BEANWISE in Mississauga

So glad I found this place. Getting coffee syrups, like Torani and Monin, is sooo difficult in Canada. On top of that, you are often blind ordering online without tasting. This place allows you to taste the syrup first and then purchase at a price that is still lower than online places, such as Amazon. The lady working was also very kind, she greeted us and offered her help. Then let us explore, rather than hovering above us the whole time. Will definitely be returning.

Always friendly service at Beanwise, and a knowledgeable staff. They have a huge selection of beans, coffee pods, syrups and so much more! I come here if I’m in the area and I’m looking for very specific syrups, and they always have them or something similar! They offer large bags of beans if you know what you like, and smaller bags of beans, which is great if you’re wanting to try something out. Definitely a great place to go if you like coffee (and tea). Whether you brew with coffee pods, espresso machines, or anything in between, you’ll probably find what you need here!

I call this the coffee makers Paradise as they have many different types of syrups to enhance your iced coffees at home or your lattes big selection they also have a sampling station once you enter. Sugar free birthday cake sugar free cookie but I stuck to my sugar-free hazelnut. The staff was very helpful and friendly prices are reasonable

Beanwise is a great place to buy coffee! They carry a very large selection of coffees from around the world. There are always new ones to try and they offer small quantity bags which allows you to try these out. There is also a good selection of teas as well as any coffee/tea making supplies you need. The staff at the store are always friendly and eager to be of help. I would highly recommend this store.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the place has an incredible wide variety of coffee and teas and equipment. I docked one star because I noticed all their coffees and teas (purposefully?dont have dates on them. How are we supposed to know if its expired or not, or how long itll keep for at home?

Great variety of coffee and tea products, that are sold at very reasonable prices. Docked a star as some of their powdered drinks are always expired. All their normal coffee and tea though, are great quality for the price, and, while not as fresh as some roasters, is a good middleman, compared to a standard grocery.

Have come here many times for their coffee/beverage syrup collection. There are so many to choose from! The employees have always been so helpful and know the answers to any question I have. They also have good reccomendations that I actually end up really enjoying and have found new favourites thanks to them. I really appreciate the service and selection. I drive kinda far to get here and willingly so! Its worth it because of all the things I mentioned above.

Visited for the first time this past weekend after finding them online. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and available to help. One was roasting beans in house and answered all my questions about the process. Another helped by giving us great information on the different beans, roasters, and flavours. After telling her what we typically enjoy, she offered several suggestions. We selected a few small batches of beans and have loved the first suggestion. We will definitely be back to purchase more! Highly recommend if you love coffee!

Why wud u have such people at cashier who has 0 customer service. Went at 6.15 pm today, staff was rude. I asked for a receipt and lady there was surprised and rude. No reply to thank yous, just grumpy attitude

I’ve been placing online orders with Beanwise for over a year, and their service has been exceptional. On the one occasion there was an error, a quick phone call to the store made it right.With free shipping on orders over $69, it’s a great way to get excellent coffee, even though we don’t live in the GTA.They are one of the very few places to reliably get a good variety of Senseo compatible coffee pods - which is an environmentally friendly single serve coffee option.

I bought cafe italiano 8-9 times from here, it was my favorite coffee. However the last time i have bought it, it was smelling and tasting terrible. Something is definitely wrong with it. Yet they refuse to both refund me or replace it with another one, their attitude was rude and i am disappointed. “We can’t take it back because the package is opened”, sorry i can’t smell and taste it with my eyes. They didn’t rven say sorry. I cannot take anything from that location anymore because i know i will be behaved so rude then i don’t like something.Edit: i am called by owner of beanwise, he was polite, explained lots of things and apologized.

This location is wonderful, and I recommend this store to any coffee/tea lover! I was welcomed by incredibly friendly staff (Mercedes & Marisa), who were eager to help me and provided me with a lot of information so I could make the best buy, yet I felt no pressure at all to purchase anything - they genuinely just wanted to give me the best shopping experience. They were very knowledgeable about all of their products. They also very kindly prepared a sample latte for me today so that I could try the new Monin Strawberry Rose syrup, and the care and attentiveness they paid to this drink was stellar. The store itself is spacious, clean, and has a multitude of options (machines, syrups, pods, etc.). I cant wait to come back again!

Beanwise is a hidden gem that everyone who likes coffee should know about. They carry coffees that are so good you just cannot get anywhere else and offer expert advice!

Great store with a massive selection of coffee, accessories, and syrups. This place is my new go-to, always fun poking around the aisles.

I normally visit the East York location but decided to visit the Mississauga one after work. Great selection, great prices and even better customer service. I highly recommend Bean Wise to others and they become repeat shoppers due to the products, the prices and the people there.

Elena was an amazing help for me today. Quite knowledgeable with her roasts and origins. I have never bought coffee from here but I will be back. Also the price was great, always a bonus. I cant wait to experience their cafe when they open back up. Thanks Elena!!

Beware-order ahead! They have been told to not allow customers inside. The staff was amazing trying to answer the phone calls from people standing in front of their store and fulfill the orders. They sell the best, freshest coffee and know a lot about it. I will miss them till we get to chat about coffee again. Thank you Beanwise.

Great place for all things coffee and tea as well as syrups and fruit purees which are super for summer slushies! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are very good and sales are awesome. They also have a good customer loyalty program.

The staff that we dealt with here were extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We felt really well taken care of from the moment that we walked in. The store was laid out really well with its products arranged beautifully and practically. This is THE place to be you’re a coffee connoisseur! We learned a lot from the Jameson and Mercedes who helped us. Their passion and wisdom when it comes to all things coffee, really shone through and we felt like we were given a great experience by shopping here.

Friendly staff and helpful. They have an option to try before you buy which was great to see. There were so many options for flavoured coffee that surpassed all of my expectations, worth the 3 hour drive

Cant begin to express the disappointing service received at the Mississauga location. Not sure what happened with the turnaround of previous staff you had there but the new staff at this location are going to eradicate your existing clientele.On our regular visit, had a large pompous girl working there telling us how bad Starbucks coffee is and how it pales in comparison (we didnt ask nor did we bring it upand followed up with a speech on how there was only one way to drink coffee and all other ways are trash. According to her coffee can only be had BLACK with no other additives.Please train your staff better rather than having them judge customers coming in. Her opinion was as worthless as the service received, wife and I will not be returning to make a purchase again.

What an amazing place to pick up coffee/teas/equipment. First walked in and was greeted by James. He was very kind and knowledgeable when it came to coffees or any of the equipment they had on sale. He chatted with us like we were friends instead of a customer.The store was very clean and well organized. Nothing out of place and all lined up nicely. The staff was very friendly and we could see that they enjoy what they do. This is the second time coming into this store and will continue coming.Also, what I really like about BEANWISE is that you can try out the coffees before buying.

The staff here is very helpful explaining everything you need to know about their products. I found the concept of this store to be awesome, you can taste and test any of the coffee and coffee machines they sell. They have a great selection of green coffebeans, which theyll roast for you on site. Theyll also grind it upon request. You get really fresh coffee! They also sell other stuff, coffee and tea related, they got all of it covered. They sell different sizes and individually so you can mix and match as you like, thats really useful when you dont want to commit to a single flavour. Ill be coming back for sure!

My favourite place to try and buy beans in Mississauga. Theyll let you sample coffee youre interested in and have a great variety of beans, k-cups, other coffee pods, coffee makers and accessories. The staff are really helpful, knowledgable and most importantly - they love coffee. Its conveniently located in Heartland Town Center which means there are plenty of othet things to do when youre in the area, or if youre in the area anyway, its a much better place to stock up on coffee than the local grocery stores and coffee shops.

I came in to buy a Christmas gift for a family member. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of coffee beans, tea, and the machines to make it. There is a coffee grind service included. Will come back.

The selection is pretty terrific for certain pods. Their ESE selection is limited but at least they have an organic decaf.The staff doesnt always know their stuff though - someone gave us incorrect advice on our espresso machine and made us an absolutely terrible coffee. Then someone else tried to sell us a $2600 machine!I will go back, but the staff needs training.

Im a return customer here. Ive purchased a coffee machine here and the pods for it as well as other niche products. Ive consistently experienced great customer service in this store (Mississauga location). The sales people are usually very engaging and willing to make sample coffees for you. Today those samples resulted in us purchasing more than what wed originally intended. I would recommend this place.

Amazing customer experience! Staff was very knowledgable about coffee and equipment. Large selection of coffee pods, beans, syrups, and coffee makers/espresso. You can try anything in store from a kcup pod to a barista coffee made while you watch- fresh ground coffee beans with steamed and frothed milk of choice (dairy free availiable). They will also price match. ☕☕

Great place to get many different coffees, even green beans that you can roast there. You can taste different coffees too. Also has teas, biscotti hot chocolate, granola bars. Very nice place. If you are in the market for a coffee machine they have many different kinds and , I think, at the end of September they will also carry Jura machines, check the date because Im not exactly sure when in September.

The best coffee you can find. They have a wide variety of coffee and tea. This is the only place I will ever go to for coffee. I buy fresh beans and they grind it for me. Once you try there coffee you will never go anywhere else. They even some organic options which is amazing.

Went there today for a special event they were having. Since there was a free give- away, we arrived early & as the line formed, they came out and offered us all something to drink. They opened promptly and the free swag was worth the wait. Also they have great quality products and lots of variety. My favorite thing about this place is the staff. They know their products, give great advice & let you try anything youre not sure of. Been a customer since they first opened this location and I dont even drink coffee.😊

Your one stop shop for all of your coffee needs! Youll be amazed with the variety that this store has. It is a very inviting environment with very helpful staff and is there ready to answer any kind of questions you might have. Theyre very knowledgeable about the products so dont be afraid to ask. Purchased a bottle of Torani Vanilla Syrup and its cheaper than where I purchased from prior to coming here.

I was surprised when I walked in, this store is so much more than I expected. Beanwise provides a delightful selection of fresh, in-house roasted coffee beans. Beans from all over the world roasted to perfection. You will find any kind of brewing method sold here as well! From aeropress to pour overs and the latest all-in-one espresso machines. They have a vast variety of loose leaf teas. All kinds of flavours and types! Along with the teas they carry a ton of accessories and tools needed to craft the perfect cup. If you are a coffee and/or tea enthusiast this is the store for you!

Awesome place to be in! They do demos on machines if your wondering how certain machines operate ie; Manual espresso machines, automated, drip machines, capsuled machines etc..Instead of buying a whole bag of coffee or Tea & you get home disappointed, they will sample it for you! Their Teas are amazing! they have a big variety, no artificial flavors in their teas and its a Canadian company (Tea Squared)They have it all, organic coffees, they roast their own as well on spot, they have an enormous variety of K-Cups, Soft pods, machines, & oh my goodness the variety of syrups!!! both Torani & Monin.Bonus: Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a very cool place, there are many choices of various Tassimo and Keurig cups. Ive actually never seen a store with this much variety and the sheer size of it was very impressive. The people that work there are also really nice and they just kept making espressos and trying to get us to drink them. It was really funny and we had a great experience.

My new favorite store! They also have espresso, tea and flavor syrups. You can try anything for free! They will make you a cup of coffee or a latte or whatever you want just so you can sample the product. Never seen a store with this format before and cant wait to go back! Keep it up Beanwise!

I was in their store 2 weeks ago which opened five weeks earlier to the public. I was greeted at the front by the owner jim. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the brands they carry and offered to make me a coffee with their keurig machine. I accepted and bought some kcups to try a variety at home and my wife liked the bold roast taste the most. I went a couple days later back and bought a few boxes at 29 dollars with taxes in. Mmmmm coffee smells and tastes great. Thank you bean wise.

My new favourite place to buy coffee. I love the variety of roasts and how the staff will happily brew you a cup so you can try before you buy. Their chocolate covered beans are unreal.
