overflow car park. But the rude response we got put me off this park. I would have understood if the park was fully booked but there was hardly any people.

Great park with good facilities for the kids. Now the negative and this is a big one. We paid $1100 for 4 nights in a cabin and if your expecting a sleep in at this place dont book. Religiously woken at 9.30am on the dot every single day by a bloody leaf blower. I work really long hours and was hoping to catch up on some missed sleep.

Came up during the 2021 easter school holidays and the park is great its clean and peaceful and the staff are a great help with everything from showing you where to park your van to helping you with your stay.The splash park and pool keep your kids busy for hours and the river access allows for a spot of fishing if so inclinedThank you very much for the amazing stay

Very strick rules, not very friendly reception staff, no flexibility at all. Would not recommend to park anyone ever again. Its just there rules and hiding behind the covid banner. No early entry at 12pm, when all we needed was an unpowered site and the prices are really expensive. A good way to wreck a holiday. No customer service at all, infact rude.

Large park with large grassy area for van.When I say grass I mean lush grass everywhere.Super neat and organised park.Loads for the kids to keep them entertained in the park.Nothing to do in the Denni area though.

Camped on a family ensuite site for a week. We loved it. Great facilities for the kids and such a beautiful well maintained park.2 pools and a waterpark for the kids

Such a great park!!! Stayed here between christmas and new years, all facilities were very clean, and I mean probably the best I have every encountered at a caravan park. Staff and events were all great. Kids loved the water park and bump track. Will 100% be returning.

Deniliquin is a smart and well presented town on the Edwardes R. The Big4 has a lovely river frontage,big van sites with tree shade and cabins. Well set up for family fun activities. Helpful staff. A terrific place.

We stayed at BIG4 Deni in one of their riverfront cabins and we were blown away by the beauty of the place! Its a hidden gem and we will return often. The staff there did everything possible to ensure our stay was wonderful. Do yourself a favour - highly recommend!

Great park. Can’t wait to return. Very family friendly. One of the best parks we’ve stayed at. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Little things like welcoming you upon arrival and personally showing you to your accommodation are nice touches. It was evident how hard the staff work by the tidy presentation and they were continually cleaning and monitoring the park during our stay. It’s great to see how much pride they take in the park, unlike other parks. We enjoyed all of the park’s activities during our near week stay: swimming, splash park, jumping pillow, peddle karts, bmx track, tennis, basketball, soccer. The on-site pizza visit was a hit and sitting by the well manicured riverside was relaxing. Well done!!

First visit to Deni - such a beautiful, relaxing location. The waterfront cabins and the Big 4 grounds & facilities are sensational. The staff are lovely, genuine people who take so much pride in keeping the park so well maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Ill be back one day 😊

Loved it and my Son loved it even more. Nice large spaces for kids to ride bikes and play safely . Fishing on your doorstep with beautiful scenery. Great facilities which I always found to be very clean no matter the time of day. All staff I encountered were very friendly. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency but I look forward to returning.

The holiday park is lovely. The resort- style pool and water park is excellent for young families. The smaller pool is quieter and great if you want some privacy away from the kids. The showers were very clean and modern.My only disappointment was that because the park is so large, there wasnt the sense of community and friendliness of the smaller parks like Big4 at Forbes. Also, on my 2nd night, the park was nearly empty but they placed an overnight booking in the spot right next to me, reducing my privacy and waking me up with their early departure.During the day, i spent some time in the beautiful town researching its history and my ancestors. When i got back to the park, the camp chair and items i left in my spot were moved next to the new arrivals. This was apparently so that the grass could be watered. I had accidentally left some nurofen in the camp chair. Some of these were missing along with a box of rubbish. I wanted to check this box before i threw it away in case there were non- rubbish items in it. I did not get a chance to do this.

This is a great place to stay. Plenty of things to do with the kids. They especially loved the bmx track and water splash park but also the jumping pillow and Billy carts. I personally loved the pontoon hire. Jake (I think was his namewas fantastic with the run down and gave me the confidence i needed to drive the boat with limited boating experience. The one reason i didnt give 5 stars is the park could do with another set of public toilets and showers. Understandably the park was very busy during the new year period and the park done their best to clean them 3 times a day there was still alot of the time all the toilets were being used and were in poor condition. Other then this the park and the staff were fantastic and we will definetly be back next year just on an ensuite site next time 😁

Fantastic caravan park. The facilities are amazing and very well maintained. The kids had a great time, especially in the pool and splash park. Staff were wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend for families, we will definitely be back.

Amazing facilities, so well maintained. There are heaps of things for the kids to do without leaving the park. The kids club and movie nights are great. The inflatable pillow and mini golf kept the kids busy for hours

Absolutely love this park. Great location, fantastic facilities and awesome hosts. We visit at least twice a year for short breaks, and will continue too. Numerous accommodation options available and with the majestic Edward River bordering the park makes for some great memories.

Absolutely the WORST big4 I have stayed at.Definitely won’t be recommending this place to friends and family or anyone for that matter and I will Not be returning.This place seems to have one set of rules for the permanent sites and another for the tourists who come for a once a year holiday.If you do go and have kids make sure they’re tucked away in bed by the time the sun goes down as this caravan park does not like noise and kids still up playing after dark. ( you can also count on other people staying in the park telling ya kids off and the permanents sticking their nose’s in where they don’t belong )Also if you like to stay up having a couple beers and chatting with your friends expect to be told off by the rent a cop that walks the streets at night flashing his light around making sure everyone is in bed at 11pm.I also found it ridiculous and pricy having to pay for the hire of the little go carts ( just another cash grab for the park !People pay enough money to stay here things like this should be free....

Awesome cabin only there overnight but cabin was very clean and spacious. Although it was dark when we arrived and when we left what we could see of the grounds were lovely. Staff extremely friendly and helpful over the phone when booking and for local information of where to get a meal later at night. We are planning to come back for a longer stay some time soon.

Loved our stay at the park. Best big 4 we have been to. All the staff were cheerful, friendly, happy and helpful.The only point we would make is the kitchen needs a second or much larger fridge to cater for the numbers.The facilities were excellent, the pitches were grassy and large. Well be back :)

Though a very well kept and picturesque and very clean park our holiday was dampened by the very heavy handed fun police who stringently made everyone go to bed or at least make zero sound by 11pm and would tell our children to get off their bikes and go to bed by 8pm, not fun at all. May have been a great relaxing holiday had the park staff (except for Sambeen a little more family friendly. Would definitely not recommend a holiday here with your family and friends if you normally stay up past sunset.

Thank you for a great place to rest up after long hours of travel. We had a river view cabin and it was beautiful. We watched the sunrise come up over the river and the bird life at our door was lovely. Very clean and comfortable, highly recommend it.
