BIBIBOP Asian Grill in Hollywood

What a lovely surprise this place was!Decided to check it out for the first timeand I love how you can do half noodles, half purple riceAlong with all the veggies and all the saucesyou want, the only one you have to pay extra for is pineappleAnyways the girl helping me was way sweet and very fast!So this is where Im way happy, I had gotten it To-go and had to walk home for about a mileIf you can believe it, the bag broke a block away from homeWithout me even having been able to try a bite of this deliciousness! :(Anyways I decided to give them a call and see if they had a solution, which they totally did!I was offered a refund or I could just get another bowl on them! And well I had to go try them again, so I finally just went back and it was as good as I thought it would be!Whats amazing, the awesome girl who helped me actually remembered my face even though this was like a week agoThat is sooo impressive! Also the manager came over to apologize and she was wayyy nice too!All in all this is one of my new favorite places! My only regret is not having tried this place ages ago

UPDATED REVEIW:>Second Visit<I thought it couldnt get better than the first visit... I WAS WRONG!!!My Second Visit WAS EVEN BETTER!!! Erica helped me and she was Phenomenal! I tried a few new things this time, and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything was!!! I have a new favorite place to eat... the only drawback is, it is 25 miles away from my house! That said, it is worth the drive!!! The food is consistently AMAZING and the staff is Wonderful! I cant wait to go again!!!! Do yourself a favor and go TODAY!!!> First Visit <It was my first visit. Melissa was so nice and helpful and my bowl was delicious!!!! I cant wait to go back!!!

I like bibimbap a lot! This place is a delight for vegetarian bibimbap. So many variety of sauces, healthy vegetables and purple rice! I highly recommend this place and go here and consider it a comfort food. I would have liked some if they had some kimchi or cucumber pickle as topping and some topping that are slightly tempura style to make bibimbap yummy. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this place and love it for the price, taste and quantity!!!

The food here is great, and the service is even better. HUGE shout-outs to Manager Diana, and my man Jorge, who make the customer feel welcome, and hustle like theres 100 people in line, even when youre the only one there. So pleasant, so dope.

This is my favorite relatively affordable place to eat. It’s healthy, with lots of great options to choose from & tastes really amazing. I wish there were more locations in southern california :(

We ordered from here a couple of times when we were in the area. The first time my boyfriend and a couple of friends ordered, there a was a girl that apparently didn’t know what she was doing. They would ask for sprouts and she would add noodles. The second one asked for a salad, it came with no lettuce and only toppings. The third one had no chicken in it when they asked for chicken. Although there was so many mistakes, I decided to give the place another try. The next couple of times we ordered, everything was great! Tasted great, was fresh, so yummy!

Great price for a huge plate. There’s not a lot of asian food spots in this area but it’s one place we usually go to for lunch cos it’s not as busy.

While I got my order to go, the shop is bright and open and clean. The food is SO GOOD. I love being able to build the bowl. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. Its become a regular spot for me!

A huge nutritious, delicious bowl for so cheap!I have to update my review from 10 months ago... Still 5 stars, but would be 10 if they had them! Now I am addicted to their new sweet potato glass noodles. I can’t stop eating them and don’t understand how they are SOOO good!!!Everything else also remains great there, the purple rice, the healthy options and the Best, Nicest Employees!!!

The service at this particular location wasn’t great but I LOVE bibibop. Always quality and good portions. For some reason the cashier seemed upset that I had a card with one free bowl :/ who cares I got it for free and enjoyed every bit of it.

The white short stocky guy I think he was a manager but not sure was very rude and impatient he should find a new carreer that doesn’t involve customer service. It was my first time visiting he started putting food in the bowl but I wanted the small bowl instead (because I was using a voucher that gave me a free small bowl which he didn’t know at the timeas he rolled his eyes he responded “ it doesn’t matter it’s the same thing” then transferred the food to the small bowl. I asked him about all of the vegan options and sauces and I asked him once more to be sure about the spicy Korean sauce and his response was “ yes it’s vegan that’s why I pointed to it.” I’m glad I matured as an adult over the past few years or you would be hearing about this on the news instead “Vegan beats up Bibibop worker for being rude” the food was great thoe. Would come back but not if he is working.

This place is one of the best quick Asian Chipotle style places Ive ever been. Large selection of veggies, noodles, sauces and more. Also lots of gluten free options so if you have celiac disease or allergies this is a great option.

Wanted something not too heavy, yet filling. This is the place for that. Staff was nice and helpful. Everything tasted fresh. Free miso soup is a plus. I also like how they have the sauces at the counter if you want extra or want to try new ones.

If you like sesame oil this place is five stars, if you dont, then probably one star. I dont know of anywhere else to get such a huge bowl filled with such a variety of tasty colorful vegetables for less money. Really beautiful food and healthy too. The last yummy Asian bowl place in this spot went out of business so lets do what we can to make sure this one sticks around!

They give you a lot of food for the price ~$8~ for a huge plate of food loaded with fresh veggies on top of noodles, rice or salad. Even the lemonade tastes hand-made. The staff was super friendly and gave samples of all the sauces and proteins. Well lit and clean location including spotless facilities in the restroom. A great place to stuff your face and sit for a minute if youre hungry in Hollywood. We will definitely be back again soon.

Perfect choice for fresh, healthy, and simple food at a great price. Quick and friendly service doesnt hurt either, lol.

Decent healthy fast-food Asian style choices...pick your protein and add toppings to your bowl with free Miso soup. Good fountain drinks and overall reasonable prices...especially for the Hollywood area!

Great place for lunch or just a quick bite to eat, good selection of meats and toppings. I really enjoyed the tofu, highly recommend.

I LOVED THIS PLACE. Im a pick eater and was nervous when my friend suggested this place but I really liked it. Im a vegetarian and they had great vegetarian and even vegan options. Everything was put together right before my eyes which I really like. Everyone was very nice and I will definitely visit again!

Tasty food at a reasonable price. If you like noodles and rice bowls, this is a good place to eat at. They have free miso soup too. There is parking in the Sunset & Vine complex, but make sure to get a validation.

In my mind this is a run-of-the-mill Asian Chipotle Grill. You can get something to fill your stomach here, but it wont be a meal that will be memorable or live past the next day. The service is good staff was friendly. Other than that if youre in need of a quick meal this will do the job.

Wasnt expecting the chipotle version of bibimbop but the layout was perfect. Not very traditional as far as korean rice bowls go but the topping were perfect. The cucumber wasabi sauce was interestingly amazing. Gonna take that back to my own kitchen to deconstruct. I will definitely go back

Healthy comfort food. For all those in the area who loved ShopHouse...It’s back, just a new version with different toppings and sauces, and it’s better than before! Staff is always kind. A cross the street from veggie grill which is usually way too crowded.

This place is awesome. Its a perfect meal. Its very similar to the previous business that was here called Shop House which was greatly missed when it closed. Choose the ingredients you want. Healthy and tasty.

I never liked Shophouse, so I see it became Bibibop and looks the same. The first time I tried it, I took a bunch of sauces from the sauce bar. It wasnt bad. I went back, the sauce bar is gone and they put the sauce on for you. I asked for teriyaki and siracha. I got back and there was no flavor, I couldnt even taste the sauce. If I hadnt found a bottle of soy sauce, I wouldnt have even eaten it.

Good portion size and healthy options. Since the restaurant hasnt been open long there is some awkward placement of things like a barrel of snacks right in front of the register. While the staff is very nice and helpful they were all kind of huddled all together behind the counter.

Very tasty combinations of food you can make here. Healthy and very reasonably priced. Can’t wait to come back
